C'est l'équivalent du niveau Home Inn domestique. Le service avec le sourire est correct et l'attitude du serveur au restaurant et à la porte est correcte. L'attitude à la réception était moyenne. Parfois, les serviettes dans la chambre n'étaient pas changées, et parfois le shampoing, le gel douche et le dentifrice n'étaient pas apportés neufs. 2 bouteilles d'eau minérale sont fournies chaque jour et l'eau du robinet n'est pas très propre. Parfois, les tasses du restaurant ne sont pas lavées correctement. Vous ne pouvez fermer les yeux que lorsque vous sortez. Il y a trois serrures de porte dans la pièce, veuillez vérifier attentivement. Les choses sont placées dans la pièce et il n'y a ni pénurie ni perte. L'emplacement est au bord d'une route provinciale ou nationale. Je creusais et creusais et la poussière était un peu lourde. Il se trouve à environ 2 heures du vieux Dhaka et à plus d'une heure de Gazipur. Bien que l'aéroport ne soit pas loin, il est très difficile de prendre un taxi. Ne pensez même pas à prendre Uber. Vous pouvez prendre un taxi. L'hôtel propose des services. Il faut environ 10 minutes pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Les frais sont de 1 000 Dhaka. Je facture toujours 800 Dhaka si j'essaie de négocier. Le niveau de calme est moyen, on entend les sirènes tôt le matin et leurs prières le soir. Il y a un tricycle à propulsion humaine à la porte. Je comprends très peu l'anglais. Les locaux disent qu'ils doivent négocier le prix. Les compétences de conduite sont excellentes et c'est très excitant. Il n'y a pratiquement aucun problème si vous vous dépêchez. en haut. La circulation ici est très mauvaise, mais les accidents se produisent rarement.

The room was quite big with two comfortable beds, but the overall get up was below standard. There was no soap/shower gel or toothpaste (although two toothbrushes were provided) in the bathroom, not to mention shampoo that was missing. The vanity and cupboards had paint peeling off. The complimentary breakfast was not bad with mainly Indian items, but there was no butter/margarine for the toast; eggs were missing. I had to ask for salt and pepper, which were provided in a saucer. However, the staff were quite friendly.

J'ai séjourné quelques jours dans cet hôtel et j'ai été globalement très satisfait. Tout d'abord, le personnel était très aimable et je me suis senti à l'aise tout au long de mon séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était particulièrement excellent, le meilleur que j'aie jamais mangé à Dhaka. Non seulement la variété et la qualité des plats étaient exceptionnelles, mais la vue depuis la salle à manger était également spectaculaire, ce qui m'a permis de me détendre le matin. Le service de sécurité est également bien géré, ce qui permet à même les personnes peu habituées aux séjours à l'étranger de se sentir en sécurité. Je n'ai pas utilisé la piscine cette fois-ci, mais l'intérieur et l'atmosphère étaient très raffinés, et j'aimerais vraiment y retourner la prochaine fois. Le personnel était aimable et poli, et je suis ravi d'avoir choisi cet hôtel. Si je reviens à Dhaka, je le choisirai sans hésiter.

The most noticeable was the staff service. All were extremely friendly and helpful. I kind of liked the background music in the hallway which included light jazz. Good breakfast and gym facilities were ok.

A couple of times I stayed at other hotels in Dhaka and this is one of the hotel that is well recommended. The environment at the lobby is so classic and high end and the staff is so polite and so well spoken in English. They provide free shuttle service to pick up from the airport and location is near to airport too. The room is sooo spacious and super clean so as the toilet! The bed was comfortable too. That makes this place indeed well maintained. And never forget their food served at the cafe was good! The only problem are the honk noises from outside. But this is bearable for me. Just that the toilet door has loud cracky noise when trying to close it. But it’s ok. And the most important thing is their WiFi was so slow but ended up they resolved it with another set of router put into my room. Amazing job and I would give this place overall superb!

Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention. Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.

Останавливались на 2 ночи, отель очень уютный и красивый. Завтраки просто великолепные, хотелось попробовать все. Но есть один минус о котором не предупреждают заранее. Большинство номеров имеют смежные двери из-за чего слышимость становится ужасной. Вечером было прекрасно слышно как в соседнем номере звонит телефон и кашель человека. Рано утром пришлось вскочить с кровати и ударить по смежной двери поскольку человек очень громко включил телевизор. Это конечно немного испортило впечатление об отдыхе

La chambre était plutôt sale, mais la couette était un peu colorée. Heureusement, j'ai apporté une taie d'oreiller, il est recommandé d'utiliser une housse de couette jetable. 600 par nuit pour deux personnes, c'est en fait assez cher. Il y a un petit-déjeuner et la nourriture est vraiment bonne. Ils comprennent du poulet au curry, de la salade de fruits, des saucisses de poulet, du lait, du jus d'orange, etc. Le café dans le hall en bas est également très pas cher Une tasse de thé au citron coûte 10. C'est seulement 62 RMB pour deux personnes pour boire 4 tasses de thé et un gâteau mousse🍰. La salle de bain est correcte, l'eau et le sec sont séparés, mais cet endroit est très économique. Ils ne remplaceront pas votre brosse à dents ou votre papier toilette, vous devez le commander vous-même.

I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.

L'hôtel est situé sur la route principale, ce qui vous rend facile à se déplacer car vous n'avez pas besoin de marcher pour aller prendre une vélo même lorsque vous réservez un Uber il vous trouve à votre porte, le lieu est propre et ils peuvent faire du blanchisseur pour vous, Les chambres sont équipées de refroidisseurs A/C pour les voyageurs qui sont en visite pendant l'été et le personnel est vraiment attentif aux besoins de l'invité et aide de toute façon possible.
