Le premier étage est lavage, le deuxième étage est servi à la cuisine, le cinquième étage est disponible dans la salle de bains, et il est très pratique de manger et de laver. Le service est très bon. Le seul défaut est que la chambre est un peu chaude, et il n'y a pas de ventilateur électrique dans la chambre 😂

L'expérience globale est supérieure à l'espoir, le prix est très bon. L'atmosphère de l'halle, la chambre d'hôte est propre sans odeur, la séparation sec est intime et conçue. L'aire chaude est propre et propre, le bassin de la salle de bain est maintenu en position, l'environnement de la zone de repos est confortable. Le personnel Ding est excellent, le Tajing est enthousiaste et poli, le service enthousiaste, le traitement de l'hébergement efficace, la première option de vacances, fortement recommandé!

Xinxin at the front desk provided exceptional service. They upgraded our room for us, fearing that we might not be comfortable with the heating system. They assigned us a room on a higher floor, which was also very quiet. Xinxin was genuinely friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Experiencing the local customs and culture in Northeast China was very warm. The hotel’s location, with a mountain to the left and the Changying Film Museum across the street, is excellent. The breakfast was also quite good. We would definitely come back if given the opportunity.

實話實説，酒店的設施、環境、衞生以及地理位置都不錯，值得給滿分，走路到網紅牆不到一公里，早餐也很豐盛可口，唯一的瑕疵就是服務。首先，定了三個標間，有長者有孩子，麻煩前台給安排三個相鄰的房間方便照顧，結果前台接待臉臭的不行，説已經安排好的房間，告訴其他客人了。行吧，為什麼沒有人提前告訴我給我安排的哪個房間呢？結果安排了不同樓層的房間。不通人情在這家店體現的淋漓盡致。其次，下午四點多到店的，結果告訴我房間還沒有收拾出來，還得等一個小時，那請問我第二天下午四點退房你們同意嗎？果斷聯繫攜程客服後，結果告訴我馬上可以入住了，原因我就不説了，不過這件事得給攜程上大分，以後還會在這個平台訂酒店。

In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up. To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾 Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc. The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸 Then there’s the hot spring schedule. Opens at 13:30. When the mountain is closed and the hot spring is closed what exactly is an old dog meant to do? Stare into the snow? Question life decisions? Age visibly? Ah yes — write this review. ✔️ ⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly. Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus. At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for. It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs. Trip.com, if you’re listening: no guest should ever be pressured to review. The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative. This old dog is an independent reviewer. I don’t bark on command. I don’t roll over for stars. And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle. Très bonne expérience de séjour, l'hébergement est relativement précoce, la réception aménage la chambre rapidement, le service est enthousiaste, la chambre est propre et chaude, très large, les lits doubles sont 1.5 * 2.0 très confortable, la petite ville n'est pas grande, la localisation de l'hôtel est à dix minutes de la gare de chemin de fer et de la zone de paysage, et la neige est chaude, Il vaut la peine d'essayer à moins de 25 degrés de zéro à l'extérieur, recommandez-vous!

Nous avons eu un séjour agréable, et le service de l'équipe était vraiment désireux. Le personnel de la chambre de première ligne nous a donné une salle de compliment à l'entrée. C'était un geste conscient et nous l'apprécions vraiment. Le petit déjeuner a été offert par une sélection décente pour commencer le jour, et le printemps chaud (ouverture après 2 heures) a eu assez de piscines pour garder notre enfant enthousiaste.

Notre famille de 4 a eu un séjour de 2 nuits merveilleux à la mi-décembre. Nous avons demandé la connexion des chambres via Trip et Xiao Zhang & nous avons contacté directement via WeChat. Ils nous ont non seulement aidé à obtenir des chambres de connexion, ils ont également donné des conseils et aidés à organiser que nos bagages soient envoyés à l'hôtel alors qu'un conducteur privé (cost supplémentaire) nous a choisis de la gare pour commencer notre tour de Changbaishan immédiatement ainsi.
