During check-in, the front desk staff member had very limited English proficiency and relied entirely on a translation app. While we understand language barriers may exist, it was rather frustrating, especially in the hospitality industry where basic English communication is generally expected. The hotel’s location on Google Maps was inaccurate, causing us to get lost and waste considerable time. Upon arrival, the gate staff did not greet us, and no assistance was offered with our luggage. However, the bellboy on the day of our check-out—a young gentleman—provided excellent service and left a positive impression. Likewise, the female staff member at the restaurant near the lobby was impressively cheerful and attentive. The male staff member at the gym was also courteous and professional.

My recent stay was nothing short of delightful, thanks to the exceptional service and the genuine care extended by the staffs, particularly those in the lounge service, where the team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were attentive to my every need, whether it was providing recommendations for nearby attractions, offering refreshments, or simply ensuring that I had a pleasant and relaxing environment to unwind in. A special shout out to Amber, Camile, Anthea and Joe, who truly made my stay a wonderful one. Their understanding and caring attitude were evident in every interaction. They took the time to get to know me, listened to my preferences, and made genuine efforts to accommodate my needs and always made sure to go the extra mile.  Their dedication and professionalism are definitely assets to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay.

Service was very good. I felt like they went the extra mile for instance by making sure you got a bottle of water before the steam room. The hotel is well designed and classy, perfect for a staycation. The subway is literally right outside if you intend on I use it. I could see myself coming back here.

Hotel room is of good size,the rain shower was fantastic. Breakfast are of varieties and delicious. Hotel just next to subway station and convenient to travel around Wuhan.

We were supposed to stay for 5 days but extended for 6 then 7 days 😁🤭 All of the staff (from the reception to the room service and the pool) were amazing, helpful and very kind. The doorman were so patient with my kid where she wanted to go in and out on the turning door at the entrance 😂. I highly recommend and will always be at that hotel for my next trip in Wuhan ❤️☀️ Oh! And the breakfast is awesome 😍

The room is very clean. Staff we met are friendly, the reception desk lady, the lobby staff, the cleaning lady as well. The breakfast buffer has a good variety of food and service is good too. Swimming facility is well maintained too. Metro is right outside the hotel. A happy stay this time.

The hotel room and service were top notch. Took 25 mins to get to and from Hankou station. I would rebook again.
