DDon JX HoThis is our 2nd time staying in this hotel.
Staff were approachable, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable, cosy, and spacious. Daily top-up of minibar in your rooms. Breakfast was great with set meals for selection on top of the buffet spread.
Great location. It's just a stone throw from Jiaoxi train station. Walk down the street for many good foods.
Definitely will return again.

Ssee yunnThe hotel is attempting to portray itaelf as a 5 star hotel, but it doesnt quite live uo to that standard. while they may be offering upscale amenties and a polished exterior, the overall experience feels lacking in the finer details that typically define a true 5 star hotel. DdyhxSituation confortable au centre de la ville de Luodong, à pied du marché de la nuit de Luodong, le parc culturel forestier de Luodong avec un supermarché et des boutiques de confort à proximité. L'hôtel est au niveau 6 dans un bâtiment avec quelques autres chaînes et bureaux. Il y a un parking juste à l'extérieur du bâtiment. J'aime la décoration ici, du intérieur propre et élégant à la réception jusqu'aux chambres. Il y a des sacs de café instantané et de thé, et de l'eau filtrée chaude/froide sur le tapis disponible dans la zone commune juste devant la réception ouverte à tous les invités. Ils ont seulement 18 chambres ici, dans différents types de chambre, tailles et design intérieur, mais ils sont tous magnifiques! J'aime l'utilisation de messages positifs sur des fondations colorées pour les portes. J'avais une chambre à coin qui était spacieuse et propre. Le lit et la cuillère étaient un peu plus doux que je ne le souhaite, mais c'est une préférence personnelle.
Le personnel est très agréable. Vous pouvez vous aider, vous êtes très aimable. Je suis particulièrement impressionné par la carte de location qu'ils ont mis ensemble pour partager avec les clients sur les aliments recommandés pour essayer dans la proximité et surtout sur le point! Pour ce prix, il est super-valeur pour l'argent.

YYu HuanWe recently stayed at Wellspring by Silks in Jiaoxi for a short getaway with my 7-year-old child, and it was one of the most relaxing and family-friendly stays we've had in Taiwan.
Location:
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Jiaoxi Train Station, making it easy to arrive with a child and luggage. One of the best parts is how close it is to all the great local eateries—from traditional ********* breakfast spots to noodle shops and dessert places, everything is within a short stroll. We loved popping out for quick meals and snacks without planning too much. Even though it's centrally located, the hotel feels like a quiet, relaxing retreat once you're inside.
Room:
Our room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The private in-room hot spring bath was a huge hit—not just for me but also for my 7-year-old. The water temperature was easy to adjust, and it became our daily ritual to soak and relax.
Kid-Friendliness:
Although the hotel has a stylish, adult-focused vibe, the staff welcomed children. They provided child-sized slippers, which made my little one feel like a VIP guest. The rooftop pool area was also suitable for kids (with supervision), and we spent a lovely day splashing around with mountain views.
One thoughtful bonus: even after we checked out, we were still allowed to use the rooftop pool and hot spring facilities. That extra flexibility made a massive difference for us — it meant we could enjoy one more relaxing soak and a bit of pool time before catching our train home. It showed how the hotel goes the extra mile to accommodate families.
Facilities:
The rooftop infinity pool and hot spring area are just as beautiful as in the photos—peaceful, scenic, and well-maintained. There's also a cozy lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks, which came in handy for quick breaks between activities. Everything felt clean, well-designed, and easy to access, even with a child.
Service:
The service was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. The front desk staff were helpful with suggestions for nearby places to eat and always greeted my child with a smile. They made us feel welcome from start to finish.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was a treat for adults and kids — a great mix of Western and ********* options. My 7-year-old especially loved the fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, and mini croissants, while I enjoyed the local touches like sweet potato porridge, scallion pancakes, and handmade soy milk.
Overall:
Wellspring by Silks is a perfect blend of peaceful luxury and family-friendly comfort. Whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with kids, it's a great spot to unwind and enjoy the best of Jiaoxi's hot spring culture. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

SSuzieLocation: Very close to the train station, within walking distance. Also close to the parks and public hot springs.
Staff: The staff were friendly, and kept our luggage stored when we checked out. Since I only spoke to them in my terribly broken Mandarin, I don't know how many staff could speak English for foreigners.
Room: Very clean, A/C works very well and isn't too noisy. The bed was large and comfortable. There was water, and tea and coffee - I forgot to look in the fridge.
Bathroom: Most hotels in Jiaoxi have hot spring bathtubs, and so does VASTY. There were plenty of toiletries and towels, flip-flops, slippers and bathrobes. The bath was lovely. Shower did make the entire floor wet, but not slippery.
Other amenities: The rooftop pools (x2) are small, heated to a comfortably warm temperature, and clean enough. There are loungers and chairs. There was a family with two young children playing in one of the pools and taking photos, very cute. Free water, towels and cans of Coca Cola upstairs too!
Breakfast: Buffet style with mostly Asian food, but plenty of choice to help oneself to meats, breads, fruits and vegetables. Tea, coffee, milk and juices. We went downstairs for breakfast at around 9am and had to wait for a few minutes, as there were no tables available.
Overall, we had a wonderful one night getaway in Jiaoxi, and would stay at VASTY again.

JJindongPleasantly surprised and impressed by the hotel's architectural design and the vast lawn in front of the hotel.
However, with only one receptionist handling the check-in, the process was unbearably slow and took a long time to complete.
Fortunately, when we finally went into our room, we once again were blown away by the spacious room configuration. There were two large beds against the wall, and L-shape sofa couches, with plenty of bay windows surrounding the magnificent room. The bathroom was okay, no Toto. But that’s fine. The gigantic hot spring circling tub was large enough to fit at least four adults. It is equipped with a whirlpool! And there’s a big glass shower room, of course.
The bedding was very comfortable. There are also typical tea and coffee bags with four water bottles and a small fridge. All the expected amenities were provided in the lovely hotel.
Although there are paid afternoon tea facilities at a reasonable price, it didn’t offer to dine for the evening. But I guess it’s understandable since there’re plenty of great restaurants in the JiouSi and Yilan areas.
The breakfast was so so lovely. We’re up late. But the staff did remind us to pick up as much food as we needed before they put them away.
Overall, it’s much better than we expected. We initially thought it might be tacky and exaggerated in its deco. We found this 5-year-old hotel used suitable materials to compose its content. So we liked it and enjoyed it very much. We will come again with our friends. We highly recommend it!

騰騰G寵物友善飯店（推推）；櫃檯、接待人員親切，飯店位置離湯圍溝溫泉公園走路3分鐘；飯店有停車位在對面很方便，接待人員知道沒停車位很積極協助處理；飯店應該有點年紀了，但是裝修有再更新，房間空間是小了點；飯店有提供免費的早餐、下午茶&宵夜很讚；就電視節目會延遲，公共區有提供冷溫冰飲水機（建議房間提供小瓶裝礦泉水）；也剛好住到沒有視野的房間（景色就不敘述了）；有帶狗狗，出飯店門口就在尿了；感謝門口接待人員幫忙處理-⋯⋯
