Cette fois, le voyage à Xiamen est devenu plus parfait parce qu'il a séjourné dans cet hôtel. L'hôtel est situé au centre de la prospérité du CBD de Zhongshan Road, et sa position géographique est excellente. À proximité de Zhongshan Road 8 est très pratique de faire des courses et de cuisiner. La gare est en bas, les bus devraient être tous les types de routes, où qu'ils soient. Le tour est à l'avant, le paysage mer fascinant est très étonnant. La chambre est une maison de paysage maritime, la vue est ouverte et le paysage est magnifique. Les installations internes sont complètes, les maisons de vocation intelligentes apportent une expérience confortable, les maillots intelligents sont propres et confortables, les canaux peuvent permettre aux gens de se détendre et de se débrouiller, les canaux électriques à chaud, etc. L'effet de climatisation est très bon et nous avons créé un environnement de vie confortable. Le service du personnel est également très attentif et énervant. Il est aussi facile de faire des gens comme le vent de la jungle. L'hôtel n'est pas difficile à choisir, ni à la position, ni à l'installation, ni au service. Il est fortement recommandé à tous. Je pense que vous aurez ici un moment inoubliable et bon.

L'arrivée à la porte de la porte après avoir vu la neige dans le nord-est de Helongjiang Har. Après avoir descendu à la station de métro de Xuman, je suis directement à la recherche de l'hôtel, parce que le prix de l'hôtel est bon, et je suis donc déterminé à réserver le meilleur. Bien que non immédiatement, je suis déjà en possession des bagages après avoir effectué les formalités nécessaires. Cela me permet de me rendre facilement à la porte de la porte de la mer. Je suis un peu fatigué après avoir joué à la goutte de la porte, je dois laver un bain après avoir reçu la carte de chambre. Après avoir dîné près du magasin, le personnel de la réception de l'hôtel sera aussi aisément assis avec moi. Cette heure est un moment de détresse pour la personne, qui a une bonne réconciliation et un grand confort. Il faut être heureux d'aller dehors. Maintenant, préparez-vous à continuer de voyager dans la zone humide de Guangdong. Merci. Au revoir.

Parlons d'abord des défauts : il n'y a pas de moquette et le sol n'est pas insonorisé + la chaise est très lourde et ne peut pas être soulevée. Elle fait beaucoup de bruit lorsqu'on la traîne sur le sol (écoutez la vidéo ci-dessous). tu as le cœur faible, tu ne peux pas vivre là-bas ! Le premier jour, au milieu de la nuit, je traînais encore des chaises à l'étage, je me suis réveillé plusieurs fois et j'étais sur le point d'avoir une crise cardiaque😓. Pour être honnête, il n'y a vraiment aucun bruit du viaduc devant la fenêtre. C'est juste le sol et les chaises. C'est vraiment impossible de ne pas les changer !
L'ascenseur est trop petit et rudimentaire.
Avantages : Très proche de la rue piétonne Zhongshan Road à Bashi. Pratique pour manger et faire du shopping.

Je suis très satisfait de la chambre twin dans laquelle j'ai séjourné cette fois-ci ! L'espace est spacieux et nous pouvons y vivre tous les cinq sans aucune pression. Il réalise vraiment la combinaison parfaite de confort et de praticité. Le B&B est situé sur la très animée Zhongshan Road, ce qui le rend extrêmement pratique pour voyager, que ce soit pour faire du shopping ou faire du tourisme, tout est à portée de main. De plus, l'attitude de service du gars à la réception était excellente, chaleureuse et attentionnée, et nous a fait ressentir la chaleur de la maison. J'ai été profondément impressionné par cette expérience d'hébergement et je le recommande vivement aux amis qui ont besoin d'un espace spacieux et confortable !

