Amsterdam Beach Hotel

Beach Hotel Amsterdam is centrally located in Zandvoort and we selected this hotel based on the location and recent renovation. The superior sea view room bed was large and cozy and the shower and updated bathroom was wonderful. We stayed in June and the cool air condition was welcomed. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was fresh with nice selection. We read that noise could be an issue, particularly because the property is located on a busy corner, so we requested a 3rd floor room with beautiful sea view which was quiet. As stated on the website, there is no parking so you will need to drop off your luggage and park in a lot a few blocks away. We knew this up front, so it was not an issue. We would stay here again!

Amazing renovation and refurbishment since our last visit! The hotel is modern, welcoming, warmly decorated and very hospitable. Our room with seaview and balcony was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom with it's new fittings was lovely to use. This is a great hotel in a wonderful location, with very friendly staff who will do all they can to make your stay memorable and relaxing. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights in August and found the hotel to be fresh, modern and welcoming. Our room was a little small but had everything we needed for a short break and was comfortable (good bed and shower). There is a nice terrace at the front of the hotel which is a great place to sit and have a drink and watch the world go by. The beach is across the road but the town of Zandvoort is small enough to explore on foot. The staff were lovely. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for a Spartan race at the end of May 2022. The staff was great during my entire stay, very helpful with restaurant selections and any questions I had. Due to my late booking, I ended up with a 2x twin room at the back of the hotel, with a view of some neighboring apartments, a car park and some of the taller buildings in town. The room was decent sized for a European hotel, cleaned every day and the bed was decent. I got a peak into one of the larger queen rooms and would definitely book that if I came back. Breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs and bacon both days, excellent selection of rolls and pastries as well as other things you'd find at a typical European breakfast. The location was great because the Spartan race was just across the street so it was easy to walk to. It was also an easy walk to many different central spots in town for food and shopping. The Dirk supermarket down the main road between the train station and the hotel had pretty much any other items I needed like water etc. Probably my only complaint and it is minor is that the elevator is really slow, I only used it once because of that and ended up climbing 2 1/2 flights of stairs to the room. Other than the Spartan race, I think Zandvoort is a good escape from Amsterdam once you get all citied out. I'd think a night here after several days of city hopping would be a good end of trip.

Voor een paar dagen Zandvoort is dit hotel echt een aanrader. Vriendelijke mensen, goede bedden, schone kamer, mogelijkheid om koffie en/of thee te maken op de kamer, heerlijke ruime douche, prima ontbijt, dichtbij strand en centrum, kortom: super!!

Super verzorgd en leuk hotel. Mooie kamer hadden wij met zeezicht. Werden super vriendelijke ontvangen. Hotel ligt gunstig gelegen. Je loopt zo het centrum in. Echt een aanrader. Hoop restauranten in de beurt. En heel dicht bij het circuit.

Wir haben uns spontan entschieden ein paar Tage in Zandvoort zu verbringen und sind zufällig auf das Amsterdam Beach gestoßen...Gott sei Dank...Ein tolles Hotel mit genialer Lage. Wir wurden bei Ankunft sehr freundlich begrüßt und obwohl wir früh dran waren konnten wir das Zimmer schon beziehen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und für uns völlig ausreichend vom Platz. Kleiderschrank war nicht vorhanden wurde von uns aber auch nicht benötigt. Das Bad war klein aber fein, modern und sauber. Da der Frühstücksraum klein und gemütlich war und nicht alle gleichzeitig Platz zum Frühstücken haben mussten wir uns auf eine bestimmte Frühstückszeit festlegen. Das war für uns völlig okay und auch als wir etwas eher da waren war Platz für uns da. Das Frühstück war gut. Frische Brötchen auch Körnerbrötchen, Rührei, Wurst, Käse, Tomate, Joghurt....Es war immer reichlich da und wenn was fehlte wurde es umgehend aufgefüllt. Unser Auto haben wir in der etwa fünf Minuten entfernten Tiefgarage geparkt. Vor dem Hotel konnten wir kurz stehen bleiben um die Koffer reinzubringen. Preis fürs Parken war völlig okay. Wenn man aus dem Hotel geht über die Straße ist man direkt am Strand. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars etc. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Uns hat es super gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für die freundliche und nette Begrüßung/Betreuung...so macht Urlaub Spaß...))

Ottimo hotel proprio di fronte alla spiaggia. Non hanno parcheggio privato ma si può lasciare auto in uno dei parcheggi locali a pagamento. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Ottimo il livello della pulizia e insonorizzazione delle camere. Staff cordiale e colazione con prodotti freschi buonissima. Super consigliato. Il prezzo è in linea con la località e con la comodità di raggiungere Amsterdam con 25 min di treno. Spiaggia super proprio di fronte all’hotel.

Nette hotel, vriendelijke werknemers & zeer mooi gelegen! Al met al heb ik een fijne nachtje kunnen verblijven. Mijn kamer was schoon, niks op aan te merken. Bed lag prima. Werknemers waren behulpzaam, ik mocht een uur eerder inchecken omdat dit voor mij noodzakelijk was. Zoek niet verder, hier moet je zijn tijdens je bezoek in Zandvoort.
