Autour de la réception, pas de salle de bain pour les clients pendant ce temps, vous devez attendre votre chambre. Vous pouvez laisser vos bagages à la réception dans une pièce fermée mais vous ne recevrez aucun numéro ou quelque chose qui puisse prouver que vous avez les bagages là-bas.

Le centre-ville est situé à 10 minutes à pied, vous y êtes. L'hôtel est agréable, avec un bon spa et la chambre est très confortable. Amoureux du gel de douche Lalique et du shampooing. Le personnel est sympa, le bienvenu est un plus, le petit déjeuner est bon.

Très bon hôtel juste dehors de la gare principale avec très peu de marche si vous arrivez par train, beaucoup de tram et bus s'arrêtent sur la route que vous pouvez prendre le tram ou le bus au centre-ville et d'autres attractions dans les minutes. et les restaurants à proximité de tellement ne devaient pas marcher longtemps pour manger quelqueehtung, les chambres étaient très confortables et le plus important le climatisation était la meilleure chose sur ce lieu étant il était 30+ degrés du matin le aircondition était toute la journée et la nuit et Il ne peut pas se sentir un peu de chaleur dans la chambre qui fait le sommeil confortable. Très bon marché de l'argent foe car il était l'un des lieux les plus chers pour séjourner à Wrocław avec une très bonne distance à la gare principale et au centre-ville, seuls préoccuper la qualité du service fourni par le personnel de nettoyage ukrainien qui peut être très rude si vous ne parle ukrainien

Un tout grand merci aux hôtesses de l'accueil ! Pour notre 3ème séjour en cet hôtel, nous étions en effet accompagnés de 2 petits-enfants, dont l'un, au retour, oublie ses documents en face de la réception... et s'en aperçoit seulement à l'aéroport ! Alertées, les dames ont dépêché le sac en urgence, par taxi. C'était tout juste : à 2' près, nous rations l'avion. Donc, Mesdames, encore toute notre gratitude : vous êtes formidables ! :-) Mention spéciale aussi au personnel du resto et du service : tout était nickel. Juste un petit bémol (qui n'altère pas du tout notre note positive). Nous ne sommes pas convaincus par l'avènement de distributeurs dans la salle de bain, à la place des produits individuels : peu pratique et hygiénique. Quant au sèche-cheveux séparé, placé dans un sac noir : bof, bof. Il s'est mis continuellement en sécurité. Inefficace et pas du tout au standard Novotel. Mais, comme déjà évoqué, cet hôtel est vraiment très bien, et nous le recommandons chaudement.

With myself arriving on a late evening flight in Wroclaw and taking a train at 6am the next morning elsewhere, since I was only going to be in the hotel for a maximum of about 6 hours, all I needed was a shower, bed and sleep and then leave and therefore I chose this hotel as it appeared to tick those boxes at a good rate. When I arrived at around 11pm the person on reception was so-so, not unpleasant but not friendly either. However what struck me was that despite purchasing the rooms from the hotel's own website, I needed to fill in a long form with all my personal details such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc that they should already have had. Also the lights were really low in the reception so it was impossible to read the form easily so I had to use my phone as a light. I arrived in my room and it looked spartan but fine. The bed was a little bit low to the ground but was fine to sleep in. The aircon made a lot of noise without really doing anything and opening the windows wasn't really possible as there was a tram line outside which would have meant a lot of noise pollution. Shower was a very small corner one, the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. barely room to move in it between the controls and the corner door, let alone shower yourself properly. This might be good for kids but not for adults. Water pressure was okay though. Would I stay again? If the rate was much cheaper than anything else and I simply needed a place to rest for a few hours yes, but if I could find something else in the same price range or needed to stay for anything else than straight to shower and sleep and nothing else, no.

Hotel w dobrej, przyjemnej lokalizacji. Łatwy sposób zameldowania. Spełnia podstawowe oczekiwania. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Na pewno zarezerwuje ponownie w przyszłości.

