【關於硬件】硬件是我住過最差的亞朵，房間小，沒有窗户，隔音也很不好，走道狹小。 【關於服務】關鍵服務也被動，前台給一張取電卡，兩個身份證衹給我一張房卡，上樓梯要刷卡，兩人出行不方便，在跟前台講了以後再給我加了房卡，發來的短訊還是同住人申請碼，這個同住人名字也不對，不知道酒店系統是什麼鬼？ 【關於附加消費】然後還叫我開通金會員吃早飯跟我説早餐券不會過期，但是辦好後看到系統顯示早餐券有效期一年。反正這個地方給我新生疙瘩，體驗不爽的一家店。之前在其他城市住的亞朵感覺還是挺好的，這樣下去看來以後要不要換其他星級酒店了。。。。。。唯一離開黃鶴樓步行15分鐘，算是景區的酒店。早餐也一般，沒有比較沒有傷害！

Lorsque je suis entré dans la chambre pour la première fois, j'ai eu l'impression que la chambre était très petite, tout comme un hôtel, ce qui était un peu décevant. Mais le service est vraiment au top, tout le monde est accueilli avec le sourire, c'est ce genre de vrai bonheur ╮(￣▽￣””)╭ J'ai envie de demander comment ça se fait, ce genre de bonheur est contagieux~La gouvernante Amy est toujours là pour toi, mots clés d'éloge~ Hygiène : Très bien, tout sent bon, contrairement à ces vieux hôtels qui sentent le moisi... Environnement : Fleurs et plantes, ambiance tropicale Équipements : La décoration est exquise, la qualité est bonne, les matelas sont confortables et il y a tous les équipements nécessaires. Service : Super ! Le premier soir, j'y suis retourné et j'ai trouvé deux desserts sur la table, je ne les ai pas mentionnés à l'avance. Les chaussettes que j’ai envoyées au lavage ont été lavées et le service client m’a même aidé à en acheter de nouvelles. J'ai reçu une pièce commémorative🪙 en guise de cadeau d'adieu. Station d'approvisionnement en énergie : C'est très pratique, avec de l'eau minérale, des petits yaourts et des petites oranges 🍊 J'ai l'impression que cet hôtel a été réfléchi et l'expérience est très bonne. La météo diffusée sur la télé dans la salle de petit-déjeuner, la comparaison entre les styles chinois et occidental, et la petite personnalité du propriétaire sont également visibles, ce qui est vraiment drôle !

Conveniently located near Metro station. Can easily transfer to Line 2 for the international Airport. The breakfast buffet is a good spread of international and local cuisine. Will use it again for sakura viewing in future.
