It was an absolutely lovely and peaceful stay.the staff were so friendly and respectful.the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and we had an amazing view of the church in front of the building.breakfast was delicious with sufficient variety of food.we definitely come back again

Brief description: Friendly but slow staff, poor breakfast, good atmosphere at bar and pool, moderated room, a bit far from downtown, fair price, basic room service. It is not bad for a short stay, regarding the price.

It was supposed to be 4 star hotel, but our experience was not up to the mark. We were family, but no adjusant rooms were provided. No coffee tea refill on daily basis. Kettles had calcification. Rooms had smoking smell. Our towels were not changed. Breakfast spread was very basic for 4 star. Not recommended

When I visited Armenia we stayed here for 5 days along with my friends! It is a very quiet hotel also a little away from the main city. During our visit the staff was really helpful, only 1-2 staff spoke proper English the others we had to converse with Google translate. They have a good breakfast spread, it is also different every other day i.e., not all the items were the same. We had to request for toiletries every now and then as they seem to forget how many people are there in the room. As I come from a country where we don't know how to use a heater, it would be amazing if they can provide instructions for the same during the winter.

Terrible and rude front office desk, they describe it as 4 star but service provided is of 1 star. -Old worn out bath towels, - request denial for additional hotel amenities. - basic items that are considered essential and standard even in 3 star hotels are non standard here.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, since the arrival of lawlessness and disorder in this hotel, it was quite obvious, and our rooms were delivered after 3 hours of delay at 5 pm, and it is noteworthy that the rooms It was not cleaned, and in addition, at breakfast, without observing the health protocols that are required to be strictly followed by everyone at the time of Quid 19, the slightest supervision and law was not applied in this regard !!!! ??? Another point is that most of the staff mistreated Iranian passengers !!!!! ???? And another noteworthy point is the obvious discrimination between Iranian passengers and other passengers, including when charging the room, many of the basic items that were considered essential for the room were unfortunately not placed in the room for Iranians !!!! ????

Очень средний отель. Восторги явно написаны теми, кто ночевал пару ночей в начале недели. Напротив отеля ночной клуб, где с четверга до воскресенья полночи долбит музыка - и никакие окна вам не помогут. Дынцдынцдынц и головная боль на следующий день вам гарантированы, завтрак унылый, однообразный и невкусный. Не четыре звезды никак не тянет. Две максимум. Бассейн приятный, но пускают кого попало, проводят детские праздники - в общем, сможете ли вы отдохнуть и поплавать - как повезет. Убирают номера по настроению, похоже. Полотенца не меняют. Полотенца для бассейна похожи на половые тряпки- рваные и застиранные. До цивилизованной части города - идти близко, но либо через стройку, либо через тоннель

Dit hotel heft nu een andere naam, namelijk President Hotel. Het is vlakbij een overheidsgebouw gelegen en je mag geen foto's nemen vanuit de hotelkamers. De kamer was netjes en de bedden waren comfortabel. Het ontbijt liet dan weer te wensen over. Het personeel kwam vaak te laat opdraven en dan waren weer geen borden of tassen. Ontbijt was voorzien om 07h00, maar bleek een fout te zijn op hun kaartjes. Ontbijt was pas om 08h00, maar voor 08h45 moest je geen eieren/omelet verwachten.

Обслуживание просто ужас…😩😩😤😤😤😡🤬🤬20 минут сижу некто не подходит. Официант смотрит по сторонам,,, Даже не замечает… Абсолютно не Знает меню. Ну после того как я уже 20 минут ждала заказывала вино… Вино тоже приносит через 20 минут. Ожидания были друзьями. Никому не советую(((