Centrally located. Pedestrian shopping street zhongshan road and a meto station is just around 5-10 mins walk. The seaview room offers best views of Gulangyu island from Xiamen. Nice gym. Great and impeccable service from the executive lounge staff, including Alma. We'll definitely be back in Swiss Grand in our next trip to Xiamen.

Je veux toujours séjourner dans un hôtel propre et hygiénique comme celui-ci, et je n'ai pas été déçu. J'ai dormi très confortablement cette nuit-là. Nous avons séjourné dans un B&B le premier jour à Xiamen parce que la literie était inconfortable, nous avons donc décidé de la changer. Cet hôtel n'a pas seulement des lits. La salle de bain est confortable et il n'y a pas d'odeur. La séparation sèche et humide est très bonne et propre. Séjourner dans un hôtel propre et hygiénique rend le voyage un plaisir. , juste à l'intérieur de Center Street et juste en dessous se trouvent des magasins. L'endroit pour manger est très pratique. Le plus important est qu'il soit calme dans l'agitation. la rue piétonne animée en bas quand vous venez, vous ne sauriez jamais que cet hôtel est très calme quand vous séjournez en centre-ville. La réception Le petit frère est aussi très enthousiaste. Bref, je suis très satisfait de l'environnement d'hébergement de. Ibis lors de mon voyage à Xiamen.

La position est à 15 minutes de route du salon de la science et de la technologie, il y a un garage de transport sous-terrain et un transport pratique. Le choix de manger en bas est plus grand, il y a 10 minutes à pied, toute la rue de la cuisine. C'est la réservation de deux chambres en ligne, et le résultat est de partir pour séparer le niveau de l'étage. Je pense que l'arrangement de la réception n'est pas très raisonnable. La réservation de deux chambres doit être nécessaire ensemble, ce qui a causé de nombreux désagréments! J'espère que ça va aller mieux... Sur le service, il faut toujours répondre aux besoins des clients.

I recently stayed at the New East China Hotel during a transit through Xiamen and found it to be a solid choice for a short stay. The rooms are basic but clean, which met my needs perfectly. Check-in was very quick and efficient, which was appreciated after a long flight.
Despite the hotel’s proximity to the airport, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no noise at all, making for a restful night. The convenience of the hotel’s pick-up and drop-off service to and from the airport was a major plus, adding to the stress-free experience.
If you want to venture into town or visit Walking Street, it’s easy to get a Didi from the hotel. Given its convenience and overall good service, I’ll definitely consider staying here again the next time I need to transit through Xiamen.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

Il y a une piste de course spéciale le long de la côte. Le paysage est très beau. Il est très proche de la Garden Expo Park et le Tan Kah Kee Memorial Hall.
La pièce est grande et la vue extérieure est dégagée depuis les baies vitrées. Le lit et les draps sont neufs et confortables.
Le service est très chaleureux, attentionné et méticuleux, et les nombreux membres du personnel avec lesquels j'ai été en contact sont jeunes et très professionnels.
Un merci spécial à Xiao Tang pour avoir confirmé le vol par téléphone un jour à l'avance, proposé d'organiser une prise en charge et apporté un petit cadeau dans la chambre pour le saluer.
Je voudrais également remercier Lin Xiang, Huang Shaoxian et Li Guipeng pour leur enthousiasme et leur attention.
Les fruits et collations gratuits préparés dans la chambre sont très intimes.
Le thé de l'après-midi au Bay View Bar au 22ème étage de l'hôtel est exquis et délicieux.
Le petit déjeuner est riche en variété, compatible avec le chinois et l'occidental.

IInvitéLe premier jour, nous avons été déçus parce qu'ils nous ont mis dans une petite chambre que nous n'avons pas pensé valable le prix que nous avons payé. Il y avait de vastes fenêtres et la vue était la route tranquille en bas et deux petites montagnes à la distance. Le lit et les pièges étaient fermes et très bons à dormir. Bon pour se détendre après un long jour de tour ou de travail. Il y avait une petite table de table ainsi que quelques espaces ou de l'espace pour travailler et mettre vos autres choses. La salle de bains est entièrement automatisée, il est très confortable d'utiliser. Le restaurant est très confortable et vous avez besoin de bienvenue. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très bon pour vous, mais vous n'avez pas le temps de vous accueillir.

