Easy no fuss and very well presented. Had a great 3 nights here while travel restrictions were in place. Result was a resort to ourselves. Fantastic. Good location and accommodation. Just avoid the food from the pub. Had a really good stay December 2021

Caution advised! Do not pay upfront even with free cancellation. Took over 6 weeks and countless emails and calls for them to refund me!! I paid for free cancellation and cancelled 2 months in advance of stay. Only book here of it’s pay on arrival

Have stayed here several times and loved it , this time we booked 3 nights in October. The first night no hot water, phoned after hours number left a message with no joy. At 11:30 pm fire alarm sounded so the whole apar**ent block evacuated. At midnight no one came so one quest phoned the police. Some 15 minutes later the manager arrived 10 minutes after him the fire brigade arrived 1 hour after the original alarm. Next morning I and a few guests met at reception to ask why the response was so slow, the manager almost immediately accused one lady guest of using poor language towards him the night before which she denied and the CEO of seashells agreed with her after viewing CCTV. Then the lady in reception became involved and told the guests to all leave the reception. All the guests wanted to know was why it took so long for the manager and the fire brigade which is based in Dunsborough (which is 8 kilometres away) to respond. We love the accommodation and setting here but this stay was soured by the management attitude towards their paying guests.

We stayed with a Luxury Escapes package for two nights. The apar**ent is well appointed with full cooking and laundry facilities in room. The bedroom is large and very comfortable. The bathroom has separate bath and shower. There is a nespresso pod machine but no pods, so you'll need to get some on the way but Bussleton is on the way from Perth and you'll probably be stocking up with other food options anyway. Staff are fantastic both being friendly and knowledgeable about the various things to do in the area.

Firstly congratulations to the staff- the apar**ent was spotless. It was fitted out well and had modern appliances. All the staff we met were lovely. Next door to the hotel was very handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and look forward to coming back.

I normally find something to criticise in every place I stay, but at the end of 5 nights, couldn’t find a single thing wrong. The two-bedroom apar**ent was fantastic, a large shared living space with two separate large bedrooms. The beds were huge, with two king singles joined together, firm but very comfortable. A large spa bath in each bedroom, a decent-sized shower with reasonable hot water flow. A long balcony, complete with table and chairs, that overlooked a great lawn and garden area, and since we were on the top floor, views down the valley. The two-bed apar**ent has a full-sized fridge and sufficient food-prep and cooking arrangements, but with Caves House next door and a great Italian restaurant down the road, why bother? The staff were very polite and helpful, and helpfully recommended using the lift for initial access for our luggage. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. I have stayed in many places in the cape-to-cape region over the years, and this is the best so far.

We had booked to stay here for 3 nights on the recommendation of our travel agents (Trailfinders) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our apar**ent was large, spotlessly clean, luxurious and well-equipped, with a separate bedroom, large bathroom, comfortable lounge and dining area, very well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer, and patio doors opening onto a furnished terrace overlooking beautifully maintained gardens. It is situated in a quiet area within an easy walking distance of the beautiful Yallingup beach, and is set in beautifully maintained natural gardens.. The car park is directly behind the accommodation. It is close to the Caves House Hotel, so there is some noise from there but we didn't find that to be a problem. Also, the Caves House hotel has a great choice of food and drinks if you want a break from self-catering. We would not hesitate to recommend Seashells to anyone wanting a high standard of self catering accommodation in Yallingup.

We had a one bed apar**ent. It was comfortable and well appointed. The bed was comfy, the shower was great and the free movies were a bonus. Only negative was the sofa was a bit uncomfortable but still ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here
