Avis : Zagreb City Vibe Apartments & Rooms

L'hôtel n'est pas facile à trouver au troisième étage d'un immeuble ancien. Il n'y a pas de membres du personnel et vous ne pouvez pas entrer à l'intérieur. L'environnement est un peu effrayant, alors j'ai renoncé à l'enregistrement et j'ai immédiatement changé pour un autre hôtel, donc je peux ne sois pas gourmand

It was good. Excellent service, cozy rooms, and perfect location!

The room was ready by 11:00am so I could check in early and leave my luggage. I have a safety concern and it is that the code to access the main door is the same one to your room door, so unless everyone has a different code for both the main door and their room door (which is the same), any of the other residents can basically access your room since everyone shares the same code. The location is very good, very close to the main attractions. At times, there was a strange noise coming from the patio. Overall, decent experience.

The Code that we got to open the door was wrong! The service didn’t get up our call and later only possible to communicate through massages. We have to wait on the dark floor where the light was very creepy! Next to the hotel are two strange bars. The internet in the room is very slowly. Finally we have to leave the hotel and look for a new one!

冰箱噪音太大、淋浴器不太好使。床單也有小洞。老房子樓層要爬樓梯、晚間入住、樓梯過道很暗。地點還算便利、不過周圍沒有餐館、附近有spar超市。

實在太生氣了，因為酒店是自助check-in的，只會在入住前幾天send一個email，但酒店那邊給了錯誤的房間資料給我們，令到我們無法入住。而且電話是無法聯絡的，絕對不建議大家入住。而且要搬樓梯的，公寓是黑漆漆的。最基本的錯誤也犯了，給了我們其他人的房間編號和密碼，一進去是放滿了行李的，安全性極低。不要入住！！
