What a fabulous stay at the Old School B&B. Peter and David were such fantastic hosts, welcoming, informative and fun! We were welcomed on arrival with a lovely cuppa and home made biscuits and we sat in their spectacular garden. We should have known at that point that the house would equally be as beautiful! Every small detail is curated with love and care, our room (the former headmistress’ office) was delightful. Comfortable, impeccably clean and furnished to a wonderfully high standard and quality. The house is clearly a labour of love, which gives it an extra special ambiance- I fell in love with it! Breakfast was amazing and the choice so good, served with a smile and gracious care. I can’t recommend Peter and David’s B&B enough, it really is an extra special place. As those famous words go… ‘we’ll be back!’

We would like to thank Peter and David for making our 4 night stay so perfect. From the moment we arrived, when they gave us tea and biscuits in the tranquil garden, to the moment we left, nothing was too much trouble. They are such wonderful hosts, attentive, caring, informative and fun. The house has been very tastefully and lovingly restored to a cosy, comfortable, high quality finish. Every small detail has been lovingly thought about and it is all immaculately clean and very quiet. Breakfasts are delicious, David is an excellent chef, and there was a fantastic choice, all beautifully served with a smile. Our room was originally the Head mistress's office and she would have said "for care and attention to detail - excellent work!"

One of the nicest Bed and Breakfasts we’ve stayed at. The surroundings were beautiful, the interiors were immaculate and the hosts were friendly, the garden was lovely and in the morning we were treated to a fresh fruit and cooked breakfast served with views over the garden. A pot of tea on arrival was very welcome and we were offered recommendations for dinner with a booking made for us. A lovely experience and an excellent stay.

Wonderfully peaceful stay, I booked for a work trip but it felt more like a holiday with such great hospitality! Fabulous breakfast and the room was really well equipped and tastefully decorated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and hope to stay again.

Great B&B, have stayed several times always first class service, with tea on arrival, and lovely breakfast. High quality accommodation with a very personalised level of service. Have stayed in a variety of places in the area and this is one of the best. Very good location for Chichester and Goodwood, would highly recommend. Parking on site.

A return visit and the standards are as good as ever. A very warm welcome from Peter and David to their home. Very comfortable beds in well equiped rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. A delightful garden if the weather permits for tea, drinks and relaxation. Well positioned for Chichester, Goodwood and all the attractions in West Sussex. Highly recomnded.

Beautiful accommodation on the edge of Chichester perfect for exploring the area. Peter and David made us so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The sumptuous breakfast was served in the lovely conservatory overlooking the garden. Would highly recommend.

Excellent on everything - the room was great, the hosts were so friendly and ultra-helpful, breakfasts were delicious and very generous (we didn't eat any lunch!), beautiful gardens and a good location to visit the attractions in the area. Highly recommended.

This is a place of comfort and attention to small details. It starts on arrival with a warm welcome from Peter, tea (in a pot with shortbread) is served in relaxing lounge space. Bedroom is furnished with school desks, interesting prints & critically great mattress and plump pillows (acoustic glazing ensures quiet night). Breakfast sensational home produce, beautiful to look at & delicious. Peter & David lovely garden gorgeous- we’ll be back!
