« We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent. Bathroom / toilet : - four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing - more than adequate shelf space for new towels - Well located twin toilet roll holders - Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations - room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it - number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate - wash basin counter top space was generous - kettle area cabinet was also provided - suitably sized luggage rack - comfortable bed size and mattresses - room door has indicator of direction to the elevator - well located mini fridge - cordless hand phone charging facilities in room - superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room - great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast - hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful - free night porridge provided - hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street - many shops and restaurants near hotel - we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time - we intend to stay in Atour hotel in Turpan when we get there later as we felt so comfortable with this hotel - we recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Yining »

« L'expérience de cette visite est formidable et il faut rendre un grand hommage à l'hôtel! Tout d'abord, il faut faire le petit déjeuner ici, les types sont très riches, les styles chinois-ouest sont tous, les plats chauds, les légumes, les fruits et les boissons sont tous à la fois. Tout le matin, vous pouvez manger très satisfait, la porte est douce et les détails sont remplis. Le service de la Miss Shania à la réception est particulièrement intime, depuis le traitement du séjour jusqu'à la sortie, le billet de développement, le processus est très prudent et il est très confortable de répondre en temps utile à toute question. L'hôtel a deux robots mignons pour aider à envoyer des choses. La vente et les articles peuvent être envoyés directement dans la chambre. Il est tout à fait inconfortable de s'inquiéter de la sécurité et des problèmes. Il est trop pratique pour les voyageurs. « 硬件設施較完善，軟件管理服務方面較差。第一天入住，因酒店附近沒有早餐店，吃早餐走特別遠。酒店衹有雙人早餐比不含餐多28元。因為一個人覺得沒有必要浪費兩份餐，和前台溝通能不能出15到20元訂個早餐？前台答覆：“加餐28，要不辦會員卡38元再續住一天送兩個早餐，找攜程平台也是這個價”，很不滿意這樣答覆！好在主管知道後第一時間聯繫我送份早餐。考慮各方面因素還是給了個五星好評。誰知後面入住兩天人為問題不斷出現。第一：半夜1.18分有人敲門，嚇得不敢開門，打電話問前台什麼情況，回服剛才報安上去給客人送東西可能搞錯房間！第二：約好的送機時間，竟然因為後面客人原因要我蜒長半小時去機場，這能協商嗎？萬一誤了機能負責嗎？第三：晚上十點回酒店，第二天上午出門發現門口放個小果盤，四天三晚三次送水果沒固定時間，搞不明白半夜三更送水果？太多讓人心煩問題就不多説了！做為四鑽酒店人員管理真不達標！ »

« L'environnement extérieur de cet hôtel est très bon. L'ensemble de l'hôtel Evergreen est très bon, le château calme avec un souffle historique, beaucoup d'arbres sont des arbres anciens de cent ans, la chambre est grande. C'est le matériel, puis le logiciel n'est pas très bon, le service du 2ème étage est bon, le 6ème étage est un homme, certains services sont bons et certains sont généralement bons. Les élévateurs sont sept et huit... Ces effets n'ont pas été trop importants, mais l'hôtel a une chose particulièrement inacceptable: les voies d'égout peuvent être trop vieilles, il y a toujours un son, un bébé, trois secondes de bébé, et il n'y a pas de possibilité de dormir. Enfin, j'ai ouvert la climatisation et je pouvais coucher sur le son du tube d'eau, mais l'air conditionné était trop chaud, avec une nouvelle fenêtre de nuit, et la fenêtre était très calme. Il est recommandé de ne pas fixer le 6e étage si vous réservez. Oh, bon, les légumes de petit déjeuner sont très bons 👍, la nourriture principale est générale. »
