Good location near Malioboro street. But the hotel looks very old and not so clean. May be the impact from COVID-19 lockdown.

The hotel location is walking distance from malioboro and easy to access to other places in yogya. Room was decent but the internet needs to be upgraded. (Less than 1mbps ) it is ok for the price you pay. Breakfast also was decent
But the staff was very helpful. I left my stuffs in the room and the staff look for me in social media to inform the items that i left and helped me to arrange the delivery to jakarta.

Sangat buruk. Kotor dan bau. Hexos kamar mandi ga jalan, minta ganti kamar awalnya bilang ga ada kamar penuh semua, bohong banget begitu kita bilang bau banget kayak habis poop akhirnya percaya dan kamar diganti. Handuk nya hitam. Resepsionis ga ada ramah2nya, dikamar ga dapat apa2 juga.. banyak kok yang harga murah tapi ga separah ini deh.. plis lah.. ini parah banget sih
