Precise Resort Schwielowsee

Ich habe mir jetzt sehr viele Kommentare durchgelesen und kann nicht verstehen, wie man dieses Hotel auch nur ansatzweise mit weniger als 4 Sternen bewerten kann ! Das Hotel ist klasse ! Sowohl die einzelnen Apartments in den außenstehenden Häusern ( welches wir gegen ein Zimmer im Haus problemlos tauschen konnten) als auch die gesamte Anlage, das Hotel, einfach alles! Hier hat sie der Inhaber so große Mühe gegeben und ein wirklich tolles Konzept bzw. eine tolle Anlage, auf die Beine gestellt ! Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend ! Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und ist durchgängig frisch und vielfältig ! Egal ob Wellnesbereich , Außenanlage oder Zimmer, alles ist sauber und modern , man fühlt sich sehr wohl ! Wir reisen sehr viel durch die Welt und dieses Hotel hat ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ps. Bei der Grösse der Anlage, kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass man kurz warten muss oder der Frühstücksraum etwas voller ist, so etwas als „schlecht“ zu bewerten, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar! Firstly, I would like to advise people to ignore all the 1 and 2 and mostly 3 star reviews for this resort.They are unfair and although some people do have bad experiences this resort should not be avoided as I really don't feel they reflect the true image of this resort. For any golfers the two main course (Faldo and Palmer) are fantastic.Palmer is prettier and easier, honestly the Faldo off the tee is very tough,after that it is playable. Accommodation,we had a suite.It was lovely and was cleaned everyday by the friendliest staff ever. We had a few small issues, no iron or ironing board in the room. No daily water, we thought for a suite that would be provided. Pool area, this was fab,as was the sauna.Excellent all round and pool meandours from indoor to outdoor and is heated. Food,food in the restaurant just off the property was excellent and the food in the hotel and golf club was nice also.Our main issue was the lack of options during the day,very limited menu. Breakfast, excellent and staff were so friendly.Could not fault the breakfast in any way. Prices,my only real issue apart from the lack of food options during the day was the strange excessive pricing on certain items.A large 1 lt bottle of water was €8,I refused to pay,told the guy tap water will do. In the clubhouse they serve a large coke poured from a bottle that has the €1 price on it for €5.50. Now that's just wrong and needs to be sorted. Car park,their is a public car park that is around €5 per day,to park in the underground hotel car park is €12 per day.To me,in a resort which is around 45 minutes south of Berlin this is excessive. I had a few small issues and the manager came out straight away and explained they are finding it difficult to get staff. This is understandable and he seemed genuine. I should also add that the private beach is amazing and the water is almost tepid. To sum up I would come here again,the location is great,the staff are excellent and with a few tweaks here and there this resort especially when you consider the golf course quality could be very sought after.

The Hotel and grounds look beautiful but cannot quite live up to the standard you would expect. Our room was quite large and the view from the balcony really nice. The bed was also large and looked comfy. However, the mattress on my side of the bed was well worn with somewhat of a dent in the middle. Never mind the bed - the first night I slept like a baby and had a wonderful rest. The second night we could hear the guests above us moving about (sounded like furniture being moved) so it may be a good idea to ask for a room on the upper floor. I was surprised that the room did not have any coffee or tea kettle available - but I should have informed myself before booking. We had drinks and dinner in the bar the first night. The bar tender/waiter was very nice and attentive, drinks were good. However, the half duck from the menu turned out to be just duck breast (which is okay but should be stated as such on the menu). Breakfast buffet was quite elaborate - nice fresh fruit, good selection of bread, rolls, sweet rolls, cold, cuts, cheeses and so on. I ordered an Egg Benedict and what I received was quite astonishing: the egg which sat on a soggy piece of toast with a couple of slices of ham and spinach was cooked in a way that I still puzzle now how it was done - the egg yolk was almost cooked through and hard while the egg white was hardly cooked at all and slithered all over the entire dish. I have never been served anything looking like this and cannot even imagine how the kitchen managed to cook an egg this way? When I told the waitress that this was not good at all she just shrugged her shoulders... All in all our stay was okay - but did not quite deliver to our expectations. Which is really too bad - we would have loved to return as we really enjoy lake side stays.

