對早餐很不滿，7：30供應，8點不到去用餐的時候一半餐盤已空，壓根也不補，門口收餐券阿姨態度讓人很不舒服，辦理入住的時候前台説女兒還算小童，可以直接用早餐 ，態度很友好，到了這位阿姨這邊就變成“這麼高了還是小孩嗎？”一臉的不情願。對酒店前台的服務，房間設施，環境滿意，但對早餐很不滿意。

這次就是想看湖景順帶游泳，預訂之前提前給民宿打了電話説泳池清洗過也可以用，等到店了店家突然改口説泳池壞了在維修。房間牆上也有黑印，投影儀是壞的，整個是歪的用不了，用一根塑料繩子綁着。衞生間這個自動馬桶沖水時會把水濺到馬桶圈上。唯一一個四星是風景和地理位置不錯緊靠着湖，民宿服務是一點服務沒有了，前台一問三不知。

CChicken FeetLa location de l'hôtel est parfaite si vous voyagez par train et vous devez se déplacer autour de la gare. Elle n'est pas proche du centre-ville, donc ce n'est pas si confortable. Facilités, chambres, personnel excellent. Et la navette gratuite à la gare.

It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life.
Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services.
Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business.
Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool!
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there.
Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed.

IInvitéIl faut être considéré comme l'hôtel le plus satisfaisant pour le moment. Dans le service, la réception Hedy passe de la réservation à la chambre de choix, très prudent et très accueillant, les grands soeurs du service de la chambre sont également prudents. Je peux dire que ces cinq jours de ma vie sont de plus en plus bons et que je peux voir beaucoup de petits détails prudents. L'hôtel est complet, le service de la lave-linge est très bon, les produits de lavage sont toujours plus satisfaisants. En outre, le petit déjeuner est riche en produits de qualité, les maïs chauds et secs sont délicieux, le café et le thé sont beaucoup mieux que vous ne voulez. Il y a des boutiques et des plats à manger à l'autre côté de la route, le prix n'est pas cher, il y a seulement 6 buissons de poudre de saumon parents, le goût clé n'est pas mauvais. Un tour est le métro, le voyage est également très pratique, le parking est à la porte, le parking est également gratuit, il y a beaucoup de commerces voisins, il y a beaucoup de petits magasins en dessous, il vaut la peine de faire un tour. Si vous revenez plus tard à Wuhan, vous choisissez certainement de rester ici.

MMohamedThis is our 3rd time staying at this hotel We used 3 bedroom apartment. For sure there is a strong reason for continuing to book at this hotel. I shared before in 2 separate posts the excellent location and facilities and above all the warm hospitality.
This time I have to add that the breakfast has been improved and reasonable but there is still room for excellence.
I would like to thank Miss Coco Zhang from the front desk for her excellent service and warm-hearted devotion to doing her work, You make our stay more pleasant indeed.
We will be always stay at this hotel whenever we come to Wuhan.

MMohamedSomerset Zhuankou Wuhan hotel is a very nice place to stay with family. We stayed 2 nights in 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious, each room has a TV with 45 channels ( 5 or 6 in English). The furniture is modern and looks very new. there is a very good kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster, huge fridge, and reasonable cooking utensils. There is a washing machine and dryer and stand to dry up your clothes. Technically, this apartment can accommodate 7 people in some ways.
Breakfast is nice, it has Chinese cuisine and also items for non-chinese or Asians like boiled eggs, rice, coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, bread, butter, jam, cookies, some hot plates. So breakfast is more than ok.
It has a nice swimming pool and a small pool for kids. Suna is also there (opened only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 pm). there are kids playing ground, ping pong table, and a world-class gem.
The location is not very far from Wanda plaza ( 12 RMB by didi- 3 km away) and also another Eaon mall that is a bit far. There is a grocery shop just beside the hotel where you can get very nice bakery stuff, anything you want fruits, vegs, drinks, meat, chicken and also they do have food court to eat on sot from a menu. This grocery shop has fantastic seafood and huge crab, lobster..etc you name it.
The front desk is standard style so you will get answers if you ask questions. Although they are straight forward and locally trained they are kind or lack somerset and ascot hospitality that I got in different locations like Jakarta for example where they are very helpful, warm, hospitable and smile and pleasant all the time. Saying so doesn't mean that your stay will be by all means less enjoyable as you will get all your concerns answered. It is just you need to tell them and they will reply.
Housekeeping and kitchen are very warm and nice ladies and they are down to earth, hospitable, and always ready to help just bring your google translate and there are no problems at all.

BBecca-Mary-JaneWhat a fabulous quirky boutique type hotel in a great location for exploring Hankou Bund Cultural Area, perfect spot for a stroll along the river park, the bund, the back streets and main stream shopping. Our room overlooked the Yangtze River so we had an amazing light show along the river bank every night till 10pm. The room was clean and bed large and comfortable, and we were happy for the bathtub (along with separate shower). Staff were amazing and despite our lack of Chinese they were very helpful and would always find us an English speaker if needed. Breakfast was wholesome and varied, with anything from Pastries to Re Gan Mian. The hotel had lots of facilities that we made use of, from the a fully kitted out laundry room (great as we'd been travelling a bit), gym and a fab rooftop bar with terrace. All round great experience and good value.

MMr. Alex2045Il s'agit d'un hôtel bien établi situé juste à côté de la célèbre rue piétonne Jianghan, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro, avec location de vélos disponible tout autour de la gare et au-delà. Lawsons est également très proche. Le hall de l'hôtel est d'un style grand classique et des ascenseurs adaptés aux royals, des équipements de chambre plus que ce à quoi on peut s'attendre, tout était tout simplement incroyable. La pagode et le pont étaient les meilleurs. mais la rue Jianghan est quotidiennement surpeuplée, avec 5 fois plus de personnes qu'elle ne peut en accueillir, pareil pour le temple Gode.
