This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream:
✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance
✔️ Hot springs inside the compound
✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development
Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴
Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course.
The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building.
In winter.
On ice.
With wind that slaps.
Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up.
To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾
Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc.
The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸
Then there’s the hot spring schedule.

⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly.
Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus.
At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for.
It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs.
Trip.com, if you’re listening:
no guest should ever be pressured to review.
The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative.
This old dog is an independent reviewer.
I don’t bark on command.

IInvitéUn endroit très beau, tranquille et qui nous permet de recharger et de se réinstaller de la vie urbaine. L'emplacement peut être un peu loin de la marche nord de Changbaishan - cependant, l'hôtel Concierge - un cri spécial à M. pour aller à son chemin et au-delà pour nous aider à obtenir des billets et à faire des arrangements même le jour de son repos.
La chambre est très belle et spacieuse, et il n'y a qu'une marche de 10 minutes pour trouver de la nourriture et des besoins.
Le service est très bien réservé à tous les clients :)

JJoeSGNotre famille de 4 a eu un séjour de 2 nuits merveilleux à la mi-décembre. Nous avons demandé la connexion des chambres via Trip et Xiao Zhang & nous avons contacté directement via WeChat. Ils nous ont non seulement aidé à obtenir des chambres de connexion, ils ont également donné des conseils et aidés à organiser que nos bagages soient envoyés à l'hôtel alors qu'un conducteur privé (cost supplémentaire) nous a choisis de la gare pour commencer notre tour de Changbaishan immédiatement ainsi. Le service de l'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. C'était la première fois que notre famille essayait de skier et nous avons demandé à notre concierge personnel de préparer un entraîneur privé (cost supplémentaire). Immédiatement après l'arrivée au salon de ski, l'entraîneur nous attendait et nous a conduits à travers tout le processus chaotique de collecte et de portage des équipements. L'hôtel a un accès direct et illimité au printemps chaud et il a également été une grande expérience de ne pas manquer (N'oubliez pas de mettre votre costume de bain!) Il a même une piscine de poisson où nous plongons notre corps entier. Il y a aussi un beau paradis de bétail avec différents animaux que vous pouvez nourrir.

Iiron rabbitTout d'abord, je tiens à remercier l'hôtel de m'avoir surclassé dans une chambre avec deux chambres et un salon pendant la basse saison. Le service du personnel était également excellent, ce qui explique en grande partie ma bonne note. Voici maintenant un avis objectif sur l'hôtel :
Chambres : Décorées dans un style japonais, lumineuses et simples, avec une cheminée. Les deux balcons offrent une vue imprenable sur les pentes des montagnes au loin. C'était un atout majeur pour tout le voyage.
Équipements : Le minibar était bien approvisionné et il y avait des sèche-cheveux Dyson. Bien que le chauffage soit éteint en fin de saison, les radiateurs étaient nombreux et la literie très confortable.
Forfait ski : Le prix d'un peu plus de 2 000 yuans comprend deux forfaits de ski journaliers, des raquettes et des skis, pour une valeur totale de plus de 1 300 yuans. Un couloir dédié au deuxième étage mène au domaine skiable, et l'hôtel dispose de ses propres casiers VIP au sein de la station. Les skis fournis étaient de la marque Burton, ce qui était excellent. Casques, gants, lunettes et masques ne sont pas inclus dans le forfait ; vous devrez apporter les vôtres ou les payer séparément.
Service : La réception était excellente. Malgré la fermeture imminente et le nombre limité de personnel, ils ont été très réactifs à toutes les demandes de chambres, et le personnel a travaillé très dur.
Restauration : Le petit-déjeuner était à 100 % de réduction. C'était exclusivement japonais : ramen, soupe miso, sashimi, et bien plus encore. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels avec spa à Hokkaido, et celui-ci était exceptionnel !
Interlude : J'ai fait part de mes inquiétudes concernant la qualité de l'eau de ma chambre, et la réponse initiale, non officielle, du personnel n'a fait qu'accroître mes inquiétudes, ce qui m'a fait passer une nuit agitée. Heureusement, l'hôtel a remonté le problème et le directeur a répondu positivement, affirmant qu'il offrirait une compensation la saison prochaine. Le plus touchant, c'est qu'ils ont attendu mon retour des pistes pour régler la note et m'ont immédiatement contacté pour discuter de la situation. Avec un personnel comme celui-ci, tout est possible. J'espère que ce n'est pas parce que je suis un Diamant Noir que ce n'est pas le cas. Je ne détaillerai donc pas toute l'expérience. J'espère que l'hôtel accordera une attention particulière à l'importance des infrastructures et offrira un meilleur service à ses clients la saison prochaine.
Dans l'ensemble, malgré cet incident, je donne toujours une excellente note à Baiwanshi. J'espère que les sources chaudes seront ouvertes lors de ma prochaine visite.

IInvitéHomm Changchun Beihu est le plus beau hôtel que j'ai jamais séjourné dans avec un service de première classe et une hospitalité de véritable classe mondiale.
Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Ils ont patiemment allé au-dessus et au-delà pour me faire sentir confortable, bienvenue et à la maison.
L'hôtel est tout à fait incroyable, moderne et soigneusement entretenu.
Pour tout voyageur international qui visite Changchun, c'est le lieu parfait de séjour. C'est un étranger ami, luxueux et très recommandé. Je resterai certainement ici encore!

L'hôtel Changchun North Lake Liey est l'un des plus beaux hôtels que j'ai jamais vécus et possède vraiment le meilleur service de l'excellence et de l'internationalisation.
Je voudrais remercier en particulier le personnel de la réception, de la salle de sport et des quartiers chauds. Bien que je ne parle pas chinois, ils sont toujours très patient, enthousiaste, amical et me font sentir comme un accueil. Leurs attitudes et services reflètent l'internationalisation de l'hôtel et l'amitié des clients étrangers.
L'environnement de l'hôtel est élégant, la chambre est confortable et les installations sont complètes. Les équipements de la salle de sport sont avancés, les chambres chaudes et propres sont relaxées, tous les détails sont très hauts et soigneus.
Pour les voyageurs étrangers qui viennent à Changchun, voici la meilleure option. Très aimable pour les étrangers, le service de première classe et mérite de être fortement recommandé. Je vais me réinstaller encore! 👀

SSeanChia94Xinxin at the front desk provided exceptional service. They upgraded our room for us, fearing that we might not be comfortable with the heating system. They assigned us a room on a higher floor, which was also very quiet. Xinxin was genuinely friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Experiencing the local customs and culture in Northeast China was very warm. The hotel’s location, with a mountain to the left and the Changying Film Museum across the street, is excellent. The breakfast was also quite good. We would definitely come back if given the opportunity.

MMingJaeNiI forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty.
The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda.
The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️
