The hotel is located on a busy road to the west of the capital. The hotel is huge with very spacious halls and common areas. Unfortunately, it looks as the hotel was designed and built by a very stupid architect who had no idea how difficult it is with people with limited mobility to navigate numerous steps without hand rails. Yes, there is a slope to the reception area and someone can help you with the luggage, but in order to get to your rooms you have to climb a big staircase to the lift hall. I repeat that the owners of the hotel spent a lot of money on nice tiles and marble floors but they hired a wrong person to design the rooms and internal spaces. The rooms are huge (instead of 3 rooms on every side of the double corridor a good architect would have planned at lest 5!) with absolutely unnecessary spacious and empty seating area, but the en-suite bathroom is ridiculously tiny and badly planned ( you can wash your hands in a tiny washbasin sitting on the tiny WC at the same time) and the shower cubicle with shaking glass doors is so small and without any light. No place in the bathroom even for a toiletry bag! In general, there is some light provision in the bathroom ( only half of the ceiling lights were functioning) and the lights behind the mirror make it impossible to put a make-up on. The breakfast was included in the price but it will be a very difficult one for a Western tourist. Apart from some scrambled eggs mixed with tomatoes, a couple of fruit yogurts and boiled sausages and eggs the rest dishes on offer would be unknown, unrecognizable and (what is worse) there are no inscriptions explaining what is offered. The tea and coffee table has a ball containing some powder instant coffee and a kettle. There were some tea bags scattered around. There were two dispensers for cereals but they were not working and not dispensing so we were unable to get the cereals we wanted. There was one waiter in the room who was busy topping up some cakes and completely ignored the guests in the breakfast room. So I would say, the service was very poor there. There were some croissants but very dry, hash browns and tomatoes and pasta (do we normally have pasta for breakfast in Europe?) The reception staff was nice and even booked a restaurant for us for the evening meal. But I must say, when ordering a twin room for two adult young men through *********** I was not expecting to be given a room without windows! Fortunately I noticed it when received a confirmation through the website and had to call the hotel in Yerevan myself to change it for a normal room with a window! The nicest experience was the lounge bar (huge and empty as a railway station) but we discovered that there one can be served some snack and even warm dishes delivered from the hotel restaurant. The waiter was nice and accommodating.

Booked a standard double room for me and my friend (Medical Companion) as I have issues with getting seizures and I made it clear in the booking that I need a king size bed and not Double beds. I go to check in… _The staff attitude is HORRIBLE at first impression. _They started talking in armenian while having our passports which gave me the impression pf talking about us. _I go to the room and find myself having Two separated beds!!! And a room with a view on a yellow wall🙂. _I call them to move to a room that is with King Size Bed and then the reception says “We saw both of you men so we gave you Two Beds”!!!!!!!!!!!!!! _I asked for another room with king size bed and a better view since coming from out of the country and would love to see the beauty of Armenia. The. i get moved to a SMALLER ROOM, With a view to other houses on front of me and horribly painter room🙂.

The room is so hot it was like a sauna the corridor was colder than my room .. i asked to someone fix the AC and they sent someone and after he fixed it nothing happened they told me we have to wait 30 minutes in this sauna then it will be colder while I’ve waited more than 15 minutes and the AC was stuck at the same temperature.. i wook up from my sleep sweating.. then they told me that they will change the room for me and they sent a guy with the room key and asking me to take all my stuff while i asked him to help me and bring a trolly but nothing happened i took all my stuff by myself and went to the other room, when they opened the other room it was the new disaster, room was not ready, bed was used , balcony door was fully open .. toilet was dirty and the bed was broke .. this is not a real 5 star hotel I won’t give even a half star.. my advice for everyone don’t come and run for your life.

A/C not working, Horrible room, Terrible Pillows and leaking washroom. The only 5 stars part of the hotel is the way it looks from out and the lobby. Staff need to be more friendly. The weather is cold but too hot and warm inside the rooms which makes tourists require the A/C. .

This is not a 5 stars Hotel!! first night they couldn't find our reservation, they gave us a room until they check the problem the next day. We booked a deluxe room with a balcony, the next day they said we dont have any deluxe room so we will give you a standard room instead of making it up to us !! We moved to the standard room and the balcony door is broken and we're sleeping in the cold for the past couple of days and no one cares! besides when you speak to any employee or even the manager they say its not our problem check with your agency! And the most important thing no one speaks good english and everyone is so rude and doesn't accept complaints .

The hotel location is not in the city it's almost 20mnts to reach the centre of Yerevan. It was clean but not as five stars as it's mentioned in booking. The ladies receptionist could smile and greet clients to let them feeling more comfortable during their stay. I had asked for extra bed for my son, paid extra after I got a bed which is not comfortable at all even the matress was very poor and devided in 2 half's.

The hotel is far from a luxury hotel. Apart from the Reception Desk the rest of the staff barely speak English so good luck communicating anything especially if it's for room service. Breakfast was included in the package and it was quite good, however, staff and area of service was very poor. It was a small dinghy hall in the basement, definitely not what you'd expect for the claims 'luxury'. The AC was not working in our room and we noticed one other guest complaining about this too. I was travelling with a friend as part of a holiday package and therefore did not have any direct dealings with the hotel. First of all, during check in we were made to wait for an incredibly long time and were not asked if we required any assistance by any of the staff. I finally had to go check with the Desk as they just kept looking straight past us. No one mentioned to us about the check out time at this time. And on the day of check out we were delayed by a few hours to reach the hotel from our tour and we were greeted with yells. This was inspite of them communicating with me at 2.30 pm that we had to check out that day, and me acknowledging this and informing them that we were on our way back. We reached by 3.40pm and the young lady at the reception desk was terribly rude demanding for half day hotel tariff which at first we didn't see the point in but in any case just agreed since we were getting delayed to go to the airport. The young lady Mani was arrogant and rude, and should know that in the hospitality industry everything is about being courteous and kind. It was evident in her attitude both during checkin and checkout that she really did not care about customer satisfaction at all. On the contrary she was cracking jokes in Armenian with her colleagues while we were approaching the desk making it rather uncomfortable for us.
