Avis : New Nairi Hotel, Yerevan

The view from the hotel to the city is good but the amenities are not complete. There is no towel, inside slippers and no coffee.

good location, good room for the money, looks like new, clean, staff good, the room only had 2 outlets and no fridge, but to spend one night is a good option

It was fine. It's just good money value. As I like to say you're getting what you pay for.

The bed was broken luckily I stayed there only couple of days. Stuff was very friendly and helping. And if you’re staying at this hotel take your toothpaste and toothbrush because hotel doesn’t provide one.

Very bad hotel to stay in - total compromise to be in the dirty rooms with smelling carpets and zero amenities - breakfast is bad too

The room doesnt include hygiene kit. I asked for it the time of check in but informed me that room service will only available in the morning. morning came and still no one bring the things i need . Better tell not available so we dont expect . Toilet flush not working . Toilet has no lock . Shower room halfly open So when bathing all water came out .. The room is not well maintained. Not only that , during breakfast the food is not refilled on time due to less of staff. I will never be back again . Not recommendable .

房間總體還挺乾淨的，和國內小賓館差不多。把預期值降低會有驚喜，酒店在山上，風景很好，打車比較方便，也有bus站點，周邊還有一個超市，物價和國內差不多，買了一個西瓜也就16塊錢，關鍵真的很大一個，一家人吃到撐。酒店給的兩個床也很大！酒店前台也很熱情，剛開始預訂的時候看了評價其實還挺擔心的，實際入住非常好的感受，老闆也很熱情！這個價格還帶早餐！真的無敵了！

酒店設施還可以，性價比不錯。不過除了前台帥氣的大堂經理之外，別的前台工作人員服務態度都不怎麼樣，深夜冒雨沖回酒店，前台不肯給我們鑰匙回房間換衣服（早上出門請他們清理垃圾桶，被要走了鑰匙），非説我們沒有預訂當晚訂單，折騰半天找到之後也沒有主動道歉。第二天退房之後坐在大堂休息，同一個工作人員沒有一句問候，追問我們有沒有退房，有沒有交回鑰匙，體驗太差了...

酒店離市中心還有點距離，不過打車還是比較方便的，視野不錯，可以俯瞰埃裏温城區，酒店的設施有些老舊了，早餐還行。

位置不好，在山上，非常不方便。服務也很差，我訂了五個晚上，第一個晚上説因為系統問題讓我住雙床房。最後一個晚上破門而入告訴我現在就要馬上退房，逼得我到前台，又説是系統問題。。。真的太差了，沒住過這麼差的酒店。而且期間毛巾也不給換。
