Installations : La source thermale a dépassé mes attentes. Les chambres avec accès à la source thermale devraient offrir un accès illimité ; cela pourrait être précisé plus clairement lors de la réservation sur Ctrip. La source thermale elle-même est superbe, surpassant de loin les sources thermales intérieures de Pékin. On y trouve de nombreux petits bassins adaptés aux adultes, et les bassins pour enfants sont à une température agréable. La végétation luxuriante est photogénique et l'endroit est peu fréquenté. Il y a également une petite piscine à débordement. Je n'ai pas testé la source thermale extérieure, mais il devrait y avoir un parc aquatique avec un grand toboggan en été. Idéal pour les familles avec des personnes âgées et des enfants.
Propreté : Très propre. Les chambres avec baignoire sont peu nombreuses ; les couples doivent en tenir compte.
Environnement : À proximité se trouve un parc de dinosaures adapté aux jeunes enfants, et le musée des dinosaures est excellent, idéal pour les élèves du primaire et du secondaire. Il y a également un parc culturel folklorique à proximité, parfait pour prendre des photos.
Service : Le restaurant chinois offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix ; j'y ai mangé deux fois pendant mon séjour. Je recommande vivement le porc aigre-doux et le sauté de pommes de terre, d'aubergines et de poivrons verts. Il y a aussi une dame ukrainienne très aimable et responsable dans le hall ; vraiment remarquable.

住過的酒店太多，現在的酒店都喜歡變着法的問顧客要好評。但是這是一家用服務與品質讓我要給滿分好評的酒店。因為，這裏的每位員工都特別熱情，用心。老闆的經營理念裏沒有節約成本這一項，有的全是細節與主動。
管家每天都會特別主動的去問今日的行程，來規劃幫忙接送。行李也是小哥們搶着推走了。房間冰箱特色小飲料管夠，堅果水果投食不斷。洗漱用品都是品牌。
早餐種類不多，但是每樣都好吃呀！牛肉麪，牛肉湯飯的味道非常棒，重點是廚房阿姨們太客氣了，牛肉不要錢一樣的給你往碗裏盛。
晚上回到酒店可以去泡泡户外温泉，邊上老師傅會早早的把烤爐加上碳火，烤上紅薯。還會主動問你水温夠不夠，不夠就開上循環加熱。
孩子已經指定以後來長白山還要住這裏，還要泡這的温泉。

L'hôtel spa le plus populaire pour nous! Il est dans un endroit calme, très amiable resepshen, demandé quelques demandes personnelles et nous n'avons pas refusé! Merci! Tout le temps très propre et confortable. Les petits-déjeuners sont très chics, tous délicieux et frais, les salades diffèrent chaque jour. Dans le chauffage de l'hôtel, 👍 l'unique, quittant l'hôtel chaque fois que les bracelets fonctionnaient mal, n'a pas ouvert la chambre, il était nécessaire de descendre du 5e étage à nouveau au premier et de les régler, avant que cela n'était pas, cette fois nous avons telle. Si vous ne quittez pas l'hôtel à la ville, vous n'avez pas ça. Un grand bain et des sources chaudes, c'est ce que vous avez besoin en hiver. Cette fois vous avez essayé de massager par les banques et vous êtes resté très heureux! Merci à tous les employés de l'hôtel pour une grande vacance!

實話實説，酒店的設施、環境、衞生以及地理位置都不錯，值得給滿分，走路到網紅牆不到一公里，早餐也很豐盛可口，唯一的瑕疵就是服務。首先，定了三個標間，有長者有孩子，麻煩前台給安排三個相鄰的房間方便照顧，結果前台接待臉臭的不行，説已經安排好的房間，告訴其他客人了。行吧，為什麼沒有人提前告訴我給我安排的哪個房間呢？結果安排了不同樓層的房間。不通人情在這家店體現的淋漓盡致。其次，下午四點多到店的，結果告訴我房間還沒有收拾出來，還得等一個小時，那請問我第二天下午四點退房你們同意嗎？果斷聯繫攜程客服後，結果告訴我馬上可以入住了，原因我就不説了，不過這件事得給攜程上大分，以後還會在這個平台訂酒店。

Homm Changchun Beihu is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in — with first-class service and truly world-class hospitality.
A very special thanks to the reception staff, gym team, and hot spring attendants. Even though I don’t speak Chinese, every staff member was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and foreigner-friendly. They patiently went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, welcome, and at home.
The hotel itself is stunning — elegant design, comfortable rooms, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing hot spring. Everything is spotless, modern, and carefully maintained.
For any international traveler visiting Changchun, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s foreigner friendly, luxurious, and highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again!

