My wife and I stayed at the hotel by joining Ctrip tour and then we stayed one more night after we retuned back from Kinmen Taiwan. Although I was told the hotel had been locally managed, the Japanese hospitality culture is still been kept. We found the room is nice and clean. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Here we want to express our thanks for Front Desk Manager Eric Cheung, Lobby Manager Harrison Yang, F&B Manager Boris Wu and Front Desk Manger Sophy Guo for their friendly and helpful service.

Excellent hotel in a great location 👍👍👍. I went there for the Xiamen marathon, and it was super convenient, just a few hundred metres from the start point, and close to the beach. Ginger tea and snacks in the lobby after the race were great too. I accidentally left a necklace in the room and Yoko from the hotel sent it to me by explaining press delivery free of charge. Will definitely come back next year!

Hotel Nikko is right next to Xiamen International Exhibition centre. The room is clean and spacious. All staff were polite and very helpful. We had breakfast on 26th floor which is opened for guests stayed on executive floors, nice view but i was told the choice of food is not as much as the restaurant on 5th floor.

Great location! First time in Xiamen for busienss trip, just 7-8 mins walk to the exhibition hall. 5-stars service! I was received by Mrs. Mao and Ms. Eddy Yang who showed me their warm hospitality, made my stay at Nikko Xiamen unforgetable! Breakfast was ok, mainly Chinese style....

櫃台主管小楊非常積極仔細，在我們出發前就致電給我，但我手機SIM卡切換，所以沒接到，主要是發現我們三間房型有歐式和日式，所以會在不同樓層，貼心的建議目前日式房可安排全家三間房連著，這樣我們超方便，重點是我以前沒碰過這樣積極又體貼的櫃枱服務👍 而且會主動詢問三人睡兩米寬的床若不夠睡，可以分成兩小床，或者在榻榻米上幫我們鋪床的櫃台主管❤️ 主動加我微信，簡直變成我們有飯店私人秘書了😄，住行政樓層没有比一般樓層貴多少，但是可以在行政酒廊用早餐，食材的價值升級人相對少，非常舒適可口👍 行政樓層還有17:30-19:30的歡樂時光happy hour，我們淡季來是在弁慶日本料理吃套餐，日本清酒和梅酒，軟性飲料無限供應，真的是歡樂時光😄，清酒和梅酒有米釀的香味，喝得出高檔品質，很驚艷，梅酒不甜，在此以前我真的以為梅酒都很甜🤣，來吃了好多天，後來都不好意思了，因為太划算了！ 幾乎全天候可以在1樓貴賓廳享用咖啡點心和糕點，房間冰箱的飲料免費使用還會補充！ 我跟小楊說，我們來廈門都沒辦法吃朋友介紹的美食了，因為都被你們飯店餵養飽了🤣

此次來廈門超預期絕對有酒店的功勞 之前先生來參加廈馬入住的就是日航 此次帶孩子旅遊也果斷選擇了這裏 酒店地理位置很好，步行5分鐘就能到達海灘 之前顧慮酒店建成比較早，但發現維護地特別好 細節之處考慮地特別周到，衞生間有獨立的小水盆 和洗漱分開，特別喜歡肥皂盤上的花紋，很雅緻 房間還提供整套日式茶具，喝着茶，看看海，相當愜意 26樓的行政餐廳早餐每天都不重樣，每款都很美味 此外尤其想要誇一下酒店的服務，接待我的是洋子 在她休息期間，還及時地回覆我消息，主動幫我解決問題，考慮周到，太感動了，實在感謝。 此外在迎賓區還提供小茶點供回來的顧客享用 住過不少高端酒店，但這裏的服務真的很好，下次來廈門，絕對還是選日航。

設施：完備，本次升級了行政海景房，有單獨的衞生間，與淋浴間完全隔開，如果多人入住，不會相互影響。配備智能馬桶、茶桌、冰箱，還有文具等便利設施。房間內有咖啡機可以用，浴室淋浴與浴缸可選！ 衞生：符合日航系列標準，很乾凈，沒有肉眼可見的污漬，達到五星級標準 環境：酒店獨棟，充滿日式氣息，餐廳提供日料與廈門本地特色食品 服務：感謝行政房的專屬管家小楊姐姐，可以網上需求幫助 總結：這是廈門的老牌酒店，且入住期間可欣賞海景、環境安靜，值得再來。

出乎意料的居住體驗！非常開心來廈門能住這裏，性價比很高！ 本來以為廈門陰天，住不住海景房無所謂，能有啥特別呢？多虧前台小楊建議，住到了視野好的海景房間。早起是晴天，在房間裏温暖舒適地躺着，就看到了海上日出！太感動了！畢竟日落常見，日出起不來就不容易見到，更何況不用出門就能看～ 兩晚睡得特別好，房間非常安靜，衞生乾淨，床品特別舒適有親膚感，不會特別滑特別澀，起床後沒有疲憊感，特別解乏。對於老牌酒店，設施維護成現在這樣已經非常棒了！（都想帶走床羽絨被子了[Facepalm]） 房間面積大，有榻榻米可以閑坐，還有霧化玻璃設計（日出映在上面有驚喜），房間裏光線設計很有質感，可以很亮堂可以很昏暗，是有美感的房間光線設計，非常喜歡！ 以後來還會入住～26層日料店很好吃，沙拉用材也新鮮～推薦推薦～ 如果一定建議啥，可能是早餐現在衹是還不錯、品類夠用，可以考慮要不要再提升下～ 下次來廈門，我還會來住的～
