Hotel Royal Chiao Hsi

De manière générale, c'est un excellent restaurant et j'y suis allé plusieurs fois. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs. Le service, l'attitude et la nourriture sont en fait très bien. Le seul vrai défaut est que le restaurant est un peu vieillot Du coup, les traces des années se voient dans la salle. S'il peut être remis à neuf, il sera parfait ici.

Le repas du soir est délicieux et pas cher. Il y a beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Soupe en plein air avec de beaux paysages, vue sur la montagne et chambre confortable avec balcon spacieux Le service de parking de haut niveau est bon, cela vaut la peine de revenir

C'est mon hôtel de villégiature préféré. Il est très proche de Taipei. Il faut 40 minutes pour se rendre de chez soi en voiture. Bien qu'il soit très pratique, il est ouvert depuis un certain temps, mais les installations de l'hôtel sont bien entretenues, les repas sont exquis et délicieux et les activités sont merveilleuses. Super, je pense toujours que c'est le meilleur hôtel de villégiature à Taiwan

This hotel is great. Staff are friendly, room is extremely clean with great views. The onsen and its facilities are also good for a retreat or family getaway.

The service as well as the food was fantabulous and professional. The room was clean and warm. The staff were kind and hospitable. We will definitely pay another visit and recommend the hotel to friends. No cap!

Although a little expensive, it’s a great experience! Great getaway from the busy city life and get to relax in hot spring. The meals included were buffet style and really yummy

I booked this Hotel with the expectation of it being 5 Stars. All in all, the location was great, it was secluded and offered great views of Yilan. Transportation that was provided (at cost to us) was convenient and they were willing to pick us up from Taipei City which made it accessible. The Hotel facilities were plentiful and offered a lot for both adults and children of all ages. Room was clean and the Hot Tub in the room was great. Last thing, the drivers that drove the shuttle around town were amazing and would not only do a quick tour of the town, but would also go out of their way (when they could) to drop us off at locations that would be more convenient for us. The hotel offers customers use of their facilities up until 6pm the following day which worked for us as we wanted to escape from the families that checked in on the Saturday and left the following day. However, that's where the good part of the review ends. Perhaps it was that we booked over a Weekend, however it seemed like the hotel staff were not as friendly as the Drivers that drove the shuttles over the weekend. Although the check-in lady was nice, the staff at the restaurant weren't as friendly. As it may have been a busy weekend, my wife and I were seated in the "Meeting Hall" for our dinner. Although it was positioned to us that we would be further away from the buffet, I didn't realise how far we were seated until we have to pass through a corridor, exit the restaurant and be seated in a room that is meant to host company functions. (you could tell by how bright the lights were turned on and the projector in the front of the room) . Our server was insistent in taking away the plate that were used for the Shrimp shells without asking if we were done on 4 occasions. At the time my wife and I had a plateful of shrimp that we were peeling. Second, about the food - most of the hot food is served just below room temperature, so by the time we got back to our seat (in the meeting room) it was cold. Third, if you go on a weekend be prepared for the long lines at the buffet. For dinner the selection is ok by 5 star hotel standards, there weren't any empty trays and they were willing to restock when the hotplates ran out. On the Sunday morning, we booked a time slot for breakfast. Came down on time and still needed to wait at the bar for 15 mins before they could help us with a table. As for selection of food for the breakfast slot, there is plenty of food so you won't go hungry. At the same time, don't expect too much with selection of fruits or from the western menu. Facilities - For Gentlemen, you will be fine. All parts of the Sauna, Change Rooms were in good condition. For my Wife, she felt that the women's pool area change room was not left in a good condition. The other areas were up to standard. In the end, I believe that this may have "once" been a really great hotel. However for the price they charge now and for what you get in terms of price, service and facilities, there is definitely better value for money elsewhere in the area. We paid close to $17000NTD or close to $570 USD per night for our stay, but definitely did not get our money's worth through this experience. For 5 Stars, there is a lot to be left desired.

環境很優！清潔很優！餐飲很優！工作人員很優！孩子很喜歡這𥚃，入住時贈送的零食很好吃，這裡適合一家人活動，玩水、泡湯、玩活動，晚上還可以看表演，玩bingo!自助晚餐食物種類很豐富。我們一家住了兩晚，很開心很滿意。
