We just spent 4 nights here as a family of 5 (kids aged 3, 6 and 8) and absolutely adored it. The kids loved hand feeding the animals, collecting fresh eggs, picking fresh vegetables and herbs from the garden and eating citrus fruits straight off the trees. The hosts (Darryl and Ben) were really lovely and gave us a wonderful tour of the farm including some good tips on growing our own veggies and bush tucker. My son’s favourite thing was that Darryl taught him how to jump a fence and Wilson the Cockatoo and my daughter’s was hand feeding Penny the free range horse and making her own Lemon Myrtle Tea straight from the garden. The cottage was gorgeous, clean and catered well to our family. There was not great wifi coverage around but we were well aware of that when booking and to be honest I didn’t really miss the connectivity at all. Was so nice to be away from the busyness of everyday life, unwind and just be a family :-) If snakes didn’t exist I would move to Peachester in a heartbeat :-) (Note: we didn’t see any but I can imagine there would be in warmer months lol)
