這次入住這家酒店，比預想中的要好！從踏入酒店大堂就看見了前台服務人員的笑容和問好，態度也很親切，。尤其入住時侯看我們走的比較喘給我們立馬拿了2瓶水，讓我們喝點水休息一下，辦理入住手續也是既迅速又細緻，辦完後還帶我們去了電梯那，還告訴我們如果需要到北站的話可以聯繫前台酒店可以免費送，總之，這家酒店的服務非常好，讓我們很滿意，我非常推薦這家酒店給大家。

La pièce est très grande. J'aime boire du thé sur le petit canapé🛋 Il faisait trop chaud et je ne sortais pas sur le canapé qui ouvrait la fenêtre à six heures du soir. , j'ai navigué et marché jusqu'à l'entrée du métro. C'était très proche. J'ai pris le métro jusqu'à Datang Evernight City et je suis revenu le soir. J'ai également pris le métro jusqu'à l'hôtel et j'ai pris un taxi pour rentrer à l'hôtel dès que possible. en sortant du métro, c'était très pratique qu'il y ait une machine à laver au premier étage, et l'employé m'a même proposé de la sécher le moment venu, je n'ai pas à m'inquiéter, merci. Finalement, nous avons pris un taxi jusqu'à la gare du nord de Xi'an, qui était très proche et coûtait dix yuans.

L'hôtel est très confortable, mais le nombre d'odorants n'était pas très agréable.

J'ai prolongé mon séjour le lendemain. La procédure de prolongation a été rapide et le service sympathique. Le hall de l'hôtel est spacieux et lumineux. Trois ascenseurs exclusifs permettent de rejoindre rapidement l'étage où j'habite. C'est la première fois que je séjourne chez Mercure et je suis Très satisfait!

Emplacement : Juste en face de la sortie de métro n°14. Il se trouve à un arrêt de la gare de Xi'an Nord. Il est plus pratique de passer à la ligne 4 ou à la ligne 2 pour entrer dans la ville. Installations : assez neuves, propres et bien rangées Service : La réception est très accueillante Milieu environnant : Il y a un supermarché en bas. Les fruits sont assez chers. Il y a des barbecues et des stands de marché nocturne en bas. Petit déjeuner exquis ~

Для нас большой минус в комнате жутко пахло сигаретами, целый день проветривали комнату, даже полотенце которое было для нас приготовлено лежало на кровати, жутко пахло сигаретами, на вторые сутки более менее выветрилось в комнате, по этому при бронировании указывайте номер для не курящих, может такие есть. Из плюсов есть вешалки для одежды, с горячей водой проблем не было. Бюджетный отель, со средним ремонтом.

The hotel and all staff members are totally amazing!! After a long 7 day work week, this was the perfect staycation I could have wished for. Most staff from the porters, checkin desk, spa and restaurant speak some level of English, which was impressive. I came here to unwind and celebrate my birthday, and being in a relatively new city, felt emotional, but a massive thank you to Tina Wang (Foqianru) who arranged for a beautiful birthday cake to be delivered to my room and also invited me to the club house to have snacks and coffee on my birthday, all free of charge, you really made my day special and rememberable, thank you! I finished my 2 night stay with a wonder body scrub and massage at the spa on the 7th floor. The manager, Jackie, who spoke great English, was super helpful and assisted me in booking the treatment on Dianping so I was able to get it at the promotional price. The masseuse was Thai, and gave a wonderfully relaxing massage, thank you! The service at both the Commune and Char restaurants was excellent, staff were very attentive. The pool and sauna area was stylish, clean and very well maintained. Thank you to the checking in staff who upgraded my room and gave me a late checkout time. I will definitely return!!

Le gestionnaire de l'hôtel Sherry était excellent. Prends soin de mes besoins très bien. Très utile. Personnel informatique Amy est techniquement très compétent. M'a aidé avec mon configuration WiFi efficacement. Très patient aussi. Personnel de réception Damon, jeune mais très bien géré. Jason m'a aidé à appeler une cabine à 5 h. Très efficace n ami.. Globalement, me fait sentir comme chez moi :)
