Good location, in front of the subway station and near a street full of restaurants.
The staff don’t speak English, but they do their best to try to communicate with us. They were a bit confused about our passaports and had to ask for it 3 times, even locking us out once to make us go to the reception, where they could ask for our passage again. So it was a bit annoying.
The bed was comfortable, they have nice movies (even in English) at the tv.
A plus is the hairdryer, which is exceptionally good (see photo).

到酒店的時候發生了一個小插曲，進房間時沒有熱水，但是酒店服務很及時，態度很好，可以立即解決問題，還給我們介紹了周邊的路線圖，並且來回的都給我們安排好了，很細緻，今天離開的時候很熱情的歡送了我們，下次我們決定再來西安的時候還住這家店

圖片和宣傳嚴重不符合，衞生條件很差。賣四星級的錢但衹有二星級的環境。門口停車免費是假的，交警來貼罰單了。
wifi和電視都用不了，工程經理來看了説修不了。事後還和平台撒謊説當時已經解決了，
總之這家酒店真是爛透了，完全不是四星級！！！被騙了一次再也不想來了。
還欠着我的發票沒有開！！税務局舉報走一波

房間乾凈，座落於玉祥門地鐵站旁，交通邊便利，去灑金橋美食街搭一站就到，價位不高，服務員親切，原訂住兩夜，感覺很舒服，再加碼兩夜，下次再遊西安，選住澳都飯店（新澳飯店）準錯不了。

西安人本着不給遊客添麻煩原則還是打破了，朋友到西安來玩，看了不少酒店都沒有房間了，網上訂房，酒店服務可以，空調很給力,房間精緻，早餐不錯，就是人比較多，重點是朋友覺得很方便，地鐵就在門口，性價比拉滿。

和朋友一起到西安旅遊，定了兩個標間，在下午的時候就有人打電話詢問大概到店時間，還幫我們把第二個訂單修改了時間。入住前台小姐姐小哥哥很熱情，還專門送了水果到房間並問我們入住的怎麼樣？樓層裏免費的礦泉水，真的是很熱情貼心哈。客房的衞生也不錯。早餐也很豐盛，整體感覺很好啊，再來西安還會選擇這裏哈。

必須大大的滿分，一個人從廣東千里迢迢來到西安當一回特種兵，初來乍到人生地不熟的攻略也沒做多少，奔着一個去到哪玩到哪的想法！但是來到之後就非常的迷茫，直到遇到了這家酒店的前台姐姐，對本小土豆非常的熱情，去哪裡玩啊，哪裡有好吃的啊，都會給我耐心的介紹！給我提出了非常多的意見跟建議。下回來西安的話，我還是會選擇這家酒店，環境各方面啥的都挺不錯的！西安的晚上是很冷，但是前台姐姐的耐心真的讓人非常的暖心！
