Read some poor reviews after booking but glad to see they were unfounded room was as I'd expect from premier inn and staff were pleasant and friendly ate at restaurant first night food was nice again staff were friendly. Had no mobile signal EE but that's no hotels fault. Upgraded WiFi which I didn't mind only needed to receive emails on VOI calls.

I regularly stay with Premier Inns often in Witney. They are usually good value if you book early. Always clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. Now the slight annoyance after paying £155 for superior room plus breakfast I was expected to fork out another £3 for reliable fast wi fi. The standard o e is slow (very) and intermittent but I suppose that is to force you to pay.

This hotel is in a good location, a short walk to Witney. The staff are friendly. The rooms are nice and the second floor room I had included a fridge which is great. Staff are friendly. Food is OK. The only downside is that there is no mobile reception on EE or O2 and the hotel WiFi, even the paid version, is very poor. I couldnt download individual pages let alone stream Netflix.

Pretty good place, room was clean, food was nice and warm, beer was cold. Staff was pretty decent and polite. Business trip so not much time for sightseeing but the area looks nice as well. Are well located and easy to find using a sat nav or even Google maps

Limited evening menu. Car park not large enough. "Accessible" room on 1st floor about as far as you can go from the entrance! But outstanding customer service from Margaret and Brian, who ran the whole place on their own. Comfortable and quiet room.

I had a great stay thanks to the team. They went out of their way to look after me and the kids (family of 4) the windows didn’t open but there was air conditioning and the breakfast was lovely. Lots of parking even though the spaces were a little tight to get the car in properly.

Tired and shabby yet one of the most expensive premier inns. The bed so soft I woke up with horrendous back ache. Limited menu . Limited staff. For the money spent there are nicer places in Witney. Premier Inn usually reliable but not this time .

The room was not ready, and the check-in staff was unfriendly telling us that on more than one occasion, she was on her own. Which she wasn't. Owed refund for 2 weeks now and still waiting. No phones in rooms. No heating. No fresh air. Lady who made the bed up was friendly. All in all, poor

Very clean room. Good customer service. Ample parking. Close to a service station and McDonalds. Good breakfast and seating area . Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were a bit too puffy, but that’s minor. Overall good experience
