UUtilisateur anonyme與十里明悦“相遇”，始於去年11月想帶孩子看流星雨，尋找合適的地點時，無意中看到它。最終因觀測條件不佳沒有成行，但評論裏對酒店“貼心”“用心”之類的讚許卻讓我印象深刻。春節假期，處處景點人滿為患。衹想放空的我，立刻記起了十里明悦。
臨時訂下兩天行程。很快接到前台工作人員的電話，確認行程，加微信後，不忘叮囑山上氣温較涼，多帶衣物；上山的路注意安全。還未入住，已先感受到貼心和用心。
懷着對他們的信心，儘管盤山路蜿蜒曲折，依然不怕“先苦後甜”。果然，一到達，工作人員立刻前來幫忙拿行李，入住手續快速，又引導我們到房間。酒店的裝修風格是典型的南洋風，露台和房間幾乎一樣大。眺望山下的風景，看着雲在層層疊疊交錯的山上留下自己的影子，內心有一種安定的感覺。夜晚，山下一片燈海，間或鳴放的煙花，為新年之夜增添些許歡喜的氣氛。天亮後再看山腳下，雲海翻騰，又是另外一番美景。
微信上與前台溝通很方便，有求必應，回覆迅速。餐食基本在酒店解決，菜單豐富，口味不錯。送了酒店旁咖啡館的咖啡券，我們喝咖啡，孩子吃冰淇淋、披薩，非常開心。
景區門票、歡迎水果、晚安甜湯（紅豆湯尤其好喝），一樣都不少。管家寫了慰問卡和甜湯一起送來，孩子看到，自己一筆一劃在卡片上寫下“謝謝你們的周到服務！新年快樂！”這是孩子的心聲，也可以説是我們全家人的心裡話。
退房那天起霧，遇到的每位工作人員都囑咐我們下山時小心慢行。臨出門，被一位小姐姐喊住，竟然提了一大袋酒店後的菜地種的青菜送給我們，真是意外而驚喜，萬分感謝。
這次行程最大的遺憾是入住的第一天夜裡多雲，第二天下雨，沒能看到心心念唸的星空。不過，沒關係，四月還有流星雨，説不定有機會再去呢。

IInvitéExcellent service from the lady boss and the staff. From the time I contacted her, she sent me lots of information about getting to the guesthouse. More importantly, she followed up with me to ensure that I am on the right track to the guesthouse. This was very much appreciated as I had a flight delay and that messed up my original travel plan. The lady boss was very proactive in ensuring that I find my way to the guesthouse. The lady boss' daugther is very cute and adorable. She shared part of her orange with me and when I told her that I liked it, she went off and got one for me! Even wanted to help me with my luggage but a little difficult as she's only 8 years old.
The guesthouse is located on top of a small hill and lady boss will pick up guests at the bottom of the hill; actually, in my opinion, hardly needed as it's only 10 minutes or less walk up a gentle slope but she does the pickup as part of the service that they offer.
The room is very nice and clean. The toilet is western style and has a very nice touch - spot lights are installed on the toilet ceilings and when the nights are cold, you will really appreciate the warmth from these lights after coming out from your shower!
And finally, they will drive guests out to 2 of the best viewpoints for the Tianluokeng cluster at no additional charge.

IInvitéNotre famille voyage souvent dehors, a vécu beaucoup d'hôtels et de peuples. La première fois que je rencontre un bon chef, je me suis rencontré avec mes amis dès mon séjour. Il est également très enthousiasmé de nous faire du déjeuner, nous prendre au bord de la mer pour jouer, nous emmener à manger des fruits de mer locaux à prix très élevés, aller à la mer pour pêcher, Tous les patrons nous ont conduits. Il n'y a pas d'argent supplémentaire à côté de leur propre projet. Je pense que le patron jouera et vivra avec un peu d'argent. Vous pouvez vraiment voir des commentaires. Vous pouvez aussi avoir une très bonne expérience.

VVythicaWe stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags.
The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required.
Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100.
The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old.
When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage.
The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy.
The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening.
The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day.
There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu.
The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse.
The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

RRobinMowatCe n'est pas un endroit facile d'accès si, comme nous, vous êtes une famille de 6 personnes avec un bébé et un camion chargé de bagages. Nous sommes arrivés en train à grande vitesse à Nanjing (Fujian) et avons trouvé un taxi pour nous emmener à l'hôtel (aller simple 260 ¥, négocié à partir de 300 ¥). Le trajet a duré environ 2 heures sur des routes sinueuses et lentes (au retour nous avons pris l'autoroute à grande vitesse ce qui a réduit le temps de trajet à environ une heure).
L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone rurale, à l'écart des principales zones touristiques. Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu mais nous avons pu dîner. La nourriture est exceptionnelle. Le poulet en particulier est délicieux.
Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale avec toboggan. Nos enfants auraient volontiers passé tout leur séjour dans la chambre à jouer sur le toboggan. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels de marque 5 étoiles et pourtant, cette maison d'hôtes propose tellement de petits extras, de gadgets et de technologies que la plupart des autres. La poignée de porte à clavier à mot de passe est peut-être le moyen le plus compliqué d'ouvrir une porte, mais j'applaudis le dévouement au style et au design.
Les toilettes sont dotées d'un élément multifonction de style japonais. Il m'a fallu beaucoup de temps pour comprendre comment le rincer. Le siège des toilettes se soulève lorsque vous ouvrez la porte !
La télévision est une grande projection sur le mur. N'étant pas chinois, j'ai eu du mal à comprendre comment obtenir des chaînes de télévision régulières. Tout ce que j'ai trouvé était payant pour être vu.
Cependant, c'était une projection claire et agréable, et si nous étions capables de comprendre la programmation, ce serait incroyable.
Nous avons passé 2 jours à visiter différents Tulou. Il y en a beaucoup à quelques minutes en voiture, mais derrière l'hôtel se trouve un petit village avec des Tulou et des bâtiments en terre qui constituent une belle promenade.
Dans l’ensemble, c’est une superbe maison d’hôtes avec une ambiance branchée et des installations familiales. Séjour très confortable.

IInvitéJ'ai séjourné dans quelques hôtels Crowne Plaza auparavant et j'ai remarqué qu'il y avait toujours des projets de construction de grande envergure à côté de l'hôtel. Priez pour que les clients ne soient pas affectés par le bruit des travaux de construction le matin.
Cet hôtel est bien meublé mais il vieillit et le centre commercial le plus proche ou les petits restaurants sont TRÈS loin.

IInvitéI can’t say I’m a frequent guest of this hotel, but I’ve been coming to it for the past 3 years at least once a year. I have to say that I am a bit disappointed with the service. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very hungry, they used to have a menu for the room service in the room, now it was gone, I had to call them to ask someone to bring the menu to the room. I ordered the food at 10pm, at that time, the selection of items was very limited. Luckily my Chinese is good enough to get by, because almost nobody spoke English there. I understand it’s not mandatory to have a full English speaking staff, but I think at least one person per shift should be able to speak some English in case someone needs it.
Another point that needs improvement was the gym. Objects were unorganized, it looked abandoned.
