IInvitéThe staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory.
If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff.
Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive.
The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free.
I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip.
The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful.
Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Il est très généreux de se mettre à l'appartement.
Mais la chambre n'est pas à 4 h.
Les services sont enthousiastes.
Mais je ne peux pas rejoindre le légibienne mais je ne peux pas me rappeler.
Un chien peut se faire.
Les chiens sont mignons.
Je suis heureux d'envoyer un ski de Wanda Aktien, c'est que la colline est en arrière.
Il y a deux piscines confortables à l'hôtel.
Le défaut de la décoration du petit déjeuner n'est pas un standard de petit déjeuner stupide. Un point unique avec une aide. Les légumes ont tous les deux jours les mêmes faces. Ils sont très doux à 9 heures. Le menu unique est simple et difficile à manger.
La réduction de la chambre est aussi évident que le linge est le type de linge, et il y a un linge de chaussures pour demander ce type
Le lit de nuit est très consommable.

Special shoutout to our 管家小彭 and 月月!!!both of them were so sweet and helpful the whole stay 🥹❤️ Really made everything feel extra comfortable and smooth for us. Can feel their effort and care 100%!! Replies were always super fast (almost instantly) and they really accommodated all our needs 🥹felt so well taken care of the whole time🥹🥹 crowne plaza please give the two of them some well-deserved credits!😍

IInvitéCe fut une expérience d'hébergement incroyable dans cette station. C'était notre premier séjour dans un hôtel skis aux pieds, ce qui était vraiment pratique. L'hôtel nous a également offert d'excellents services, notamment une équipe nommée Lion qui nous a soigneusement aidés à transporter nos bagages et nous a recommandé d'excellents restaurants aux alentours. Le petit-déjeuner était également délicieux !

IInvitéHomm Changchun Beihu est le plus beau hôtel que j'ai jamais séjourné dans avec un service de première classe et une hospitalité de véritable classe mondiale.
Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Ils ont patiemment allé au-dessus et au-delà pour me faire sentir confortable, bienvenue et à la maison.
L'hôtel est tout à fait incroyable, moderne et soigneusement entretenu.
Pour tout voyageur international qui visite Changchun, c'est le lieu parfait de séjour. C'est un étranger ami, luxueux et très recommandé. Je resterai certainement ici encore!

L'hôtel Changchun North Lake Liey est l'un des plus beaux hôtels que j'ai jamais vécus et possède vraiment le meilleur service de l'excellence et de l'internationalisation.
Je voudrais remercier en particulier le personnel de la réception, de la salle de sport et des quartiers chauds. Bien que je ne parle pas chinois, ils sont toujours très patient, enthousiaste, amical et me font sentir comme un accueil. Leurs attitudes et services reflètent l'internationalisation de l'hôtel et l'amitié des clients étrangers.
L'environnement de l'hôtel est élégant, la chambre est confortable et les installations sont complètes. Les équipements de la salle de sport sont avancés, les chambres chaudes et propres sont relaxées, tous les détails sont très hauts et soigneus.
Pour les voyageurs étrangers qui viennent à Changchun, voici la meilleure option. Très aimable pour les étrangers, le service de première classe et mérite de être fortement recommandé. Je vais me réinstaller encore! 👀

MMr.A86It was such a nice stay. The check-in went smoothly, no long waiting time. The facilities are just like they are captured in the pictures on the website. The staff is friendly, prompt, and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the AC that would not cool the room but make a horrible noise. The breakfast provided various options and could satisfy both eastern and western testes. I highly recommend this hotel and its attentive staff. I would argue that this hotel is better than some other well-established options in the city.

MMingJaeNiI forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty.
The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda.
The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️
