Nosalowy Park Hotel & Spa

We are celebrating our jubilee wedding ceremony on the date of check-in. They gave us a great surprise : room upgrading, specially decorated with balloons, chocolate, campaign and a handwriting congratulations card....Appreciated! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including those in the restaurant. The swimming pool and spa facilities are relaxing and comfortable.

Znakomity hotel w centrum Zakopanego.

J'y ai passé 3 nuits lors de notre premier voyage à Zakopane et j'ai adoré cet hôtel ! Des normes très élevées pour le prix que vous payez (nous l'avons trouvé très très raisonnable !!). Notre chambre était belle, la salle de bain/douche était immense et le lit très confortable. La piscine était belle mais assez froide ! Dans l'ensemble, la décoration de l'hôtel était très agréable, mais je suis d'accord avec certaines des critiques précédentes qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de hall/réception pour s'asseoir mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangés. Je ne peux pas faire de commentaire sur le restaurant autant que nous avons choisi de manger à l'extérieur, mais nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner ! Le buffet du petit-déjeuner proposait beaucoup de plats polonais si vous vouliez essayer, mais vous pouvez commander des plats à la carte dans un menu qui était vraiment sympa - je recommanderais le pain perdu! Très bien situé pour se promener dans le centre de Zakopane (a pris environ 10 minutes) et super pour revenir dans la chaleur après avoir été dans la neige toute la journée ! Je reviendrais certainement dans cet hôtel si nous revenons à Zakopane.

I visited Hotel Nosalowy Park for my Birthday Weekend! It was one of the best experience. We got an upgrate for a view room. The staff was very nice and super helpful. Breakfast very good, all with local food. An amazing A'la Carte restaurant with good feeling dinner and lunches and best drinks and coctails. I got a Birthday Baloons delivered to the room and well decorated. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing place to stay in Zakopane. Close by the main attractions but far enough to enjoy the peace of the mountains around you. The hotel is very comfortable. The staff very helpful. The spa area great! The breakfast delicious. We will be back for sure! Thank you for your hospitality!

Nice location, lovely building and very boring lobby area & bar. Room was beautiful and so was the pool. Breakfast however was the biggest disappoin**ent to us. Poor food selection and bad service honestly I can’t remember having such a bad breakfast experience before. Hotel definitely lacking the vibe. We stayed at Nosalowy Rezydencja before and thought this hotel was a step up. I highly recommend the restaurant next door however.

Comparing to other 5-stars hotels we've been to: 1. Bathrooms - No wet wipes or air freshener. But it was spacious 2. Breakfasts - Cold buffet available, no toaster. Small choice of cartoned fruit juices available upon request - only orange and apple, no grapefruit, pineapple. "Selection of cheeses/meats/cakes" label was 'obvious', - would be more helpful to label each fully. Small choice of yogurts (one). Hot dishes ordered from breakfast menu. Ordered mixed omelet and got plain egg. Ordered 2 teas and got one. Tea at 5 star we would expect proper loose leaf quality tea, but we got 'flavoured green tea' bag. And a slice of lemon that was just skin and no lemon. 3. Room - few choices of coffee/tea available; no milk (you can ask for more). Only very small cups available (not suitable for tea). TV. Lack of streaming like Netflix. Only terrestrial, mostly Polish with very few in English. Wifi was strong and fast in room though. Bed was comfortable and large. Room temperature was adjustable only by a fiddly electronic screen. Far easier are physical dials and controls. 4. Pool - small, more for relax and play, than swimming. 1 or 2 can swim at a time. It was chlorinated (not ozone). Crazy that it closes at 10pm, so after day out/evening meal you have very little time to use it. Midnight or 11pm would be more acceptable. Should be a time for adults only use of the spa - eg 9pm to 11pm at least, as it was very noisy with so many young children. It was 'winter break' time so we can understand the number of young screaming children, but feel that a reasonable limit could be in place, time-wise. 5. Sauna - Good that there was a it is a 'proper', traditional, Finnish, healthy, correct sauna, (nude or in a cotton wrap) but this was not enforced. This meant that ignorant people were sitting in wet swimming costumes. This is dangerous, unhealthy and insanitary, as the chlorine form the pools evaporates in the hot sauna air, and the dyes and the plastics from the costumes cause skin problems and the body cant sweat properly. Others sat directly on the wood causing damage to the sauna, and unhygienically sweating directly on the wood. Aromas/oils were available upon request, but that meant asking for it regularly, 4-5 times. 6. The outside deck (to jacuzzi) very slippery, like ice-rink! This should be improved or the ice cleared. 7. The 'jazz pianist' was monotonous, boring, and seemed to have only one style. 8. Paid parking only (50zl a day). We would expect that included.

Very nice mountain side resort! Brand new ! We were spending 5 days in this hotel with a few friends and our families. The biggest disadvantage of this resort is a lack of kids club . The rest of the resort is very nice - swimming pool is not big enough for swimming but for playing with kids is perfect. Lobby and restaurants inside are quite good . Breakfast is their very strong advantage!!! Very big choice of A la carte meals !! Rooms are spacious nicely decorated but not luxury style, mostly made of very cheap materials. Resort is located about 5-7 minutes of walk from the Main Street in Zakopane called Krupowki!!

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean, very modern - no complaints here. The room was spotless. The representative at the front desk was professional and super nice. So what makes this hotel average and what ruins the good impression? Service at the restaurant. Seems like the employees have never been given any training of what the customer service should look like, especially in a hotel like this. Maybe I am spoiled by American customer service but seriously, wouldn't imagine that a server can give you an attitude. The quality of service completely doesn't match the place and it needs A LOT of improvement.
