The hotel is nice. The food is good. The location is awesome.

the hotel is good but the staff not approachable they didn't even speak English so that we could understand what they were saying and the slowness of their processing for the room and their check-in time which should be 2pm because that is what is stated on their site and we can go to the room

Room is clean and the beds are firm. Overall it’s a clean hotel.

住房整潔，早餐精緻，晚上憑房卡就可以到樂園看秀，非常精彩，唯二兩個缺點，床偏硬不太好睡，另外房價不含三溫暖，需加價250才能使用，有點可惜 建議飯店可開放使用，提高住房意願

第一次入住劍湖山飯店 我們有三個人給了我們三張床的房型 非常驚艷，睡得非常舒適 早餐品項豐富選擇很多 距離遊樂園的入口非常的近 選擇來劍湖山玩的朋友，住在這邊非常適合

客房服務人好，但是樓層隔音很差，樓上小朋友跑了一個多小時，根本沒辦法休息。雖然，客服有提出讓我們換房間，但是都晚上快十點了，一點都不想打包行李⋯

房間很大沒錯，地板都有灰塵 早餐自助餐東西很少 然後小孩子的設施也很少 重點是衛浴裡面也沒有提供牙膏牙刷還要自己買 第一次三溫暖要加錢的

非常好 便宜 乾淨 很棒 早餐好吃 服務良好 完美的旅程 五星體驗人員訓練很好 住起來很舒服 下次一定還會去住交通很方便

飯店雖然離市區比較偏遠，但是服務人員都很親切，2樓遊戲區很多玩的設施，餐點好吃也很多樣化，下次有機會還會再住