Hotel provided a fantastic experience. The hotel's strengths are its cleanliness, great breakfast, and excellent amenities. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a delicious and impressive variety of hot and cold options to start the day. After being in the cold weather all day, the best part was relaxing in the clean, quiet, and spacious hot springs.

My experience at the Cherry Hotel was mixed, with several issues worth noting for international travelers. Upon arrival, I was required to leave a 400-yuan deposit before accessing the room, and communication was difficult as no member of the staff spoke English.
The breakfast was entirely Chinese, with no Western options at all — not even basic black coffee.
At checkout, I was charged 70 yuan for a bottle of water and a tea bag placed on the desk in the room, even though such items are usually complimentary in most hotels and not part of the minibar. The charge therefore felt excessive and unexpected.
Overall, the hotel may suit local guests, but it lacks the basic international standards that foreign travelers usually rely on.

This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream:
✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance
✔️ Hot springs inside the compound
✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development
Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴
Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course.
The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building.
In winter.
On ice.
With wind that slaps.
Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up.
To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾
Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc.
The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸
Then there’s the hot spring schedule.

⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly.
Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus.
At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for.
It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs.
Trip.com, if you’re listening:
no guest should ever be pressured to review.
The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative.
This old dog is an independent reviewer.
I don’t bark on command.
I don’t roll over for stars.
And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle.
Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers.
Just come prepared with:

Service : Le majordome Xiaohui a été aux petits soins, prenant en charge nos bagages jusqu'à notre chambre et nous aidant pour toutes les formalités d'arrivée, ce qui nous a grandement facilité la tâche.
Propreté : La chambre était propre et confortable. Un chauffage un peu plus puissant serait appréciable, car il peut faire frais la nuit.
Restauration : Xiaohui nous a conseillé d'essayer le buffet de fondue chinoise et la cuisine du nord-est de la Chine au restaurant Caiyuexuan. Les deux étaient délicieux et le service impeccable.
Ce séjour a été un peu court, mais je choisirais sans hésiter l'hôtel Sheraton pour mon prochain séjour au ski.

Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation.
The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand.
The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. JJoeSGNotre famille de 4 a eu un séjour de 2 nuits merveilleux à la mi-décembre. Nous avons demandé la connexion des chambres via Trip et Xiao Zhang & nous avons contacté directement via WeChat. Ils nous ont non seulement aidé à obtenir des chambres de connexion, ils ont également donné des conseils et aidés à organiser que nos bagages soient envoyés à l'hôtel alors qu'un conducteur privé (cost supplémentaire) nous a choisis de la gare pour commencer notre tour de Changbaishan immédiatement ainsi. Le service de l'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. C'était la première fois que notre famille essayait de skier et nous avons demandé à notre concierge personnel de préparer un entraîneur privé (cost supplémentaire). Immédiatement après l'arrivée au salon de ski, l'entraîneur nous attendait et nous a conduits à travers tout le processus chaotique de collecte et de portage des équipements. IInvitéL'hôtel est très propre, mais quand j'étais là avec ma famille, il y a beaucoup de constructions qui se déroulent près de l'hôtel et il pleut chaque jour quand nous sommes à Changchun.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est très bon et efficace quand nous n'avons que 30 minutes pour embarquer notre train pour aller à Changbaishan. Nous avons réussi à embarquer notre train grâce à Mme Fu Yang.
Les options de petit déjeuner étaient plutôt limitées. Il y avait un signe qui disait que nous pouvions avoir ce que nous voulions nos œufs. Nous avons demandé au chef de la cuisine de la cuisine; le chef nous a réservé sans volonté et nous a donné une attitude. Les avis précédents ont donné de nombreuses évaluations positives sur le buffet, et nous avons donc décidé de payer le petit-déjeuner buffet.
En général, nous resterons dans le même hôtel si nous revisions Changchun. :)
La station est très loin de l'hôtel, mais DiDi fonctionne aussi bien.

MMingJaeNiI forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty.
The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda.
The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

LLuciano BendiVery friendly and helpful staff! Although their English was limited, they were extremely supportive in helping us book activities and explore the area. There were very few guests during our stay, which made the experience feel very personalized and unique. The room was beautiful, very clean, modern, and comfortable.
The fishing activity at the hotel’s pond was unfortunately out of season, but the staff kindly arranged and paid for us to fish at a nearby lake instead, free of charge. It was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.
The location is slightly on the outskirts, so taxis are needed to reach most attractions and the walking street. Unfortunately, we arrived at the end of February when the winter season was ending, so some of the area’s natural beauty was fading and a few activities were no longer available.
If you're looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay, this hotel is an excellent choice.
