Le service de majordome de Chen Yuanyuan est excellent. Dès mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai pris l'initiative de vous saluer, de vous enregistrer, de m'emmener dans la chambre et de vous offrir des cadeaux attentionnés. Самый любимай для нас спа отель! Находится в тихом местечке, очень дружелюбный ресепшен, попросили несколько личных просьб и нам не отказали! Благодарим! Всегда очень чисто и удобно. Завтраки очень шикарные, все вкусное и свежее, салаты разные каждый день. В этот раз появилась кофе ☕️ машина, чему мы были безумно рады! В отеле тепло, 👍 единственное, выходя из отеля каждый раз плохо срабатывали браслеты, не открывали номер, приходилось каждый день спускаться с 5го этажа опять на первый и настраивать их, раньше такого не было, в этот раз у нас такое. Если вы не будете выходить из гостиницы в город, у вас такого не будет. Отличная баня и горячие источники, то что нужно зимой. В этот раз попробовали массаж банками и остались очень довольны! Спасибо всем работникам отеля за отличный отдых!

Très bien, il y a un service à tout moment, il y a une demande, il est également très proche du champ de neige, le rapport coût-efficacité est super élevé, ce prix est vraiment très difficile à l'automne de la neige, la chambre est également très grande, les choses sont complètes, le milieu est très calme, comme dans la petite ville nordique.

The Hotel is very new and everything spotless clean. The location is a bit at the outskirts (but thatfor extremely quiet and peaceful) and the rooms are in small houses (traditional chinese style) spread out in a park-like surrounding. To go to the main house (breakfast) is a lovely walk or a short drive with a small red bus, which you easily can call anytime. The amenities are lovely, just the shower a bit weak. But beneath the very beautiful and spacious rooms and high quality breakfast I want to point out the wonderful staff, mainly Amber and Angel, but also the rest of the staff, who are very friendly, helpful and doing everything, to make the stay a very pleasant experience, which we will love to repeat. Thanks a lot for this beautiful experience!

This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream:
✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance
✔️ Hot springs inside the compound
✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development
Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴
Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course.
The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building.
In winter.
On ice.
With wind that slaps.
Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up.
To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾
Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc.
The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸

Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus.
At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for.
It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs.
Trip.com, if you’re listening:
no guest should ever be pressured to review.
The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative.
This old dog is an independent reviewer.
I don’t bark on command.
I don’t roll over for stars.

Le chef du légibi, Zhang Flie, est très enthousiaste et aide-nous à emmener nos bagages dans la chambre. Parce que nous sommes dans le noir, nous avons aide à fermer les fenêtres et à tirer les fenêtres. Les enfants ont aussi un très chaud discours. Les enfants aiment leur petit frère et leur chambre sec et ouvrir le linge chaque fois que vous quittez la chambre. Le personnel vous demandera également salut. Enfin, l'hôtel est très digne de séjour. Le service est complet. La prochaine fois, viens à Yanji pour manger et boire. C'est la première option!

那日是一家很有温度的民宿，是帶孩子在長白山想體驗木屋的好選擇。可以玩雪圈，冰釣，冰上小坦克，堆雪人，晚上還有篝火晚會，不用出門孩子都玩得很開心了。這次體驗了他們家的窯爐披薩，很好吃，食材很新鮮料很足，推薦。還有私湯也很治癒，很私密景色也很棒。房間乾淨温馨，薰香和洗護的味道很好聞。謝謝這裏的管家和所有工作人員，還有可愛的貓咪，非常熱心盡責，讓我們在長白山留下了很棒的回憶。

CChaddyD41I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation.
The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand.
The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable.
Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes.
Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

JJoeSGNotre famille de 4 a eu un séjour de 2 nuits merveilleux à la mi-décembre. Nous avons demandé la connexion des chambres via Trip et Xiao Zhang & nous avons contacté directement via WeChat. Ils nous ont non seulement aidé à obtenir des chambres de connexion, ils ont également donné des conseils et aidés à organiser que nos bagages soient envoyés à l'hôtel alors qu'un conducteur privé (cost supplémentaire) nous a choisis de la gare pour commencer notre tour de Changbaishan immédiatement ainsi. Le service de l'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. C'était la première fois que notre famille essayait de skier et nous avons demandé à notre concierge personnel de préparer un entraîneur privé (cost supplémentaire). Immédiatement après l'arrivée au salon de ski, l'entraîneur nous attendait et nous a conduits à travers tout le processus chaotique de collecte et de portage des équipements. L'hôtel a un accès direct et illimité au printemps chaud et il a également été une grande expérience de ne pas manquer (N'oubliez pas de mettre votre costume de bain!) Il a même une piscine de poisson où nous plongons notre corps entier. Il y a aussi un beau paradis de bétail avec différents animaux que vous pouvez nourrir.

