Je suis allé chercher les enfants à Longlong. Je vois que l'évaluation de la maison de montagne est très élevée la nuit. Je me suis réservé trois nuits. Le voyage temporaire a changé d'avance, j'ai séjourné une journée avant la fin de la journée. J'ai vécu deux nuits avec un grand sentiment d'expérience. Le service de mon petit frère de la réception est enthousiaste. Vous pouvez dire que c'est nécessaire. La position de voyage est très pratique à côté d'une station de bus, Je vais à Long Long pendant dix minutes. Il y a une machine à laver et un séchoir de table en bas, une petite cour à la porte, un café et une bière, les enfants peuvent jouer à la piscine de sable à côté, très bon, il vaut la peine de recommander!!

挺好的，實際和圖片一樣，乾淨，明亮。服務熱情，沒有電梯，前台小哥哥幫忙拎行李到樓上。淋浴房下水堵，前台迴應特別快。酒店新裝修有點氣味，所以夜裡開窗睡覺，順便可以享受樓下巷口大排檔食客如織的煙火氣息。住在樓裏的都是來長隆玩的小童旅客，深夜，旅館走廊上的打鬧聲、叫喊聲，讓人忍不住感歎童真的魅力。夜裡時不時的，還有樓上下水管道的嘩啦聲，總能喚醒沉睡的我去思考人生。外賣平台裏顯示僅有的五六家早餐店都沒有孩子喜歡的，後來是是退房後到長隆景區吃的。叫車也比較方便，加錢後大概等了10分鐘就有車了，衹是村裡道路窄，司機技術不好沒進得來。最後我們自行走出村子到大馬路上，大概花了六七分鐘。期待過幾年，外賣再多些，還會再來這裏住的哦！

XXiaofengxihuanlvxingJe séjourne souvent au Sheraton Zhuhai Huafa et je pense que c'est ce que je ressens le plus.
En tant que personne dont la maison est à Zhuhai, parfois je n'aime pas rentrer chez moi et je veux rester ici pour une nuit.
Car non seulement l'environnement ici est bon et calme, mais le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment élevé, et les amis de l'hôtel sont également très enthousiastes. Chaque fois que je reviens ici, j'ai l'impression d'être de retour à la maison !
Le secteur de la restauration de l'hôtel est excellent et correct. J'ai mangé plusieurs fois au buffet du petit-déjeuner et au dîner du Feast. Surtout, le dîner propose souvent de nouveaux produits. Je suis allé récemment au dîner sous forme de buffet et j'ai goûté leurs nouveaux abats de bœuf, qui ont un goût particulièrement bon.
Le happy hour dans le salon exécutif le soir est également très bon. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels Marriott, et un hôtel dans cette gamme de prix comme le Huafa Sheraton est vraiment exceptionnel non seulement en termes d'équipements de chambre, d'environnement géographique de l'hôtel, la restauration, mais aussi la qualité des employés de l'hôtel. Le seul, le plafond ! Je pense également que le propriétaire de l'hôtel est vraiment prêt à faire beaucoup d'efforts dans le domaine du service, non seulement en permettant à nos clients de bien manger et de bien vivre, mais je pense vraiment que le prix en vaut la peine !
Cette fois, parce que j'avais quelque chose à faire, je n'ai pas eu d'autre choix que de réserver cette chambre pour ma famille sur Ctrip. Ensuite, j'ai appelé l'hôtel et je leur ai expliqué qu'il y avait trois membres de ma famille, mais que la suite à une chambre que j'avais réservée n'était arrivée. avec deux petits-déjeuners et deux happy hours, s'il y a une personne de plus à manger, avez-vous besoin d'argent pour en profiter ? De façon inattendue, le petit frère nous a offert un petit-déjeuner et un happy hour. C'était vraiment réconfortant, j'avais oublié de lui demander son nom à ce moment-là !
Après avoir réellement séjourné dans cet hôtel, vous choisirez certainement de séjourner dans leur hôtel la prochaine fois que vous viendrez à Zhuhai pour le tourisme ou un voyage d'affaires. C'est vraiment rentable et le service est en ligne ! Et j'aime particulièrement le balcon de leur chambre d'amis. La vue sur la mer de Macao est vraiment incroyable !

J’ai du attendre 1 heure après il y’en a pas assez de nourriture, Les personnel savait même pas comment se prendre, aucune sourire et à la fin on a pas vraiment envie de déjeuner .Pour un hôtel de cette calibre et comme je voyage beaucoup fallait mieux organiser. Je suis e général déçu.on attend comme des imbecile , personne ne vient vous voire , au moins ayant la gentillesse de vous donner une boisson en attente

J'ai choisi le DoubleTree by Hilton Hengqin. Je voudrais particulièrement remercier Clarence, le petit frère qui m'a aidé à m'enregistrer. J'ai fait une réservation juste avant mon arrivée. à l'hôtel, mais la réception n'a pas reçu de message de réservation. , le petit frère nous a immédiatement aidé à contacter le tiers et a demandé que la commande soit traitée rapidement et a surclassé le type de chambre pour moi. . J'ai entendu dire que l'hôtel dispose d'une piscine sur le toit qui n'est pas encore ouverte, je l'essaierai la prochaine fois.

