Hotel nas bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczył. Lokalizacja jest znakomita, łóżka bardzo wygodne, łazienka przestronna i funkcjonalna. Rzeczywiście wystrój może być dla niektórych staromodny, ale ma to swój klimat, rzeczy nie są zniszczone a w pokojach jest bardzo czysto. Na duży plus bardzo bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji, drink na powitanie, a gdy chcieliśmy skorzystać z przechowalni bagaży to zaproponowano nam szybsze zameldowanie. Polecam!

Pomimo potwierdzenia telefonicznego, iż nocleg jest wykupiony ze śniadaniem, na miejscu okazało się że za śniadanie trzeba dopłacić. Sprawa miała być wyjaśniana, ale nikt nie się o to nie pofatygował, więc zapłaciliśmy. W łazience /przy prysznicu/ był grzyb. Jedna winda do obsługi 9 pięter. W nocy słychać ruch tramwajowy. Nie polecam.

Visiting Wroclaw 3 - 4 times a year, I always stay here at this hotel. Situated about a 15 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of the main old square and within a 5 min walking distance of the main railway station. Makes for a great location to tour from whether that be a short tram ride to Cathedral Island, the Main Market Square, The Zoo, The Japanese Garden etc...etc... A very pleasant, well managed and clean hotel that not only embraces the modern world but its historic past also. A lift takes you to any floor within the hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms throughout, 24 hour reception. Always have an enjoyable stay.

Clean..simple. great location. Shower gead allowed water through 2 holes haha. Asked at reception and a new one fitted in minutes comfy, spotless. Great price. Coffee shop beneath is rocket fuel haha

The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the station and the shopping centre. The old town is a ten -15 minute walk away but there are trams that stop outside the hotel that take you into the old town. We arrived 45 minutes before check in and hoped we'd be able to take our room but were told there'd be a 40PLN charge. We could leave our baggage however. The rooms are big and spacious but a little tired. However they were clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very disappointing. The sausage was like the hot dogs from a tin and had a very bland taste. There were mixed vegetables such as cauliflower and broccoli which wasn't what we wanted in the morning. Scrambled eggs were brought to us but we're drowned in salt. The bread was dry and there was no toaster either. We're not fussy eaters but it just wasn't to our taste.

This is a typical polish hotel with old fashioned furniture. It is little bit noisy as trams start to operate in the early morning, but it is very close to railway station if you want to travel. The staff was really friendly and supportive. The location is also ok.