IInvitéJe suis allé à Xiamen plusieurs fois au fil des ans mais je ne suis jamais sorti faire du tourisme. Cette fois, je suis venu ici spécifiquement pour un voyage tranquille. Je pense que c'est la chambre la plus satisfaisante. Le personnel de service est chaleureux. et poli. Ils ont également surclassé la chambre que j'ai réservée en ligne. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse, et le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Elle n'est pas loin du centre de croisière, de la rue piétonne Zhongshan Road, de Zengcuo'an et d'autres sites touristiques. J'aime les installations et les services de l'hôtel, ça vaut le coup de le recommander ^_^

IInvitéGood hotel, clean and facilities good. The restaurant overall good but after eating there for a couple of days ( breakfast and evening meal - both buffet) we needed something better elsewhere. The location requires getting a taxi or hiring bikes. Also worth noting that the hotel is on the side of a hill so a steep walk back up if using a bike. Overall would recommend but probably better to eat out in the evenings. Staff helpful throughout the stay so no complaints.

EExpatThis hotel was priced above average considering the time of year and the neighboring hotels. I cannot say that my stay was very good here because of a few things. When I checked in the procedure for passport and everything was completed. They had to do the process again later that night. The water did go out while I stayed there but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The neighboring hotel and beach were doing construction, so I had lots of noise going on out my window early in the morning. The location is good because it’s close to the beach, however the dining advertised is at the hotel next to it. I did ask the Trip.com app to update the information for the hotel because the breakfast included was not what they would typically serve because they confirmed it depended on the number of guests. I could not eat the food that they offered me and they were not willing to adjust the price. trip.com offered me trip coins, however my overall stay here was disappointing because even the car gate was having delays. There were things such as maybe teabags or cotton swabs that I asked to have in the room, but none of those are offered. The view is very nice. The cleaning staff is very friendly. However their breakfast area was just an empty banquet room with empty shaving dishes and they had a family temporally making plates of whatever they decided. I definitely think this hotel needs to have some love and attention, especially considering that the neighboring hotels are upgrading their properties. I feel that the rates should’ve been lower considering all of the construction in the walkways behind the hotel. I honestly have no clue have dinner was available or not. I saw a total of three staff members there and then the family of three making the place of breakfast in the two days. The price of the hotel changed by 200 yuan in Trip.com in less than 12 hours on the day that I reserved. Only difference was that breakfast was not included.

Staff at the hotel are attentive and conscientious, however overly zealous about upselling the benefits of the club lounge rooms. Club lounge is small, doesn’t have much to offer by way of snacks. Very limited food options at breakfast. Doesn’t open of offer anything around lunchtime and has limited options for dinner. Ok if you’re a drinker, but range of spirits is small.
Didn’t feel I received value for money for the upgrade. My clients and I ended up eating at the main restaurant for breakfast, which was not included in the club price?
Also, the views from the club floor rooms were not river views- we overlooked the noisy bar street at the building across the road.
Had a problem getting fruit to my room over my 4 day stay, so had to go out and buy Bananas for myself.
Another issues was that despite leaving the room available and arranging with reception for housekeeping to clean the room in time for me to have a video conference call without interruptions, they did not and so, i was interrupted during my call and had to repeatedly explain and deal with housekeeping insisting on coming in!
The last straw for me was when reception neglected to extend my stay as requested the day before and so I had issues with my card and with checking in again, so I simply booked into another, more welcoming hotel.
Overall, the hotel is professional and well managed, but they do seem to have some problems co-ordinating back of house teams.

IInvitéMy elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location.
When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish.
The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

IInvitéReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
