酒店在主道旁有自己的地下停車場方便自駕遊，大堂客服服務態度好，房間超級大乾淨衞生整潔（有陽台和曬衣架），床上用品乾淨衞生舒服，衞生間淋浴間沒有門水會濺到外面不能乾濕分離（建議配置一個門），酒店去漳州古城步行15分鐘左右，酒店去美食街20分鐘左右（推薦拾扇記）非常好吃性價比很高。

房間空調掉了下來 牀頭櫃桌子上都是裝修木料灰塵 味道也是剛裝修完的味道 和前台説了 我中間出去三個多小時 等我回來依然沒有人打掃 晚上10:30分 保潔敲門説要打掃 服了 酒店格局是公寓造型 有廚房的那種 洗衣房都沒裝修好 前台告訴我可以洗 去看了一下震驚 全是裝修木板 洗衣房在四樓 我在十一樓 感覺性價比還是換家正經酒店住吧 掛羊頭賣狗肉 酒店沒個酒店的樣子

1.枕頭4個都是高枕，無低枕選擇，喜歡睡低枕的不要去，見圖1。
2.2024年了，還需要按金，見圖2。
3.前台服務差，不專業。
4.酒店公共區域環境差，樓道雜物堆積，見圖3。
5.衞生差，水龍頭水漬嚴重，見圖4。
6.水流小，開最大的程度也衹貼着洗手盆，見圖5。
7.浴室無推拉門，洗澡水濺出來，容易滑倒，可以參考其他差評，都有提到。
8.空調噪音大，白天有裝修隊噪音特別大。
9.沒什麼服務可言，態度不好。

離古城很近，步行距離即可到達。酒店很新，應該是公寓式的，也有業主居住，一層樓裏有業主房，也有客房。停車也方便，應該是性價比挺高的。古城裡麪是不建議住的，大多是舊房改造。

衞生實在堪憂，入住後發現衞生間洗臉槽還留有水漬和頭髮，牆壁也同樣是水漬，開關面板落灰嚴重。我們幸好都帶了一次性毛巾和浴巾以及洗漱用品。水吧枱水槽同樣留有水漬。吧枱和床頭已經茶几上全是灰塵，電視機層板下面還留有頭髮絲。第一次住酒店睡覺不敢脱衣服。細思極恐，試問這樣的衞生環境是怎麼評上第一的！

酒店是去年新開張的，離古城很近，交通便利，周邊吃飯很方便，房間也很大，卧具也很新，還有陽台，有公共洗衣機，和晾衣服的衣架，方便洗晾衣服，前台服務也很好，這次入住體驗很好，對得起這個價格。

設施：比較新，房間也大，空調給力，淋浴間最好是隔開。
衞生：也比較好。地庫有人準備裝修材料，有工作人員前來要求幹完活把垃圾清理走。
環境：周邊吃飯很方便，離漳州古城比較近。
服務：前台服務很好，訂房時電話聯繫也很熱情。

酒店性價比非常高，酒店在大路邊，離古城近，有免費停車場，是間新酒店，有陽台，房間很大，坐在沙發上吃東西很舒服，無論前台還是清潔阿姨服務態度都很好，酒店可以評5顆星，唯一缺點是沖涼房沒門，沖涼時水到浸到馬桶外面，大家要帶一雙拖鞋沖涼，其它都滿分！
