The hotel has lots of things to offer, a very cozy and smart room with basic equipment and needs. They have a delivery robot for take-away. I am also impressed with the free laundry service that they have. The breakfast was so delicious and lots of options. Great stay and I will definitely going back when I am in Wuhan. Lastly, the staff was very nice and they tried to help me out with the special check out time that I asked from them.

Large room and spacious layout nice decor and clean toilet quite room as well. Check in was reasonably efficient though staff fumbled a bit to make a copy of passport. Overall great value!

The room and food are great in this hotel but they don’t use English language to communicate with guests. Additionally the smoking of cigarette is all around. Location is not too far from Metro station, Remark: Name of this hotel is Joycheng Hotel.

The hotel was very clean and well serviced. They also provided slippers and toothbrushes for the children, as well as a small gift. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the Wuhan (Hankou) train and subway station. There is also a large supermarket and a small convenience store nearby. There is no refrigerator in the room. There is also a washing machine in the room, which is convenient.

This hotel ws a good stay for a weekend trip. Decent location. With nice rooms.

Slightly farther away from Hankou station than other hotels, but it's brand new and modern and still very walkable from the station. The rooms look just like the photo's and it was nice and quiet.

非常好，房間很乾凈，挺新的，也很大，在7樓，很安靜，從漢口火車站走過來或者騎個單車不遠。前台很熱情，服務非常到位。早餐也不錯，東西很全面，現做的餛飩熱乾麪都很好吃。可以點外賣，機器人會送到房間。去各景點的話可以騎共享單車去坐漢口站坐地鐵2號線，非常方便。一樓還有一個帶水池的共享露台，晚上可以可以點杯咖啡坐着吹吹風。五星推薦！

因為酒店前台服務特別好，素質高。感到她們的真誠果斷退掉另家酒店的訂單，又下單續住一晚。 然後但是第二天早餐卻讓人很不舒服，我們訂了三間客房，實際入住4人，預訂時選的6份早餐，本來想着自己光明正大的拿兩三樣自己喜歡的坐車簡單填填肚子，結果一位高個男服務員和一個矮個女服務員盯賊似的盯着我們這邊讓人心裏極其不舒服，我們走遍了國內入住很多家酒店大多數從硬件到軟件都很滿意，這家前台到客房服務都很好，就是這個早餐二個管理人員讓人討厭。比如跟他要個塑料袋他都冷冰冰的説沒有，純粹是G眼看人低。而且酒店早餐説實話並不豐富。餐飲部這兩人把我們對酒店的好感敗了一大半。本來還説 明年小龍蝦季節再帶更多的朋友一起住這家酒店。現在這個想法動搖了。我覺得像早餐部這種沒啥技術含量的活用一些有服務熱情的人更能給酒店增加光彩而不是這種覺得自己多牛的人來這裏混還得罪客人.

酒店性價比很高，去年才開業，設施很新，裝修用的材料很好，早餐很豐富，中西餐都有，服務員很熱情，尤其是小關，從入住到離開很熱心的服務，讓人覺得很温暖。機器人服務很智能。地理位置優越，就在漢口火車站附近。下次來武漢，還會住在這裏。

服務：到店就在前台加了微信，小關的服務很貼心，問了很多問題都及時回答了，體驗感很好 設施：設施很不錯，大廳區域劃分的也十分合理，地理位置臨近地鐵站，地鐵二號線，早餐很豐盛，像我這種平時不吃早餐的人，也炫了很多，超讚！ 是一次不錯的出行選擇！

根據攜程評價訂的酒店，不踩雷。 【優點】酒店基礎住宿條件好，房間床品乾淨舒適，電視頻道多，衞生間乾淨，小細節一次性馬桶坐墊紙和濕巾紙。酒店工作人員熱情，服務好，入住還送了小零食禮包，會根據住客實際需求安排無煙房間。 【缺點】酒店離漢口火車站/地鐵站約一公里，稍遠一點點。

住的很舒服，智能設施，乾淨整潔，早餐也非常豐富，相當滿意！還送了餅乾和酸奶，機器人服務也相當滿意，希望下次帶小孩過來玩，老客户有優惠哦！酒店還有當地旅遊線路温馨提示不錯，特別表揚是小金和小陳熱情接待。
