This guesthouse is one of the best I have stayed in. A few of the reasons listed below 1. Its very clean 2. Very friendly staff / owners 3. Breakfast was absolutely lovely 4. Close to sea front and pier 5. Safe parking in a local carpark (2 min walk away) 6. Finally a very friendly local pub across the road to finish the night off

What a little gem,Sheila & Phil are fantastic hosts, very welcoming with honest reviews of where to eat,drink & visit locally. Large clean spacious rooms with bottles of filtered water, fresh milk for your morning cuppa & good quality biscuits & oat bars just in case you are still hungry after the delicious breakfast provided . Highly recommended

Older style hotel in very good condition. Very clean overall. Lots of staff. Hard bed. Pool was very nice and busy over the holidays. Complimentary breakfast limited. I would highly recommend this for A mid range hotel located right on the malecon. Good location

Booked online and chose the Rosita as the reviews were excellent. We were not disappointed. Firstly we parked behind the hotel which was £6 a day, which we thought was good value, as we could go out and know we had somewhere safe to park on return. Sheila and Phil are lovely and showed us around the b&b. It is all very tasteful decorated and clean throughout. Our room was impressive, very clean, and relaxing. There is plenty of refreshments, biscuits, and bottles of filter water. The wet room is spacious, clean, and well stocked with toiletries. We had a large tv, with a seating area with a couch. The bed was super comfy and the room was warm. The breakfast was made to order and there was a large choice. Nothing was too much trouble. We were given recommendations of where to visit, even train times and directions. We had a wonderful time. I am really struggling to think of one negative thing of our break away. It was a little walk to the main town, but we also enjoyed this.

We don't normally leave reviews, however we felt this time we would have to tell you about the Rosita Firstly Sheila and Phil are fantastic hosts, they go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. This is our 2nd stay and we are booking a stay for Xmas. We have stayed in 2 different rooms, however we have seen all 4 rooms and every room is really large and well equipped for all your needs Each room we've stayed in is super comfortable and well equipped for example: a large screen TV, at least 42 inch, a large fridge enough to stock all your drinks and more! USB ports provided, even a lead in case you forget yours! Cleanliness is a very veryhigh standard, Sheila does a cracking job! Let's get down to breakfast! Sheila and Phil pride themselves on there delicious breakfast, cooked to order. Yum! Yum A perfect breakfast and 2 of everything. Hope your hungry! Had poached eggs four days running and every one was perfect. Sheila showed her trained chef skills. If you don't like a cooked breakfast don't fret as Sheila provides 6 types of bread, cereal, croissants, yogurt and fresh fruit. There is nothing negative about this B @ B and it's truly the jewel in the crown! Thank you Sheila and Phil. Local pub 20 mtrs away, what a find! Mike and Diane 😊😘

Fantastic B&B with great hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were very flexible and easy going. Lovely large airy rooms with comfy beds. Really clean throughout. Breakfast was amazing 👏 we're looking forward to our next stay already!

I would like start off by saying that my stay at The Rosita was absolutely brilliant. Both Sheila and Phil were amazing hosts and so welcoming. Our room was fabulous and the decor was stunning with a huge ensuite wet room and a massive king sized bed. We were supplied with fresh milk, biscuits and flapjacks, tea and coffee daily. The freshly cooked breakfast was on par to a 5 star hotel and absolutely delicious. Hot croissants and fresh fruit salad and freshly squeezed orange juice served with the breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend The Rosita and will definitely be going back. Peter and Sam

Warm welcome, bedroom and bathroom spotless, very comfortable. Breakfast choice, quality and quantity outstanding. Quiet location even though it's within easy reach of many attractions and a delightful "Locals" pub across the road.

Right from Booking we knew we were going to be looked after .However Never did we expect the Highest Standard of Service provided by Sheila and Phil.The Quality of Room,Shower, Ameneties (Milk, Water Biscuits Clothes Space).The Thoughtfulness shown also to us to help celebrate our Anniversary was amazing. The Breakfast was to die for and NOT precooked. Any Accolades which will surely come the way of this Delightful Couple and indeed "Rosita"will be well Deserved.