W październiku chcieliśmy spędzić relaksujący weekend z mężem. W tym celu zalupiliśmy pakiet wart ponad 1600 zł za dwa noclegi, 2 masaże i ”romantyczną kolację”. Recepcja przed naszym przyjazdem była poinformowana o celu wizyty. Pierwsze rozczarowanie to maciupeńki parking, na którym nie ma miejsca. Szczególnie, gdy w hotelu zorganizowana jest jakaś impreza. Udało się jednak jakoś wcisnąć i zostaliśmy zameldowani w pokoju w starej części, tuż nad... salą, w której odbywała się impreza urodzinowa. ”Romantyczna kolacja” była średnio romantyczną. Światło ostre z żyrandola, brak jakiegokolwiek nastroju, a obok panowie na służbowym spotkaniu, głośno omawiający szczegóły kolejnego biznesu. Nie postawiono nam nawet świecy na stolik. O tym, by zadbać dla nas o bardziej nastrojowy kącik nikt nie pomyślał. Sama kolacja to niespodzianka i byliśmy mocno zaskoczeni, że nikt nie zapytał czy np. nie jesteśmy weganami lub czy nie jesteśmy uczuleni na jakieś składniki pokarmowe. To absolutny szok! Szczęśliwie jesteśmy wszystkożerni i bez alergii pokarmowych i szczerze musimy przyznać, że dania, które nam podano to MAJSTERSZTYK! Doskonałe jedzenie i stek najlepszy, jaki w życiu jadłam. Dobre było także wino, które podano. Kucharz to powód, dla którego opinia ma dwie, a nie jedną gwiazdkę. Po kolacji poszliśmy odpocząć, ale okazało się, że impreza jest także w naszym pokoju ;) Oczywiście w takich warunkach mowy nie było o jakimkolwiek relaksie, bo słychać było każdy dźwięk :/ Poprosiliśmy o przeniesieniie do innego pokoju, z dala od imprezy. Dostaliśmy ładny i cichy pokój, w którym w kolei było potwornie zimno, ponieważ wielkieprzesuwane okna są nieszczelne. Można było także mieć zastrzeżenia odnośnie czystości. Łazienka była niedomyta, umywalka z rdzawym nalotem z kamienia. Średnio jak na taki standard. SPA calkiem przyjemne, ale sauna wyłączana wcześniej niż wskazują godziny otwarcia. Nikomu się też nie chciało włączyć muzyki. To jednak tyko mały minus. DUŻYM minusem i sprawą oburzającą (!!!) jest natomiast kamera skierowana wprost na saunę, w której... obowiązuje strefa nagości (regulamin). To jest wręcz niesłychane! Jak widać całkiem sporo było czynników, które wskazują, że rzeczywista kategoria obiektu jest daleka od oficjalnej, ale żadna z nich nie wpłynęłaby na zamieszczenie mojej opinii tutaj. Czarę goryczy przelała sytuacja przy wymeldowaniu. Otóż podczas wymeldowania obciążono mnie kwotą w wysykości 25 zł. Nie braliśmy niczego z barku, więc zaczęłam dociekać za co. No i okazało się za co. Podczas ”romantycznej kolacji” zapytano nas czy życzymy sobie coś do picia. Ja wskazałam wodę niegazowaną, mąż czarną kawę (wino było wymienione w cenie pakietu). Drodzy Państwo... płacąc za pobyt pobad 1600 zł zostaliśmy obciążeni za szklankę wody i małą czarną kawę kwotą 25 zł! Jeżdzimy często odpocząć tylko we dwoje, często wykupujemy pakiety i pierwszy raz w życiu spotkałam się z podobną sytuacją. Widać kawa w tym miejscu cenniejsza niż powrót zadowolonych go

Séjour agréable dans ce Novotel proche de l’aéroport. Grand parking extérieur. Réception cordiale Chambre propre et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner correct : les plus : machine gaufres et centrifugeuse pour des jus de fruits/légumes frais. Mais pas de yahourts !

This hotel isn't the ideal choice overall, and there's room for improvement, especially with breakfast. However, the service, particularly from Mr. Michał at the reception, was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. He answered all my questions, provided recommendations, and fulfilled my small requests, enhancing my stay.

5 sur 5 - tout quand et où nous avons besoin de ça. Grands plats. Grands chambres familiales. Super aide et personnel ami. Parking sur/off site. Site parfait pour quelqu'un qui passe juste par Wrocław. Wi-Fi gratuit avec très bonne comication partout.
