IInvitéWe stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

HHaiouC'est si beau! Je ne peux pas partir pendant deux nuits, la maison du patron est très invitée, j'ai rencontré le festival de Gull State, et nous avons demandé de manger notre propre bétail, c'est la première fois que j'ai mangé une soupe de porc si belle!!

IInvité伊寧洲際確實不錯，比內陸洲際強太多了。服務好，早餐好，房間舒服，佈局很合理。床品舒適。睡的非常好。隔音也很好，沒有聽到隔壁的聲音。真不錯。對了，餅房出品的甜點很好吃。早餐的各種麪包點心，以及大堂吧的一個奶牛形狀的麪包。真的很好吃。也不是很貴。房價因為是旺季，但我覺得2000+是很值得。淡季1000+那更是閉眼選。逸衡和洲際我都住了 都很好。貴有貴的道理。
大堂經理jerry的服務專業細緻印象深刻。新疆的四家洲際 2+2 那拉提/伊寧 改變了我對洲際的看法。再加上烏魯木齊和禾木的康萊德。新疆也可以玩的很舒適了。

BbadyangboyC'est l'un des couples les plus aimables que j'ai connus depuis des années... et qui ont ouvert une population de pays avec des enfants de moins de 50 ans... et ont ouvert la porte de la jungle... et ont entré dans un petit établissement d'humeur de la ville de Ville... Chaque détail est écrit ”Bienvenue à la maison”. C'est pourquoi je veux aller à cette maison après le jeu du matin. Parce que les enfants âgés ne sont pas habitués à la nourriture. Il n'y a pas de repas après le téléphone. Il a entendu dire que le magasin était en train de courir au marché de la nourriture. Je suis occupé à boire des légumes et des farines. Je suis vraiment très touché. Il est difficile de créer un entreprise avec un travailleur et un travail intéressant dans cette situation économique, et il est souhaitable que les magasins soient en train de se faire en hausse.

IInvitéWe stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent.
Bathroom / toilet :
- four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing
- more than adequate shelf space for new towels
- Well located twin toilet roll holders
- Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations
- room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it
- number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate
- wash basin counter top space was generous
- kettle area cabinet was also provided
- suitably sized luggage rack
- comfortable bed size and mattresses
- room door has indicator of direction to the elevator
- well located mini fridge
- cordless hand phone charging facilities in room
- superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room
- great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast
- hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful
- free night porridge provided
- hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street
- many shops and restaurants near hotel
- we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside
We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time

AAlan013Great location, close to the train station. The hotel is clean, the staff is professional, they have a washing room for clothing as well as a gym, both of which are open 24/7. We checked in way before the displayed check-in time on the trips and were given a room immediately. Because we were so early we even got breakfast for free. I highly recommend this hotel.

IInvitéToutes les installations dans la chambre doivent être complètes, les lumières sont éclairantes et sans œil, l'effet de la fenêtre est bon et très approprié pour se reposer. Les lits sont propres et propres, les épaules sont confortables et dorment jusqu'au jour. La salle de bain est bien ventilée, sans odeur, le ventilateur est assez éolienne et pratique. L'effet d'isolement sonore de la chambre est excellent et la porte est très calme. De grands meubles à petits objets sont entièrement équipés, il est apparu que l'hôtel est très utile dans les installations et les détails.

IInvitéThis accommodation was in an excellent location at the edge of Liuxing street area, near many restaurants and shops. It is near public transport and a main road. The host was super nice and helpful. We chatted quite a bit using translate apps since I did not speak Chinese and he didn't speak English. I booked a single room with a shared bathroom, which was very small and simple, but the host kindly upgraded me to a room with an ensuite for no extra charge. The building is old and could benefit from some renovations, but is clean and well-kept, and it has an old-fashioned charm to it with large, lovely arched windows. The rooms were very basic but sufficient, and the room with the ensuite has a good amount of space. There were nice large windows (although my view was blocked by some signs on the awning). There were curtains but light came through so I recommend bringing a sleep mask, and sound can come from outside so ear plugs also recommended. I also extended my stay for a few nights and the host was very accommodating. I was allowed to use the washing machined which the host helped me with. He also allowed me to leave my bags in the reception area after I checked out. There was wifi. There was tea/water at reception. It is great for someone on a budget. I included photos of the reception as I forgot to take photos of the other rooms. I am very grateful to the host and would stay here again.

IInvitéThe accommodation is beautiful and in a nice Uyghur neighbourhood, Kazanqi area. The buildings are pretty and traditional Uyghur style, with open courtyards. It is maybe half an hour walk away from the Kazanqi tourist main area with the shops, and the large bazaar. There are some shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. It feels like you're staying in a more quaint, traditional town area, although there are horse drawn carts taking tourists around for a traditional Uyghur experience. The hotel is on the corner of an intersection. My room was not part of the main building where reception was, but was around the corner across a laneway. It is a very spacious and nice room with windows and a lock on the door, and a separate bathroom that was shared, and was modern. I only stayed for one night. The lady at reception was very kind and although she didn't speak much English we managed with gestured and translate apps. She gave me tea while I waited to check in and there was free fruit. I had issues paying my taxi driver and she kindly helped me pay and I paid her back. I asked about whether the accommodation served breakfast since I read something in previous reviews about people eating breakfast here but she said there was not. There was a kitchen in the main reception area with dishes that I was able to use. There was also a washing machine which the host helped me to use and she kindly helped me by hanging my clothes as I took a while to return to the washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.
