Fantastic Hotel! I loveeeeeeeed staying at H+ Zürich. Check in was easy , room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely be staying here again.

the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Very close to tram stops (Freihofstrasse & Letzigrund), making it easy to get to the city center and main train station.

It was a short stay, just one night, to get to Zurich airport in the early morning. The hotel is ok although it doesn't give a 4 star hotel vibe. The checkin was fast, professional staff. We had some hassle with the wifi login, could have been simpler. The room has no fridge, the layout was not so well utilized.

First day was a top notch clean up of the rooms. The next day wasn’t. Was hoping for a consistency in cleaning up the room.

Average service, far from the main Zurich train station. No wifi provide but need to join the credit card details before given for free.

The hotel is close to the tram station, but it is quite far away from the train station The room is clean and cozy :)

Location is good, tram station just outside the hotel, supermarket, foods only 1 or 2 stops away.

Absolute UNETHICAL business practices. 避雷避雷避雷!!!SNOBBISH Hotel Manager told me: "too bad". ****** business practices just because I used a China-based application to book their service and the moment they heard it was on the Chinese app, front desk gave me an INSTANT BIG FAT NO to whatever i asked for. What kind of rubbish service is this? If you accidentally double booked their room, DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND even if you asked them nicely right after booking. Their excuse: our contract said we can't refund. HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH GARBAGE SERVICE BEFORE. What kind of hospitality is this? The rooms smells like rotten banana when I checked in and I had to spray so much perfume to get raid of the smell to sleep. Room is super small, LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. Carpets are SUPER DUSTY. Seems like it has never been properly cleaned for weeks. 我在携程上不小心预订了同一天的两间房,发现问题后,我立刻联系携程客服要求退掉其中一间。携程非常配合,多次尝试与酒店沟通退款,但酒店每次都毫无理由地拒绝。 当我入住酒店时,跟前台小姐姐沟通这个问题,她第一句话就问我:“你是不是在CTrip(携程的国际版)上订的房间?”我确认后,她表示无法解决,需要第二天早上6:30找经理处理,还暗示经理的答复会和她一致。我当时就懵了,这是什么操作? 第二天一早6:30,我准时去找经理。 结果经理一看到我,第一句话就是:“你就是那个在CTrip上订房的客人?”这种语气和态度,简直让我觉得被赤裸裸地歧视了!因为我是通过中国的平台预订的,就活该被这样对待吗? 经理的态度更让人无语。他坚称是携程的问题,不是酒店的问题,甚至拒绝提供酒店与携程的沟通记录,理由是“商业机密”。我直接质问:“你们是不是想骗我的钱?”他沉默了,最后竟然承认了酒店与携程的合约规定这种房间是不可退款的,所以酒店才拒绝退款。 最让我气愤的是,经理最后冷冷地丢下一句:“Too Bad.”(太糟糕了)。这是什么态度?因为我是通过中国的平台预订的,就活该被这样对待吗?前台小姐姐的态度也让我觉得,他们对中国平台和消费者有一种莫名的歧视和不配合。

Respectful communication is the basis of a good exchange and unfortunately your reaction was not in a way that contributed to a constructive solution.Furthermore, we would like to clarify that bookings made through third parties - such as Ctrip in your case - cannot be changed or canceled directly with us. Changes and cancellations must be made through the third party provider with whom the booking was originally made. This practice is common and should be known before booking.We understand that you are disappointed, but we would like to stress that your rating in this case is greatly exaggerated and does not reflect the actual course of the stay. Excellent service from the front desk when I checked in to the restaurant manager! Great location and for those who love Asian food, there are Singaporean and Korean options within 2 mins of walking distance. Highly recommended!

Good hotel, very clean and decent location next to the tram. Helpful staff and good stay. Rooms are a little small but still comfortable. Surely will recommend to others.
