The hotel and the room is clean and tidy and the electric outlets are plenty and suitably located. Breakfast is good value for money. Reception staff is friendly.

Excellent and welcoming front desk staff and made me feel like a VIP as soon as I walked through the door. Breakfast had a wide selection of food to choose from. Highly recommend hotel if visiting Dinghu. Make sure you know how to order a local taxi if you do not have your own transport.

和以往瞭解的維也納不一樣，這家比較有特色，性價比蠻高。因為靠近景區定的，原來一直覺得維也納比較老舊，但這家裝飾得很精緻，服務很用心，我很喜歡，床鋪柔軟舒適，很安逸，隔音可以，下次到肇慶，還會再來。

這是我住過最好的一家維也納，平時出差住深圳的或廣東省其他城市的維也納都衹能説不過不失。這一家一進房間就覺得很乾凈，而且少了維也納獨有的那種俗氣，可能是色調的問題比較柔和，飽和度沒其他家的那麼高。服務也非常的好，友善熱情，比如我們在大堂打車去玩，本來打算買水的，但下着雨走去外面的超市不方便，於是問前台要兩瓶水，前台熱情的提供了。回來後房間打掃的非常乾淨，水也換了兩瓶新的，還又多給了兩瓶水；問前台要多幾個衣架，馬上就送來了。自助餐早餐服務也周到，熱情接待，及時主動收拾桌子。
維也納是性價比比較高的酒店。對我們來説，住酒店有沒有浴缸、房間大不大、自助餐豐富不豐富，都不是剛需，衹要貼心周到乾淨，就是非常的好，十分滿意了。
還有一個必須點讚的就是酒店後面就是生活很便利的生活區，有好幾家吃飯的地方，有咖啡店，有便利店，十分的方便。