Iiron rabbitTout d'abord, je tiens à remercier l'hôtel de m'avoir surclassé dans une chambre avec deux chambres et un salon pendant la basse saison. Le service du personnel était également excellent, ce qui explique en grande partie ma bonne note. Voici maintenant un avis objectif sur l'hôtel :
Chambres : Décorées dans un style japonais, lumineuses et simples, avec une cheminée. Les deux balcons offrent une vue imprenable sur les pentes des montagnes au loin. C'était un atout majeur pour tout le voyage.
Équipements : Le minibar était bien approvisionné et il y avait des sèche-cheveux Dyson. Bien que le chauffage soit éteint en fin de saison, les radiateurs étaient nombreux et la literie très confortable.
Forfait ski : Le prix d'un peu plus de 2 000 yuans comprend deux forfaits de ski journaliers, des raquettes et des skis, pour une valeur totale de plus de 1 300 yuans. Un couloir dédié au deuxième étage mène au domaine skiable, et l'hôtel dispose de ses propres casiers VIP au sein de la station. Les skis fournis étaient de la marque Burton, ce qui était excellent. Casques, gants, lunettes et masques ne sont pas inclus dans le forfait ; vous devrez apporter les vôtres ou les payer séparément.
Service : La réception était excellente. Malgré la fermeture imminente et le nombre limité de personnel, ils ont été très réactifs à toutes les demandes de chambres, et le personnel a travaillé très dur.
Restauration : Le petit-déjeuner était à 100 % de réduction. C'était exclusivement japonais : ramen, soupe miso, sashimi, et bien plus encore. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels avec spa à Hokkaido, et celui-ci était exceptionnel !
Interlude : J'ai fait part de mes inquiétudes concernant la qualité de l'eau de ma chambre, et la réponse initiale, non officielle, du personnel n'a fait qu'accroître mes inquiétudes, ce qui m'a fait passer une nuit agitée. Heureusement, l'hôtel a remonté le problème et le directeur a répondu positivement, affirmant qu'il offrirait une compensation la saison prochaine. Le plus touchant, c'est qu'ils ont attendu mon retour des pistes pour régler la note et m'ont immédiatement contacté pour discuter de la situation. Avec un personnel comme celui-ci, tout est possible. J'espère que ce n'est pas parce que je suis un Diamant Noir que ce n'est pas le cas. Je ne détaillerai donc pas toute l'expérience. J'espère que l'hôtel accordera une attention particulière à l'importance des infrastructures et offrira un meilleur service à ses clients la saison prochaine.
Dans l'ensemble, malgré cet incident, je donne toujours une excellente note à Baiwanshi. J'espère que les sources chaudes seront ouvertes lors de ma prochaine visite.

IInvitéAn absolutely wonderful find in the mountains! We stayed with friends and loved every moment. This small guesthouse with its own restaurant is warm, clean, and incredibly cozy. Highlights include heated beds and a fantastic view of the ski slope and lift from the window. The owners are the most caring hosts, always happy to answer questions and providing free transfers to the ski center and even the airport! The food in the restaurant is delicious, and a complimentary breakfast is served in the morning. The best part? It's very affordable, yet located just 5 minutes from expensive fancy hotels, the ski center, and the spa. We are truly delighted and will definitely come back!

LlilsheepWe had a very good stay at the Westin Changbaishan Resort, which is part of the Wanda Ski Resort complex. We were warmly received by butler/assistant No.3 小陈, who ensured our stay was a fulfilling and engaging one. He assisted us with transport bookings and always reached out thru Wechat to see if we needed any help.
Although the hardware and fixtures at the Westin are aging, the service staff from the hotel are excellent. We had a good experience at the Club lounge, with happy hour served from 5pm to 7pm and was always served with a smile by the lounge manager and assistants. Housekeeping was also great, and our room also came with a humidifier, which housekeeper always refilled daily.
We also enjoyed the complimentary hot spring access (once per stay) but didnt try the water park as the weather was pretty cold.
Highly recommend a stay at the Westin if you're coming to Ski/Snowboard at Changbaishan West Slope.
