Sikyon Coast Hotel and Resort

My stay at Sikyon Hotel was nothing short of a colossal letdown. The grand illusions painted by their promotional photos on their website quickly shattered, exposing a string of disappointments that rendered the entire experience abysmal. The accommodations were a far cry from the advertised luxury, with air conditioning that couldn't handle a mildly warm day and a conspicuous absence of promised amenities like a spa and pool at a SPA resort. Beach service was a lesson in inefficiency, forcing us to abandon hopes of a timely experience and settle for drinks alone. Dinner was a comedy of errors, featuring sluggish service, a missing drinks menu, and an audacious charge for an unwanted dip. Dessert, apparently a mythical concept, only materialized after an absurd 25-minute wait for a menu and never returned to take our order, highlighting the staff's incompetence. Breakfast was a self-service nightmare, including having to set our own table complete with cold food and an overall atmosphere of collective misery shared by all guests. The check-out experience was equally disheartening, with staff demonstrating a remarkable indifference to guest satisfaction and a laughable response to offered feedback – a mere 10 euro discount, I wouldve preferred that they kept the money to spend on the hotel. Even the weather didn't escape the hotel's negligence, with wet sunbeds during rain serving as a metaphor for the establishment's complete disregard for guest comfort. In conclusion, Sikyon Hotel managed to shatter every expectation, leaving an indelible mark of disdain. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this sorry excuse for a luxury establishment.

Green scenery right by the sea. Beach is great and water is lovely. The sunbeds and umbrellas too. The room was excellent, tasteful, clean and comfortable (only the mattress was a bit too firm for my taste). Service in general very good. Restaurant was awesome: excellent service, great food, took excellent care of my allergic toddler. Extremely happy for that. Will definitely visit again later this summer.

Wonderful location, comfortable-clean rooms and excellent services! A tasty breakfast with variety of products and delicious dishes for lunch or dinner.I would strongly recommend it for holidays or business purposes.

Amazing people, amazing vibes, beautiful location. Reception team, the ladies at breakfast (our favorite was Roula), the team on the beach - everyone with a smile! The rooms are a bit outdated but very clean and with very comfortable mattress. Overall a great experience!

This review is for the restaurant at the SYKEON Hotel . Although the Food was fairly good , the service or lack thereof was Obscene ! The wait staff was all messed up and forgot orders , took plates and silverware and neglected to replace the Silverware until after the Food was served and we asked for it . They served us two hot appetizers for the center of the table and left, and we had to ask for spoons to share them amongst ourselves , whilst the Food got Cold . Waiter got lost , busboys were not at all trained , and the Maitre D spent all his time chatting with whomever was available and not looking at what was going on around him at the Tables ! Classic Greek Non service where the maitre or Whomever is in charge does not take any interest in what is happening , or in training / schooling his Nascent employees . He thinks his presence is sufficient and he provides nothing aside from his own entertainment! To top it off , he had the Nerve to ask us is everything OK at the end of the meal . If he had been paying attention he would have seen that the Service was a Disaster! This is the proof of “ No Competition Dullens the Knife “ . I assume he has a captive Audience of people staying at the Hotel , but from the Reviews of the Hotel I would say this entire operation is one to AVOID !!!

Perfect if you want to enjoy a peaceful vacation. Great service from the staff, well organized beach, no additional charge for sunbeds for hotel guests, easy to park and wonderful old villa in the complex. Recommended!

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ όμορφο σημείο στο Ξυλόκαστρο, κυριολεκτικά δίπλα στο κύμα. Άνετα και καθαρά δωμάτια. Συμπαθητική εξυπηρέτηση. Εξαιρετική η κυρία στο spa και οι υπηρεσίες μασάζ. Παρόλο που το επισκεφθηκαμε χειμώνα σε γενικές γραμμές μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι. Βοήθησε και ο καιρός που ήταν καλός. Ενδείκνυται για σύντομες αποδράσεις από Αθήνα.

Πόσο όμορφο ξενοδοχείο! Πόσο άψογο το προσωπικό! Δεν προλάβαινες να σκεφτείς ότι κάτι χρειάζεσαι, στο είχαν φέρει. Πόσο ωραίος καφές και πλούσιο πρωινό! Η κουζίνα απίστευτη! Κανονικές ξαπλώστρες ξύλινες, στιβαρές, θέα καταπληκτική, ακριβώς δίπλα στον Πευκιά, με τον ήχο των τζιτζικιών να σε συνοδεύει όλη μέρα. Στο πάνω μέρος, η Οικία Σικελιανού ένα στολίδι. Δεν είναι τυχαίο που ο κόσμος πάει και ξαναπάει σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο!