Die Lage ist herausragend. Die Parkanlagen sind großzügig und sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Room Service einwandfrei. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Der SPA-Bereich ist sehr schön und funktional. Bei warmem Sommerwetter kann man unmittelbar von Indoor zu Outdoor wechseln. Ein faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gewünscht hätten wir uns einen Fahrradunterstand mit Ladeboxen für die e-bikes (deshalb keine 5 Punkte). Man versicherte uns, daran zu arbeiten. Insgesamt sehr gut.

Man punktet mit der Lage. Diese ist wirklich wunderschön. Direkt am See, schöne Liegewiese, nettes Ambiente, schöner Pool. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, der Service beim Frühstück auch. Völlig überforderte Auszubildende versuchen den Laden am Laufen zu halten. Speisen werden von dem Küchenpersonal mit der Hand, ohne Handschuhe (Wurst) widerwillig hingeknallt. Die Dame am Empfang des Restaurant gibt sich große Mühe, trotz des Ansturms an Ostern. Beim Housekeeping ist ganz viel Luft nach oben! Fragt man nach etwas außergewöhnlichem (Kopfkissen) nur Kopfschütteln…, die Reinigung ist wenig zufriedenstellend. Hängt man ein Schild an Tür (psssst-bitte nicht stören) wird dies geflissentlich nicht beachtet, man möchte schließlich fertig werden?! Alles in allem, es ist nett dort, das war es dann aber auch. Sicher auch der allgemeinen Personalnot geschuldet.

Alles sehr gut, Betten tatsächlich sehr bequem, Anlage sehr gepflegt und instandgehalten, Wellness tip top, Frühstück mit Lachs, Sekt, frischen Säften/Smoothies, Eiern nach Wunsch, gutes Brot/Brötchen und reichlich Auswahl, Kaffee frisch gemahlen inkl. Spezialitäten, und wirklich sehr freundliches, effizientes Personal, überall. Da fehlte Nichts. Abendessen können wir nicht sagen, da ausserhalb mit Freunden. Aber Gäste, die Vollpension hatten, fanden das Abendessen sehr gut.

Leider mehr Schein als Sein Preis Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt Zu wenige frische Produkte beim Frühstück,alles Fertigprodukte Keine schöne Atmosphäre Anstehen bevor man in das Restaurant kommt Personal im Restaurant versteht kein Deutsch Abläufe könnten besser gestaltet werden Keine Gratulation zum Geburtstag,schade ,da man ja sein Geburtsdatum mehrfach angibt VIP Geschenk auf dem Zimmer ist ein Apfel und eine Birne Würden nicht noch mal buchen für den hohen Preis!

Ein wunderschönes Gaus aber leider kein guter Service unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und nach mehreren Beschwerde. Tat sich erstmal gar nichts.Im Gegenteil wir wurden noch einmal darauf hingewiesen wann wir abreisen.Ich habe so etwas noch nicht erlebt.

Fast wie eine Schlossanlage liegt das Hotel in der schönen Seenlandschaft. Das mondäne Entrée beeindruckt und gefällt durch die grosszügige, helle Atmosphäre. Das Gebäude macht einen gut gepflegten, leicht romantischen Eindruck. Das Zimmer ist nicht gerade gross, aber hat durchaus Charme. Dusche und WC sind getrennt, alles ist perfekt sauber. Die schicke Havanna-Bar zieht uns an, wir lassen den Abend gemütlich ausklingen. Das Frühstückbuffet im grossen Speisesaal bietet reichliche, aber nicht überdurchschnittliche Auswahl. Kein Angebot an frisch gemachtem Rührei, Spiegelei oder sonstigen Extras. Leider konnte ich die vielen interessanten Angebote des tollen Hotels aus zeitlichen Gründen nicht nutzen - eine Nacht auf der Durchreise genügt dazu nicht. Empfehlenswert: Die Ambiente, der Service und die Location stimmen, machen grosse Lust auf einige Tage Urlaub. Preis-Leistung: Einwandfrei!
