Très belle chambres, incroyable de ne pas avoir de Bar dans l’hôtel avec ce niveau de prestations, difficile de communiquer quand on n’est pas chinois, très peu de personnes du personnel parlent anglais

Nous nous excusons de ne pas avoir pu répondre à vos besoins. Pour les problèmes de communication en anglais du personnel, nous organisons déjà une formation accrue en anglais. Pour mieux vous aider, la réception de l’hôtel est équipée d’un équipement de traduction 24 heures sur 24. Vous pouvez également nous contacter à tout moment pour obtenir de l’aide. Un super hôtel, parfaitement proche du marché de l'électronique. personnel charmant et professionnel qui vous suit toujours dans toutes vos demandes. grand choix de plats au petit déjeuner. tout était parfait pour moi dans cet établissement. Je recommande chaleureusement ! A super Hotel, perfectly closed to electronics market. lovely and professional staff which always follows you in any of your requests. great and wide choice of dishes on break-fast. everything was perfect for me in this establishment. I warmly recommend!

Good comfortable hotel. The only thing I don’t like - you can hear the traffic all the time.

Very nice and modern hotel in Wenzhou Ouhai. Big room with comfortable bed and bathroom. Absolutely recommend it.

The hotel is brand new, and amazing from all the sides, Staff is so helpful and friendly and war welcoming, the rooms are huge and very we decorated, Sire will be a very great choice to visit again

I have been coming to Wenzhou for 12 years now and can safely say this has been my favourite hotel so far. This year I brought my family including my 6 month old baby and it was super comfortable and easy. The staff really are amazing here. Especially Johnny, who went out of his way to make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Im not one for writing reviews but seriously couldn't have stayed at a better place, Highly recommend it

Chinese hotel can be very hit and miss. This hotel was excellent. Very comfy and clean. I did not try the breakfast as I was leaving by train very early.

Amazing luxury hotel. Great facilities, WiFi is patchy but rooms are well appointed and spacious. No bar service but affordable mini bar available
