We have been constantly renovating and updating, and we have promptly verified the issues you have raised. At the same time, we have a rigorous cleaning, disinfection, and secondary room inspection process for room hygiene. Firstly, the bed sheets and duvet covers will be checked out for one change per guest. Finally, the management personnel will conduct a second level room inspection, clean and disinfect the room. After passing the inspection, they will sign the paper inspection form and modify the room status system for the rooms that have met the standards. The system will be opened for sale to the next guest. We have conducted a carpet style inspection of all rooms and provided targeted cleaning standard training to each of our colleagues regarding the issue you raised.
