Imperial Palace Hotel Yerevan

Really bad service and a horrible room. Would not recommend at all. Certainly not worth the price

We were on a tour and transferred to this hotel knowing that this is Imperial 4 star hotel. Only to see the room was small and minibar is not working. Ive called for an ice bucket at past 11pm but the front desk told me that their service is closed and impossible to give. I became a little irate and asked her once more. She ended up saying she can provide only if i will go down to collect since nobody is on duty except to her (idk how true) i came down to get it and saw her busy with her bf. I didnt say anything , just sighed, took the ice and walk away. Terrible. The person who checked us in and checked us out (not sure if they are same person) & HK were very good and hospitable. Breakfast was okay. Location is best. Near to main attraction of the city.

Polite staff, all of them. Very close to Cascade complex and other major landmarks. Had minor issues with couple of bathroom fixtures, other than that the stay was pleasant. Daily breakfast was good. Might consider staying again with them when I visit Yerevan next time.

Hotel location is walking distance to the main city center attractions , the rooms are quiet compact and need lots of maintenance work. The carpets felt like they were never cleaned , the bathroom had lots of leaks and the water from the shower areas fills up unless you keep the drains open . Breakfast was very average . Staff are very helpful and courteous had some WiFi issues in the room to which they immediately attended to .

We didnt stay at the hotel but we went for the bar and the bartender(Anoush) makes amazing cocktails.definitely recommend.the place is clean too We have a wonderful night thanks to this man 10/10 ......

We chose the hotel because I thought the hotel is good by reading all the reviews. It turned out that it's the opposite way. On our first night, we turned the tv on in a minimal volume and suddenly someone knocked on the wall! And the reception called our room saying to close the tv!!! We realized that the room is not soundproof as we are hearing every single sound in each of the room near us. We end up staying quiet the whole period of our stay in the hotel coz we don't want to disturb other people. The evening receptionist don't speak english. The breakfast is not good. And the housekeeping is not wow. They will go in the room directly without knocking at the door and wait if anyone will answer them. They don't clean the room properly. The sound of the water from the other rooms can be heard in our room and it is super super super loud! I think the management need to renovate the rooms coz there is no privacy at all! Not really happy with oir stay.

hi i dont know why 4 star hotel i think its hustle very bad breckfast bad room smell in rom very bad no air condition in toilet staff not kindly shower was brock window was brock view was horrible oh my god very bad

It's been a week here, and we have had a very horrible experience. The room service, and the breakfast service and the bar is very rude. They showed racism towards us. Specially the house keeping.They do not give us the right amount of water daily. They don't clean our room properly properly keep telling me "tomorrow tomorrow". They come into the room directly without knocking, using the key!. There was a water leakage problem at the hoteland the room service assumed it was us. 3 ladies walked into our room using the key, without waiting for us to open even though we kept saying "please wait". And we had just showered there, so they did not even tell us the problem, open the bathroom and then pointed at the wet bathroom, rolled their eyes, said "oh my god", and started talking while pointing fingers at me. Another one called up someone in the hotel from our room phone and kept saying " indian, indian"! And then told us " bar, flooding, your room!". They did not even check,,just saw a wet bathroom and blamed us. Later in the evening we were told the problem was not due to our room. These are just a few problems I'm writing here. I had heard Armenia was a very friendly and nice country. I'm not so sure anymore. The only decent people at our hotel are the reception team. Specially , Ms.Rozi is kind, at the reception team. We told her in the evening what happened, and she spoke to the House keeping. She is the only reason this place is bearable. But I would never recommend this place to our friends who want to visit armenia. Very very bad experience.
