Dorsett Gold Coast boasts a prime location, just one street away from the large shopping centre Pacific Fair. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it only takes a 10-minute walk to get to the beach. The hotel entrance is right at the Tram Station. The room facilities are quite good, featuring a small balcony that offers a view of the sea when opened. However, the shower water pressure is somewhat weak, and the floor gets a bit slippery when wet. Aside from these, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Carter at the front desk for making us feel right at home. 黄金海岸的帝盛酒店位置很不错，距离大型购物中心Pacific Fair就一条街的距离，周围吃的很多，10分钟可以走到海边，酒店门口就是Tram Station。房间的设施也不错，带小阳台，打开可以看到海。只是淋浴水量比较小，地板沾水有一点滑。除此之外，特别点赞前台Carter，让人有宾至如归之感。 - Chinese Customers

Hôtel 4 étoiles offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix, au cœur de Broadbeach et du quartier de Surfers Paradise. Accès facile en tramway et bon petit-déjeuner buffet continental, avec le même menu tous les jours. Quartier calme en contrebas de l'hôtel. Si vous recherchez un endroit animé ou un accès direct aux sites touristiques, privilégiez les hôtels de Cavill Avenue ou de Broadbeach.

L'hôtel est très spécial. C'est dans les bois, donc il y a forcément quelques bugs dans la pièce, mais c'est bien mieux que prévu. L'emplacement est très central et pratique. Le bar est très animé à l'extérieur.

Mixed Experience – Great Location, Poor Internet & Breakfast Setup The hotel is in a great location, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Facilities like the car park and lifts were well maintained and met expectations. However, as business travellers, the internet connection was a major letdown. The hotel appears to rely on a hotspot system, which was extremely unreliable—slow speeds and constant disconnections all weekend. Streaming services such as Netflix were unusable, and even basic browsing was frustrating. To make matters worse, the remote control had nearly dead batteries and worked intermittently. We were also disappointed with the rest and breakfast experience. After early starts each day, we were hoping for some quiet downtime in the afternoon, but this was hard to enjoy given the other issues. The weekend breakfast arrangement felt misleading. Instead of onsite breakfast, we received a $20 per person voucher to a nearby café. While the café was pleasant, it only opened at 7:30 am on weekends—not ideal when you're starting work at 6:30–7:00 am. And realistically, $20 doesn’t go far at most cafés these days, so it felt like a cost-cutting workaround rather than a genuine breakfast offering. On a positive note, Clara at reception on Saturday was professional and kind—she did her best to assist, though unfortunately there wasn’t much she could do. It seemed like her manager may have been present but avoided getting involved, which was disappointing given the situation.

Appartement très bien situé près de toutes commodités et à 700 m environs à pied des galeries commerciales de queens street ! Personnel souriant, aidant malgré le mal à se faire comprendre car ne parlait pas français et nous très peu anglais 🫣 Un bémol mais indépendant des disponibilités de l’hôtel étant en couple avec 3 personnes âgées, nous avions demandé d’être à proximité mais malheureusement sur 3 chambres seulement 2 dispos au même étage et le 3ème lui au 26eme, avec une entrée différente donc difficile à gérer en cas de soucis .

Cet hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, à quelques pas des attractions et des rues commerçantes des deux côtés de la rivière Brisbane. Le personnel de service est enthousiaste et Mme YUNI mérite particulièrement des éloges. Le deuxième jour de mon séjour, la femme de ménage m'a enlevé par erreur une de mes serviettes lors du nettoyage de la chambre (car elle était aussi blanche, elle ressemblait trop au serviettes fournies par l'hôtel, nous n'avons donc rien reproché au serveur de l'hôtel et avons simplement dit à la réception qu'il espérait aider à le récupérer). Après cela, les méthodes de communication et de traitement de Mme Yuni ont été très agréables et satisfaisantes. Merci encore .

The Langham Hotel Jewel Residence in Surfers Paradise is the Gold Coast’s fancy pants option, tucked into the shiny Three Jewel towers. This 5-star spot has rooms and residences so nice you’ll feel underdressed in your own pajamas—think marble bathrooms and views that could star in a postcard. Dining’s a treat with fresh seafood and an afternoon tea that’s basically a posh snack attack. The pool’s a chill oasis, perfect for pretending you’re a VIP (or Movie Stars, we literally saw Luke Evans walked passed us..) , and the spa’s a solid “yes, please.” It’s steps from the beach and the buzz, but it’ll cost you, and the area can get rowdy. Still, for a swanky escape, it’s a cracker of a choice! ;)

C'est un hôtel élégant et le personnel de la réception était très sympathique et serviable. Merci à Bertz de nous avoir aidés à nous déplacer dans la ville de Brisbane. La chambre d'hôtel a été magnifiquement conçue avec des tons dorés et blancs. Elle est également assez spacieuse et bien nettoyée par le personnel de ménage.

We loved our fabulous historic cabin that has been renovated beautifully. The communal areas are wonderful, including the pool, Balinese hut lounge, and the kitchen/ dining area. The management and staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay 👍.

Perfect for Elderly, its lovely and feels like home. However the wood makes it feel like everyone too close.
