L'hôtel est confortable, mais je n'apprécie pas la consigne vide. Il serait préférable qu'il n'y en ait pas. Les installations sont correctes, propres et le personnel est sympathique. Jusqu'ici, tout va bien.

Bon emplacement. Cet hôtel est plus adapté aux Indonésiens pour un court séjour, ou aux couples pour quelques heures. La première fois, on m'a attribué une chambre au 7e étage, qui sentait très mauvais et était infecte. Beaucoup de fourmis et pas nettoyée. J'ai ensuite demandé à changer de chambre et on m'a attribué une deuxième chambre au 9e étage. Plutôt bien. Cependant, le personnel d'entretien ne fait pas un nettoyage correct. De plus, le collier de serrage était cassé. Il faudrait surtout changer la moquette. J'ai surtout remarqué que l'hôtel était très sale. Les parties communes étaient également très sales. Je pense que le personnel d'entretien ne fait pas son travail correctement.

Friendly staff, but the hotel needs improvement. There are stains on the bedsheet, the carpet is dirty even as you enter, and the toilet seat is torn and worn. Staff changed my bedsheets and only stayed one night.

The room was smelly, roaches welcomed us at the beginning. AC was not working. The carpet was dirty. We requested for a room change. The service was good. But the new room was still full of roaches. We had to book a new hotel and cancelled our plan to stay there for 2 nights. Breakfast spread was ok, decent.
