Very quaint, very clean room with all the necessary amenities at an extremely reasonable price. The inn is within easy walking distance of the downtown Blowing Rock shops and restaurants. Nice landscaping and plenty of free parking. Quiet, safe and clean establishment!

Friendly owners, present and available! Friendly cleaning service, and the rooms were immaculate! Beds were super comfy, with soft sheets! Amd the gardens were beautiful, complete with outdoor seating that made is feel relaxed and at home. We have found our new favorite spot!

We turned down a couple of places in Blowing Rock before fate took us to this gem of a place, luck was on our side, it is down a side street and if you don't know the town you might just miss it which would be a shame. We were on a road trip and if we hadn't been touring we would have loved to stay here for several nights, it was spotless, comfortable and with some wonderful quirky touches that make a place stand out from the crowd (adored the bear lamps!!), fog prevented us making the most of the gardens and outdoor seating but we still braved it and sat on the porch chatting with our neighbours who also loved the place, last but not least the friendly welcome, even though we were walk-ins the greeting was genial and 5*, we had 18 nights on the road and this was in our top 3 best places we stayed

As always the room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was very quiet there. The grounds were beautiful with flowers and it was nice having so many places to sit and enjoy the peacefulness. It's a great place to stay in Blowing Rock----comfy and convenient!

We have been staying at The Homestead Inn for more than 15 years. The family who owns this beautiful place are the friendliest people you will ever meet. They are always so accommodating and very concerned about if you need anything. The owner, Rob is a master gardener and his passion is evident with all the gorgeous flowers he has all around the property. You will not go wrong making reservations but they get booked up very quickly. An added bonus you walk a very short distance to downtown Blowing Rock.

Clean! Rooms are comfortable with a mountain cabin feel. Location is perfect for walking the village. Lovely, well kept grounds. Rocking chairs, fire pit, koi pond, lots of plants and flowers. Morning coffee available. Friendly staff. I would stay there again.

a find in blowing rock that is reasonable and centrally located. the rooms have been recently renovated. bed is comfortable, bathroom modern and nice decor. will definitely stay again if we are in the area on a road trip through the blue ridge parkway

Very close to downtown shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and room. Quiet and serene setting. Owners are very congenial. Would definitely stay there again! .... only longer to check out some of the local attractions and more meals.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The Inn is cozy and adorable. The sheets are the softest I have ever slept on. We had a king size bed and it was unbelievably comfortable. The room was clean and the hosts were accommodating. The Inn is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again!
