Wanda Vista Xining

L'hôtel est très beau et l'emplacement est également très bon. Il y a beaucoup de nourriture en bas, à côté de Wanda Plaza, nous avons commandé la salle à thème, la salle est un peu petite, un peu encombrée de toboggans et de tentes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, et il y a des crêpes et des fruits. Le seul inconvénient est que la télévision dans la chambre ne diffuse qu'en direct mais pas à la demande et qu'il y a des flocons de neige. Nous pouvons regarder en haute définition à la demande dans les petits hôtels du petit comté pendant notre tournée dans le nord-ouest. Il y a des flocons de neige sur la télé d'un si grand hôtel cinq étoiles. ... L'enfant voulait prendre un bain, mais la baignoire avait l'air un peu grise, et il n'y avait pas de couvre-baignoire jetable, donc elle ne trempait pas. La pièce est très étouffante et chaude, et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Il vaut mieux que le serveur vienne ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit

A quarante minutes de l'aéroport, il y a le Wanda Plaza derrière, ce qui est très pratique, et le service de décoration de l'hôtel est également très bien, particulièrement attentionné. C'est dommage que j'ai été arnaqué par les compagnies aériennes et le vol a été annulé. Sinon, Xining peut s'amuser davantage, et je resterai dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Xining !

Le service de l'hôtel est très attentionné, l'environnement est jusqu'à cinq étoiles, un excellent rapport qualité-prix, et le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Enfin, je tiens à remercier le directeur Tao Yongfu à la réception pour avoir aidé à mettre à niveau la chambre exécutive gratuitement, super !

First time in Xining and didn’t know what to expect. Staff were warm and pleasant. Room was really toasty and I wished the aircon could be switched on at night as the room became really stuffy and hot, especially with thick duvets. Breakfast was good. Thank you.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

My stay at R & F Wanda Vista in Xining was comfortable and classy. Isabel at the front desk took care to ensure my stay was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Service is amazing. Breakfast is extremely good with a very big choice of western food. At check out Isabelle even gave me some complementary coffee for my train trip to Lhasa, as well as a gif box from the hotel. Absolutely value for you money! One of the hotels in China that really deserves 5 Stars! Thanks!