Le service dans tout l'hôtel était complètement cinq étoiles. sympathique. Même s'il y avait beaucoup de monde en vacances, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde. Kevin à la réception était très prévenant et nous a rappelé les heures de pointe pour dîner au restaurant et à la piscine, rendant notre expérience très confortable. Le dîner à l'étage exécutif est également très bon. Comme c'était un jour de pluie, j'avais peur que la chambre soit bruyante, mais c'était très calme et j'ai très bien dormi la nuit [fort]

The package we booked includes breakfast buffet, unlimited access to the Ocean Kingdom for two days, 1 night with 1-way yacht ride to or from the hotel. It also includes Chimelong show ticket for two. We booked this hotel for my birthday and it was a really great stay. We booked the Starlight room for us to see the fireworks display at night from our room. It was wonderful and the fireworkds display lasted for fifteen minutes. We had an excellent time.
The only downside was that the frontdesk can’t speak English really well so she weren’t able to answer our questions regarding ocean kingdom passes, show schedule, etc. She didn’t give us an Ocean Kingdom map together with the tickets so we wasted a lot of time finding out the show schedule on our own.
The assigned reception lady failed to direct us to go to the hotel lounge where our complimentary refreshments await. We learned about it only after we checked out by staying there while waiting for our car pick-up.
There are two wings in the hotel: Seahorse and Dolphin. For the breakfast, we were informed to go to seahorse wing but our buffet is called “Dolphin Buffet”. We had to go back to the main lobby to ask where to go exactly.🤣🤣
Travel tips for foreigners visiting this hotel: Always have your translator app ready. Do your research and read other reviews thoroughly to know how to get around. The hotel itself is so huge. Going from one place to another takes some time. From 9-10am, the buffet area is packed and sometimes you are to be on queue for noodles, changfan, waffles and some others. Have breakfast early.😇

L'équipe Jisoo au club house était formidable ! Nos enfants s'y sont bien amusés : coloriage, empilage de briques, jeux télévisés…
Inconvénients : Équipements de la chambre un peu démodés, rideaux toujours sans appareils électroniques, absence de panneau de contrôle sur le bureau.
Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous reviendrons la prochaine fois.

Dining at the restaurant was a pleasant experience. Despite the holiday rush, the staff handled the busy period with remarkable efficiency, ensuring quick table turnover and prompt service. The food selection, blending both Chinese and Western cuisines, was delightful, with each dish prepared to a high standard.
The gym facilities were another highlight—spacious and equipped with top-tier amenities, surpassing what we’ve experienced at many other hotels in the past.
Above all, it was the team’s warmth and professionalism that made our stay truly memorable. We’d like to extend special thanks to:

SSahdeeThis was our first trip to Chimelong Zhuhai, and we booked a three-day, two-night package through Trip.com. The package included hotel accommodation, breakfast buffet, dinner buffet for one night, unlimited access to Ocean Kingdom and the spaceship, as well as tickets to the international circus. We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed every show, each offering a unique experience.
Last year, we visited Thailand and had to explore multiple locations for similar entertainment, so we were pleasantly surprised to find everything in one place at Chimelong. The shows included killer whale performances, beluga whale displays, adorable animal shows, and mesmerizing mermaid dances, among many others. Watching the international circus for the first time was mind-boggling!
As an Indian family, we found the food options somewhat limited, but we made the best of it. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great variety, though they were not tailored to Indian tastes.
We also enjoyed the Kaka Theatre show on the last day of our stay, a mini kids’ circus that provided a unique experience, especially if you miss the international circus. As per the hotel room- The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, although they felt a bit dated, with some paint peeling and minor cleanliness issues. If these aspects were improved, I believe the hotel could easily provide a five-star experience.
A special mention goes to Jialin, the receptionist who spoke English and was incredibly helpful. In Zhuhai, it was challenging to find English speakers, and we often relied on Google Translate for communication. Jialin went above and beyond by decorating our room for my daughter’s birthday, giving her thoughtful gifts, and presenting a small cake. These little surprises added to our memorable stay. Also she gave a room where we could view the 8pm firework and drone show.
Thank you to all the staffs of Chimelong and everyone involved in the circus and shows. We appreciate your efforts and may visit again in the future!

TTracey LynneI was welcomed with courtesy at the Charming Hotel in Zhuhai. Having arrived early, I was able to leave my baggage in storage and when I checked in later my bags were taken to my room. The room was clean and had all the amenities required for a luxurious stay.
