A nice hotel. Just next to Railway Station within walking distance and underground Metro. Its convenient to get around places. Hotel is clean. Amenities was adequate there was even laundry facility on the top floor of the building with washer & dryer. Easily to get clothes washed. Reception staff was helpful with information.

Overview:**
Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience.
Check-In Experience:**
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions.
Room Quality:**
Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay.
Amenities:**
The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order.
Location:**
Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day.
Service:**
Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.
Conclusion:**
Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

FFrederick YouThis hotel is always the safe choice for staying in Hankou. First, The staff is friendly, especially the front desk staff, one of them is Nico, who helped a lot before staying. I have stayed in this hotel for three times so far. furthermore, the facilities are maintained very well. Location is also a good beneficial point if you want to take taxi to anywhere in Hankou.
The only thing could be improved for this time, the quality of the breakfast was not that good comparing to those before. That might be it in the temporary place.

It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life.
Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services.
Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business.
Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool!
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there.
Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed.

Dès que je suis arrivé à l'hôtel, l'apparence de l'atmosphère simple m'a impressionné. Le personnel de la réception est enthousiaste et efficace, il gère rapidement les procédures de séjour et présente intimement les services de l'hôtel.
La chambre me fait encore plus briller devant mes yeux, le style de décoration moderne et chaleureux, la disposition raisonnable, l'espace est vaste. Le lit est doux et confortable, les fournitures de lit sont propres et propres, chaque détail révèle une haute qualité. L'effet d'isolement sonore de la chambre est également très bon, la nuit est particulièrement bon, élimine la gêne d'un jour.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est également disponible. Le petit déjeuner est riche, les plats chinois-ouests devraient être pleins de tous, les nuages sont chauds, avec des aliments frais et un goût délicieux. Il y a aussi tous les types de pain, de fruits, de nutrition et de délicieux, une journée pleine de vitalité.
La position de l'hôtel est également très excellente, les installations à proximité sont complètes et les voyages sont confortables. Pour les gens de mon genre, il y a beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques à proximité, très pratique. Le transport de l'hôtel est également très pratique, et il est possible d'arriver rapidement, qu'il soit à l'intérieur ou dans d'autres régions.
Je suis plus surpris par le service de l'hôtel. Une fois, j'ai laissé mes documents dans la salle de conférence, le personnel m'a contacté la première fois après que je l'ai découvert, et a aidé à garder bien, je me suis permis de le retirer sans heurt, merci beaucoup.
Pendant ce temps, dans l'hôtel de Wuhan Liuyang Development District, que ce soit le logement, le restaurant ou le service, je me suis senti chaud et confortable dans ma maison. Je suis fortement recommandé à tous, la prochaine fois que je viens ici, je suis certain que je choisirai ici!

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further.
Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving.
The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in.
I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost.
The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable.
If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough.
I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

IInvitéJe suis très satisfait, avec de nombreux points positifs :
1. Le plus grand atout est le service. Le personnel de la réception est très accueillant et propose du thé et de l'eau dès que vous vous installez dans le hall. On m'a attribué une chambre qui n'avait pas été nettoyée par erreur, et en attendant qu'elle le soit, on m'a offert un joli cadeau : un parapluie, une bouteille thermos et un masseur.
2. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la rue piétonne et de la plage fluviale.
3. L'hôtel est relativement récent, et je préfère les hôtels récents ; ils ont tendance à paraître plus propres.
4. La chambre avec vue sur la rivière offre une vue magnifique et il est très agréable de s'y installer et de discuter autour d'un thé. Outre les deux bouteilles d'eau minérale offertes chaque jour, une grande bouteille supplémentaire est même fournie pour le thé.
5. La douche est grande, avec un pommeau puissant, ce qui la rend très confortable.
6. Les toilettes sont des toilettes intelligentes toutes neuves. Une salle de bain propre est un élément que j'apprécie particulièrement lorsque je choisis un hôtel.
Je recommanderais cet hôtel à des amis et je séjournerai certainement à nouveau à Wuhan lors de ma prochaine visite.
