staff are very friendly and efficient. I have stayed more than once and evey room has been great. the only concern i have is the noise that comes from ( Im guessing ) the kitchen exhaust fans , aircon. really makes for and unpleasant night sleep if your staying in one of the front rooms and on floor two. Some effort should be made to sound proof this noise from the rooms

Firstly I am very sorry I don’t like leaving bad reviews But this accommodation is not as advertised Advertising stated luxury accommodation with balcony Luxury- hard bed terrible pillows most room toiletries half empty No balcony at all Marks on carpet and walls etc Maybe room 38 needs and lick of paint and some tlc for over $400 per nights I could have stayed at Crown towers for that price

We are past residents of Williamstown and booked at Aligned as we had stayed previously and it was close to friends, restaurants etc. The checkin process was smooth and car parked in a secure park under the building. The room was clean and not noisy. At short notice we needed to extend our stay and Manager Michael was able to find us another excellent room. From an accommodation point of view, the room rate was reasonable, the beds comfortable, the shower was hot and the room was clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was really convenient to go to Pelicans Landing restaurant and bar without needed to go outside. Well done, we will definitely return

We spent the weekend in Williamstown, and stayed at the Aligned Corporate Residence (formally Quest). Reception staff very friendly, and offers underground parking for guests. Our room was OK, a little dated, the bathroom wasn't very clean but offered a good sized bed. Doors to a shared balcony at the back of the room, giving a bit of a view of the city and the marina next door. The outside area was also not very clean, with rubbish in the gardens, and was in need of a good pressure wash. At $350 a night, overpriced for what is offered. It is walking distance to several restaurant options which is good, or you can eat at Pelicans Landing with adjoins the residence. Don't think we will visit again.

Looks nice on website and you’d think it would be a nice place to stay being in Williamstown and being on the water buuutttt no …you definitely don’t want to even take your shoes off inside as the carpet is visibly disgusting the couch could do with a clean. The bed at least is ok it’s clean, that’s if you even get to sleep with the noise to all hours of the night then when the noise finishes the people leaving are definitely not thinking about guests as they depart. Staff are nice. Just desperately needs a update but then its still going to have the noise.

The property looks good in the promotional images but the reality is that it is tired and desperately needs refurbishment. The primary reason for our low rating is that a function had been booked in the room beneath us and the extreme noise from this prevented us from sleeping until early the next day. We had just driven down from Dubbo and, despite our tiredness, sleep was still impossible. We were surprised that our room was placed in close proximity to the function area as it was quite obvious this would be a problem to its guests - perhaps such a very basic issue such as this had not crossed the minds of those who make these decisions. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the location was good. We will not choose to stay here again.

For $350 a night it was very poor. I won’t be returning or recommending it to anyone. Only serviced once in the week, internal bathroom has no exhaust fan so condensation all through the room. Couldn’t open the balcony door because I literally was on the street / people walking past the door so no privacy if I wanted to open a curtain. Never again!

This must be the best located accommodation option in Williamstown. Good water views and walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. Some essential maintenance is overdue. Our room needed new carpets plus a toilet seat that didn’t constantly fall off. A key that activated access to the under property car park without having to constantly “twiddle” it in the key hole would have been useful. We had to help other guests who had similarly recalcitrant keys. But, overall, a good experience. We will be back now that we have a first grandchild to visit in the area.
