Avis : Xiamen Tanhua Homestay

Not so difficult to locate hostel. Walking distance to zhongShanLu. Owner is friendly in assisting visitor. Washroom is abit small and sometimes having odour. Overall is good

The airbnb’s location is strategic with easy access to hot spots in Xiamen. However the building is old and without the lift access, have to carry the luggages to 3rd floor. It will be better if the owner could provide 2 access cards for a family of six.

Definitely NOT 30-35m2 per room, but smaller. Got the room shown with a stairs and red sofa like 15 pictures down the galery list. What is nice is a own washingmachine and fridge in the room, which is really two levels,a large bed and washingmachine above, and doen a sofa, tv, fridge and toilet/washbasin with a shower combo. Wifi dedicated just to our room. Not too far walk from the ferry to gulangyu, near a market and nightlife streetfood. difficult to find without gps, but is on the map, so taxidrivers find it easy. 50 RMB airport to hotel or hotel to airport fare.

Nice homestay, great location, friendly front staff. We travelled together as three international students, the price is okay for the room. However, the walls were quite thin, bring earplugs if you don't want to be disturbed in the morning. We had to pay a 100RMB deposit which we got back after we checked out of the room.

I think I have already stayed here more than a week. I'm pretty sure this is the best "value for money" hotel in Xiamen even during the peak season.

第一次來廈門，就遇到了這麼好的店家，讓我這趟廈門之旅格外加分。 過去以後老闆很熱心地介紹了當地的旅遊特色，也告訴我了我們一些景區的捷徑和推薦方案，省了不少心。 衞生乾淨整潔，交通方便，離中山路步行街和網紅八市美食街都很近。

設施：陳舊不堪，太差勁了。 衞生：不乾淨的感覺特別是馬桶不忍直視。 環境：臟亂差。 服務：差到極致，沒有服務一説，都是各種不參與的。

房間的地址非常好。房間很大還有比較乾淨。有電視，水，毛巾。房主人很好，樂於助人。 安排得非常好，他們也非常樂於助人。 遺憾的是，燈光有點不舒服，但還不算太糟。 我絕對推薦這套公寓。

房東姐姐人很好，衞生很乾凈，單人間都有洗衣機太棒了，住過最滿意的民宿👍👍👍

民宿在鬧市區，分分鐘到達八市，去周邊景點，公交地鐵都很方便！

有蚊子，手上被叮了一個包。沒有電蚊香液，廁所沒有衞生紙。 非常不推薦！！下次再也不會選擇這家！！

酒店不知道怎麼樣，家裡來客人了去住圖個方便，問前台多少錢，大姐説一百多，她説從網上下單便宜點，結果網上下單231，還説什麼12點前退房，我們定時就是夜裡十二點了，感覺老闆做生意不地道

麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。住名宿還是很方便的，還有冰箱洗衣機，很方便！衞生打掃的也很乾凈，老闆娘很熱情。位置也很好，離中山路步行街和八市都很近。唯一不滿意的就是衞生間太小，洗澡有點轉不開身！
