En outre, il y a un établissement intime... L'hôtel met le micro-ondes à gauche avec le hall de chaud et de l'eau. « Tschelmat est un hôtel très étonnant, très conçu, la réception est très enthousiaste et vous a amené à présenter toutes sortes d'installations dans la chambre. Il y a du bébé le jour où vous étiez allé, je n'ai pas vu le sommet de la montagne, mais la neige qui s'est réveillée le lendemain matin a fait son fils très heureux. Le petit déjeuner est très riche, vous pouvez également commander des œufs et des waffles. Les installations de la chambre sont également très bonnes, il y a un petit bébé, il fait chaud en hiver. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine ouverte sur un étage, les sentiments de glace pendant deux jours sont toujours très excitants. Il y a un terrain de hockey à la porte. Les enfants de la matinée pratiquent le hockey et regardent à côté. »

We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking. The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it. Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended! »

« 完美的酒店，感謝拉吉納貝爾為我們提供了完美的服務，還為我們升級了能看到馬特洪峯的大公寓房型。下面總結一下酒店特點： 1、酒店離采爾馬特車站和View point都很近，拖着行李箱走過去很方便，5分鐘左右。而且酒店還提供免費短泊巴士（采爾馬特特有的電瓶車）。 2、酒店本身設施一流，特別是這次入住的3號樓是新樓，景色也是完美，在酒店陽台就能看到view point的景色。水療設施也是全新的有兩個室外泳池一個水温高一點，一個略低。都帶沖浪和按摩功能。 3、酒店服務一流，入住時前台小姐姐還親自帶我們去房間給我們做了Rome tour。早餐也是本次旅行中最豐盛的，有新鮮的煙燻三文魚刺身，和各類火腿、冷盤、水果和蔬菜都是新鮮的，還有homelet。 4、酒店門口就是采爾馬特小鎮免費巴士站，可以去任何地方，包括冰川天堂、五湖纜車站和內格拉特線火車站。 »

« Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc. »

« very nice and friendly staff of the hotel. The balcony of the room has a direct and good view of the Matterhorn summit, we could watch the sunset and sunrise scenery without going out. The only issue is that the rent is not cheap 😂 »
