MMika_SGThe service apartment is very new, room decoration, appliances are in tip-toe condition. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Checking-in and out were smooth.
Hotel is accessible to subway line #4 which brings you easily to nodes of high-speed railway stations. Hotel is also situated above the shopping mall which offers variety of food, entertainment and shopping venues.
The Wanya restaurant in the hotel serves breakfast from 7am to 11am with western, Chinese and local food. Free brealfast was offered to my child out of goodwill during my stay.
Liked the wash-dry washing machine, it saved me from washing and drying of winter clothes.

重重新出發Rediscover JourneyHotel facilities are great, staff are friendly especially the front desk agent Mia, she gave us a room that we requested and great support during our stay, will definitely be back next time to for her. Anyhow, other agent like Summer needs some improvement thought with bigger smile and greeting to guests upon arrival and greeting when meeting each time.

It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life.
Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services.
Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business.
Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool!
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there.
Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed.

Scenery:
The views from the hotel are breathtaking. Whether gazing out at the bustling cityscape or enjoying the tranquil surroundings, the scenery is unparalleled compared to the Hilton. The hotel's location near the metro station and World Trade Center also adds to its charm.
Pricing:
Despite its high quality and stunning scenery, the Shell Hotel offers pricing that is more reasonable than the Hilton. This makes it an even more attractive choice for discerning travelers like myself.
Overall Experience:
In conclusion, my stay at the Shell Hotel has once again been exceptional. As a seasoned traveler, I can confidently say that this hotel offers a level of comfort, luxury, and convenience that is unmatched by the Hilton Hotel downstairs. FFangajiangÉquipements : La chambre avec vue sur la rivière était très agréable. La télévision diffusait des programmes, la connexion Internet était stable et la chambre était équipée d'un panneau de contrôle intelligent. Le lavabo était à une hauteur idéale, ce qui le rendait confortable. Le matelas était très confortable.
Propreté : Satisfaisante
Service : Satisfaisant. Les réceptionnistes, Xiao Yuan et Xiao Li, étaient très sympathiques.
Ambiance : Le quartier était relativement calme.

TTravelfreeThe ethos hotel is a great choice if you're planning a trip to wuhan! The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the ”Bund” area of wuhan. We spent two days walking around that area but barely scratched the surface. The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable, albeit fairly small with a bit of a 'wasted' tiny balcony area and a tiny bathroom. The breakfast was fairly limited in choices but there are some classic wuhan breakfast options on offer so you can get your fix of reganmian or doupi if you want. The options were limited but they were quite tasty and fresh. There is a laundry room and a gym, there's supposed to be an outer deck, but it seemed to be closed when we tried to go outside, a bit of a shame because we wanted to see the view. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to

L'hôtel Xuong est situé sur la vieille rue de la rue pédésienne de Wuhan, à la rue Jianghan Road, et il est une base confortable pour la visite et les achats. Il offre une bonne valeur pour l'argent, surtout pour les séjours de courte durée, bien qu'il y ait quelques zones qui ne répondent peut-être pas aux attentes de chaque voyageur.

L'hôtel est situé dans l'une des zones commerciales les plus vibrants de Wuhan, avec un accès facile aux magasins, aux restaurants et à plusieurs sites locaux.
Chambres propres et fonctionnelles:
Les chambres sont généralement propres et équipées d'équipements essentiels tels que Wi-Fi, climatisation et eau chaude.
Personnel courtois :
Le service au bureau frontal était poli et professionnel.

Taille de la chambre:
La chambre que j'ai réservée était un peu trop petite pour mon amour.
Pas de service de petit déjeuner :
L'hôtel n'a malheureusement pas offert de petit déjeuner pendant mon séjour, ce qui pourrait être un désavantage pour les voyageurs qui préfèrent des options de repas sur place le matin.
Potentiel sonore:
Le bruit peut être un problème, surtout à la nuit.
Conclusion :
L'hôtel Xugong propose une position centrale et des bases solides à un prix abordable. Il reste un choix raisonnable pour ceux qui accordent la priorité à la convenance et à la valeur sur les installations spatiales et à service complet.
