Avis : SOTETSU HOTELS THE SPLAISIR YOKOHAMA

C'était très pratique car il était directement accessible depuis la gare de Yokohama. Le petit déjeuner était inclus en option. Un prépaiement était exigé à la salle à manger située à l'étage du hall. Ce n'est pas bon marché, mais vous pouvez choisir entre des plats japonais ou occidentaux comme plat principal, et il est également accompagné d'un mini buffet de petits plats d'accompagnement, pour que vous puissiez manger à votre guise. Le goût était également délicieux. La chambre était neuve, donc elle était très propre et il y avait un canapé et une mini table, donc c'était confortable. J'aimerais l'utiliser à nouveau lors d'un séjour près de la gare de Yokohama.

Un tout nouvel hôtel ouvert en 24 ans, mais l'hygiène à l'intérieur est à améliorer. Il y a des cheveux et des cure-dents par terre dans l'ensemble, c'est un peu petit, mais c'est proche de la gare. L'hôtel est un peu difficile à trouver. Il faut se rendre au quatrième étage pour s'enregistrer puis prendre l'ascenseur pour accéder à la chambre. La réception de l'hôtel se trouve dans une boulangerie et un café.

Lorsque j'ai fait la réservation, il n'y avait qu'une présentation de l'hôtel. Il était indiqué qu'il y avait un viaduc menant à l'hôtel depuis la sortie nord de la gare de Yokohama. Cependant, il s'est avéré qu'il y avait un centre commercial souterrain sans nord. sortez lorsque vous sortez par la porte nord. Plus tard, j'ai découvert qu'après être sorti par la porte nord, vous deviez prendre les escaliers droits depuis la sortie ouest et monter au deuxième étage pour atteindre l'hôtel. panneau sur le couloir, et le centre d'information de la gare n'est pas au courant. J'ai traîné ma valise sur 500 mètres un jour de pluie, puis je suis arrivé mais je n'ai pas trouvé l'hôtel le deuxième. étage, j'ai découvert que le hall de l'hôtel était au quatrième étage. Il n'y a pas de notice dans l'appartement, mais si la température de séchage est trop élevée, le jean rétrécira un peu. les pyjamas sont en coton en été. Même si le climatiseur est baissé de 5 degrés, il ne peut pas résister à la chaleur extrême. La décoration est bonne et la pièce dispose d'eau potable directe, il n'est donc pas nécessaire de le porter. L'eau est fournie. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon marché mais ce n'est qu'un semi-buffet si vous choisissez l'un des deux. Les plats d'accompagnement sont en libre-service mais le réapprovisionnement est lent. à la fin, j'ai reçu un œuf cru mélangé avec du riz. Il est recommandé de ne pas acheter de petit-déjeuner car ce n'est pas rentable. Les oreillers en duvet sont très inconfortables. L'hôtel est très neuf et élégant. Il se trouve à seulement quelques centaines de mètres de la gare. Le rapport qualité/prix est moyen.

Bref, ce fut le meilleur séjour. Les chambres étaient fonctionnellement équipées d'équipements et de meubles, nous donnant l'impression d'être chez nous. Les procédures d'enregistrement et de départ elles-mêmes sont effectuées par machine, mais il y avait toujours un personnel amical en attente, ce qui m'a mis à l'aise. Le petit-déjeuner était très varié et constituait le moyen idéal pour commencer une journée bien remplie. merci beaucoup.

What a nice hotel! Good environment and good views

I booked a Superior Double Room for four nights. The room was very spacious — I could easily open my suitcase and still had plenty of space to walk around. The bed was very soft, clean, and comfortable, which allowed me to rest really well every night. The room was also well-maintained and tidy throughout my stay. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful — they handled everything efficiently and made me feel welcome. I also really liked the hotel's modern interior design; it was beautiful and stylish. If possible, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Very nice hotel, newly established and clean.  Location is great - walking distance to JR station with lots restaurants and shops around the hotel.  Breakfast is great with wide variety of food.

I love the room and location.  Travelled there for a concert at K-Arena.  Was a bit hard to find location at first cos the Yokohama station was soooo busy.  But once I checked in and walked around, I found my bearings and it’s actually really convenient.  The room was just nice for me, really clean and comfortable.  Loves my 2 night stay there.

The location is really convenient which the route from Train / bus station are covered. Just walk through the shopping mall NewWoman , then you will find the linking footbridge to the hotel. The hotel room is new, clean and comfy. The staff are helpful. Highly recommended for someone who is staying in Yokohama.

The hotel is quite new, just opened in 2024. It is quite close to the train station of yokohama, covered all the way from the train station to shopping arcades to the hotel. You don't even need to have your umbrella if it rains. The hotel is easy to locate. It is quite tidy with all the basic stuffs in the room. You can watch youtube in the TV. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing I think can improve, this hotel brand (which I have lived in a number of different hotels from this brand) requires room cleaning (even if you decline so) every 3 days (if you live more than 3 days). I don't think it is necessary if the hotel guests do not require so in order to save manpower and be more environmental friendly (which I think the hotel is on one hand promoting). . Overall, I think the hotel is good.

Excellent location with train station nearby. Warm and modern decor. Friendly staff. Pay for parking location on site for those who wants to do car rental. Coin Laundry and gym on site. Various styles of restaurants downstairs below the 4th floor reception. Train station B1 elevator upto 2nd floor sky walkway to prevent yanking your luggage all over the road. Better yet I just used Yamoto luggage delivery service to the hotel. The staff kept my luggage in storage and bring it out when I arrived on site to check in.

It was a nice stay. Friendly stuff, clean and good location.
