Avis : Lijiang Shanshui Tan Homestay

Feels like a remote village and peaceful stay. At night every business is closed and is dark in the village. It was a pleasant stay and the property manager helped transport our luggage to the second floor, and to the car after check out. The room had a seating toilet, heated blanket and a heater. No refrigerator, which is not a problem. A walking distance to a local convenience store, and cafes. The homestay has a view of the mountain range and the rooftops of the village buildings from a small shared space on the second floor. I need to notify the homestay, the number plate of the car each time the car enters the village between 08:00-18:00. It's a secured road entrance between these times. The road and path leading up to the homestay can be rugged, stone paths shared with horse riders, village dogs, visitors, vehicles and might be challenging for drivers to manoeuvre in narrow paths.

Quiet and clean homestay. Surrounded by nature and right under the famous yulong mountain. And the horse riding experience in the town is great.. love this place because it is less touristy compared to other ancient towns. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and also the host is very approachable. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back again!

Stunning view of the mountain range and surrounding village. The breakfast was personalised to our taste and fresh, the lady who cooked every day was fantastic. The rooms are very clean and modern, with a heated mirror so steam won’t block your view and a heater for colder mornings. The hotel itself is lovely, with a traditional atmosphere. The property has two sweet dogs, too :) We had a great time, I wish I could bring my family next time! ＜3

I love this homestay. I have stayed in this place for the third time. It’s a beautiful, well maintained guesthouse with a caring, lovely owner in one of the most pretty, tiny mountain villages that I have seen so far in China. But I need to issue a serious warning about the recent developments on the hiking trails that surround the village. It took the young people who are now massively flocking these trails, less than a year to completely trash the trails with plastic garbage. This is NOT OK. This insensitive behavior is devastating and upsetting. It is unacceptable! The principle that all hikers and trekkers should follow when they enter the mountains is “to leave no traces”. Every plastic bottle, every plastic bag, every plastic food wrap, every oxygen bottle, every plastic rain cape, every aluminum bin, everything, that someone takes into the mountains, he or she has to take out of the mountain and to properly discard in the village’s official garbage bins. The purity and peace of natural places like this is fragile and vulnerable. Don’t take it for granted. Don’t destroy it.

Lovely homestay with beautiful view, friendly owner, room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The view from guest house to Yulong Moutain is wonderful. The breakfast is homemade and also very full and yummy. At night, don’t miss the night sky full of stars outside.

My wife and I (Singaporean couple) stayed on the 9th and 10th December 2023. Overall, great value-for-money. Their service and hospitality left a deep impression. From getting us additional warmers so that we don't sleep cold, buying tickets of tourist attractions at locals' price, providing adaptors for us, arranging transportation, suggesting the fun places to go, and the breakfast - lightly flavored and healthy meal -and the amazing view of the snow mountain at 720am. They even help us to exchange our cash into smaller denomination when we ran into problems paying locals for their tea as they only accept wechat pay and we don't have one set up. You will get the full experience if you can speak mandarin with them. Oh, and the room is big and is very clean. -- 我们是一对从新加坡来的夫妇。这个民宿体验非常有意思。首先，他们的性价比非常高。服务很到位，也很快。沟通起来，感觉很像是他们村里的一份子。是一个很舒服也很亲切的体验。家族生意，什么都亲力亲为。房子是女儿打理的。早餐是妈妈准备的。我们很喜欢他们准备的早餐。简单，清淡，可口，营养丰富。印象最深刻的是他们的人情味。 最重要是，房间大，也很干净。

사장님이 매우 친절하고 너무 깨끗하고, 아름다운 정원 그리고 맛있는 조식 모든것이 완벽하다 매우 조용한 환경 시골 마을에 목가적인 풍경 . 다음에 또 가고 싶다.

這次入住麗江玉湖村的民宿讓我特別驚喜。老闆一家都是當地人，民宿各個細節充滿了人情味，這讓我們住的非常自在。更讓我意外的是，衞生條件居然做得很專業，超出了我對同類民宿的預期。房間的床單甚至窗簾都平整乾淨，衞生間也特別整潔，細節上的處理非常用心，遠超出我們最初的期待。民宿有自己的停車場，離主街很近，出入非常方便。 而最讓我們一家感動的，是我們家貓跑丟了，老闆一家知道後，二話不説就幫忙一起尋找，來來回回在山上樹林尋找了好幾天，還特別擔心我們的感受，不斷安慰我們，最後終於幫助我們尋回了小貓。 很多很多細節讓我感受到，他們真心把客人當朋友，與他們相處的幾天，我們感到非常親切、舒心。能遇到這麼善良、可愛、有心的老闆一家，讓我們感到很温暖。感謝他們帶來的這段難忘體驗！強烈推薦給想去玉湖的旅行者！不枉此行！ps.再強調一下，這家民宿寵物友好，非常非常友好，老闆家的寵物也非常友好[偷笑]

服務很好很細節，晚上到的，提前把房間的取暖器就幫我們開着了，停車很方便，大院子很舒服，周圍風景也巨好，阿姨給備的早餐好豐盛真的好豐盛，房間也收拾得很乾凈，是這次國慶出遊住的性價比最高的一家，很舒服下次來麗江還住他們家！還買了他們家的牛肉乾和菌子醬好好吃！

雪山下面的大院子，相當的愜意，安靜。房間很乾凈整潔，大玻璃窗，早上拉開窗簾，窗外的藍天白雲窗景就像一副畫一樣。樓梯平台可以遠觀雪山，坐那裡來上一杯咖啡，太適合發呆了。院子裏有兩條狗狗，隨意摸頭，很温順。早餐雖然樸素，但都是大姐親手製作，營養餐。運氣好的話還可以看到免費的煙花。

環境很安靜，很適合休息放鬆，小院風景秀麗，窗外就是雪山，下雪季節來應該更漂亮。 早餐是到了餐廳現做，健康美味，民宿老闆很熱情，服務周到，如果要早起去雪山還可以幫忙叫車，這幾天小雨出行這一塊對我們幫助很大。

非常非常漂亮的院子，房間採光好、很乾凈，遠超預期；早餐實在是太好吃了！！ 值得一提的是，如果騎馬一定要找老闆預訂啊啊啊啊啊！體驗太好了，短線長線都很好玩，基本馬是古鎮最高水平了

房間很美，民宿老闆很好，早餐很豐盛，可以看到雪山，特別謝謝妹妹的接送照顧，超級nice，下次來還住山水談～也會推薦朋友來住的！
